PGA TOUR Superstore has an unmatched selection of golf and tennis equipment for men, women, and juniors. All stores are staffed with teaching professionals offering lessons and have multiple state-of-the-art club fitting bays, practice hitting bays, and large putting greens. There is also an in-house repair center with various club services offered, (regripping, reshafting, etc).
The fitting session was phenomenal! Can't say enough great things about our fitting specialist, Jim Kirkpatrick. He was very attentive and found the correct irons and driver for our son. He was so knowledgeable and offered great advice to better his swing. We appreciate Jim efforts in providing great equipment at a great affordable price. Highly recommend and will be back for the fairway/putter fitting.

Be very careful purchasing a new club at the PGA Superstore. They offer a 90 day return policy but it is extremely disingenuous. I purchased a $300 hybrid which I had concerns coming out of the simulator but seemed the best fit. I hit about 150 balls with the club and determined the club was not a good fit. I attempted to return in the 90 day window but was told the club was “played” and is considered used. I was offered store credit to trade less depreciation. Attached are images of the state of wear on the club. Will not be making any further purchases at the PGA Superstore.

I am not normally someone who writes reviews of places, but felt compelled to write one after my experience at PGA Downers.
Went to the PGA Superstore on July 3rd to get fitted for and purchase a new set of irons after using a hand-me-down set for about 12 years. I was there for about 3 hours and had a great experience with the master fitter who was working with me. I left the store after paying for a brand new set of custom irons that I was told would be delivered to my house in a few weeks after they were assembled at the factory.
I called the store today to check on the shipment status of the order (exactly 2 weeks since my visit), and was surprised to find out that the order had been rejected. Apparently, the clubs that I had tested, been fitted for, and had been ordered on my behalf at the store were no longer being produced by the manufacturer (Cobra).
Nobody at the store called me to inform me of this. In fact, I came to learn that the only way this was discovered was the fact that an employee had looked up my specific order after I reached out. So this never would have come to light had I not called to check on my order status.
Pretty bush league for something like this to happen. Store had no problem accepting a large sum payment on-site without even checking to see if the clubs were available for purchase. There should be checks and balances in place to prevent such things from happening - i.e., store to confirm with manufacturer prior to ordering custom sets that they are available / able to be produced.
2 stars because my fitter was great, but otherwise, the whole experience was for nothing due to the avoidable error on the part of the store.

A month ago had my iron fitting; clubs came in recently and they're perfect. Tyler R. is top quality, was understanding and helpful the entire way through. Looked at everything possible for my swing and tried multiple shafts and heads and narrowed down to what was best for me currently and future self; decided on what I wanted and done. Do not hesitate to schedule a club fitting and ensure you will be set.

Do not get or ask for a fitting at this location. I came in willing and more than ready to spend what it takes to get the right club for me and to try different heads, shafts, and grips.
Also, has similar experience as reviewer Armond S.
I am not a great golfer, but that does not excuse the following that occurred
I called in March to set up a fitting, however due to store’s schedule being a little tight, the gentleman I spoke with at the store said I could walk in, however there may be a wait. This was a week before I was going to come in.
I called to confirm I could walk in for a fitting. They said yes, but there likely would be a wait. I was ok with waiting. I arrived to get a fitted, and put my name down, waiting about a half hour and I was given a bay. My “fitter” was Jason. I was asked if I had any brands in mind and I mentioned the Paradym driver. First and foremost, the projector wasn’t working in the bay that I was using.
I swung my old driver and then was given a paradym with arbitrary settings… the club was from the used/demo bin. I swung it and kept swinging. I also briefly swung a stealth 2.
Jason was no where to be found pretty much the whole fitting. No shot analyzation, not changing of grips or shaft, or even trying different heads within the paradym series.
I did buy paradym with some draw settings on it, however nothing else was tried out in the paradym series.
I asked about a club head cover and while it was not policy to give one for a demo club, I was told by Jason I would be given one. He said he would meet me up front and give it to me.
I made my purchase, waited, and he never came up to give the cover.
The service member cleaned my club as a courtesy and actually gave me a head cover as a nice gesture.
The next day I find out that that what I experienced is not a club fitting.
I call and explain the situation and was set up to make it “right”, unfortunately to my schedule, I could not come back for a month but was given a studio fitting appointment for April 13th. I was assured that the store would exchange my club if I fit into something different, and not to worry about the no return on the demo model paradym.
April 13th is where the store truly lost my trust and me as a customer. I was confirmed my appointment 2 times before the 13th and was excited and ready to find what fits well for me, especially shaft length and grip.
I arrive early and ready to go, only to find out that the fitter was not even there (why confirm my appointment if they’re not there).
I was paired with Jim (very nice person and knowledgeable), we start swinging the paradym… he looks at my shots and then mentions let’s try a different club. We try the Qi10, I swing have some decent shots.
Then he says: “this is the club for you” and sets me up with a special order. This whole time I now feel played and that this wasn’t a studio fitting. We didn’t try different shaft lengths even though they have them available to try. I still purchase the club and spend 355 more than my initial botched “fitting”. I was told 2 weeks for the club. Jason gave me 8 Tp5 balls as a good will, but I didn’t want them, I wanted a proper fitting which I still didn’t get. I would have paid what was needed for the fitting and what ever it was, but they just didn’t even do the fitting THEY OFFERED ME!
My club arrived at the store 5/15 and I called on the 16th to speak to the manager Kirstin (I hope I spelled it correctly). I explained this 2 MONTH failed process to her and how I plan to go to orland to resolve things basically I’m upset, embarrassed to go back to downers store at this point.
I picked up my club and gave the balls back to Jason after saying a choice word to him and walking out the store.
TO EVEN CORRECT THE FITTING AND ORDER WHAT I MAY NEED COULD TAKE ANOTHER MONTH OR MORE! I want to golf this season not next season.
The downers manager was nice and listened to me, wanted to make things right which k appreciate. In my mind, what does making things right even entail? They failed 2 times and wasted 2 months of my time.

Likely my last time visiting PGA Superstore. As a Michigan resident, we unfortunately do not have a PGA Superstore. I lived in Oakbrook Terrace, IL for 4 years from 2018-2022 and routinely visited this store, hoping my experience would eventually be better. In visiting today in 2024 during a quick trip to the Chicagoland area, I’ve decided enough is enough. Nearly every single time I’ve been into this store, I’ve felt nothing but neglect. By no means whatsoever have I ever been the type of person to bring race/looks into anything at all as I stand firmly against the ideology that I, as an individual, am actually judged on the way I ‘look’. I’m a medical professional and business owner and hold myself to a high level of respect to others and their businesses. But time and time again, I’ve walked into this location, waiting in line at the demo bays and the employees look directly at me and proceed to help someone else. The first few times, I thought it was coincidental. I’m a young middle eastern man who’s an avid golfer, and I’m clearly there to demo the latest clubs as I’m routinely looking towards equipment that could potentially help my game. In this case, to replace my stolen clubs. I’m not there to fiddle around whatsoever. I’m a 13 handicapper constantly looking to improve my game.
Every time I’ve walked in here and waited in line, they take names of others who are BEHIND me for their wait list or look right over me and help the next person. Today however it was a little more clear. I approached the demo bays to which a gentleman looked right at me, threw up his hands in a frustrating motion, shaked his head, looked down and walked right past me and helped the person standing behind me in line. Multiple visits to this location and it seems to be the same old frustrating situation. At first I wanted to believe the employees, like many of us who work for a living, get frustrated and overwhelmed at times in their job, which is understandable. But once, twice, thrice, when it’s busy, when it’s slow, when there’s no one else in the store, it’s become clear to me that PGA Superstore is employing individuals who look at their potential customers, judge them on their looks (whether that be from a racial standpoint or even profile them based on how well they think they golf) and treat them as they deem fit. And this isn’t one single employee. I’ve been going there for 4 years and have had equal experience upon all my visits across a number of employees. I even thought walking in one day with some golf gear on would help my chances of being treated - how shall I say this? - normally, fairly, like a human.
It’s a very frustrating situation to say the least. Golf is meant to be a sport meant for everyone, everywhere, anytime. But time and time again I’ve felt targeted by employees of PGA Superstore as what I believe to be ‘a bad golfer who’s not serious’ or ‘a foreigner who surely isn’t serious about golf’. Again, never in my wildest dreams would I ever think I would bring the way I look/race into ANY situation. But it seems that now that I have begun to feel the sting of these employees treatment of me over 4 years, I believe that PGA Superstore rewards and holds golf knowledge/expertise to a higher standard than customer service across all facets of good customer service when it comes to their employees.
It took me 4 years of unmistakable mistreatment by this facility to even muster up the confidence to speak on something that humiliated me to have to bring up the potential of racial discrimination or judging my skill level/seriousness in golf. If I was already discouraged to ask to demo clubs, I’m more discouraged now. I simply walked in to replace my stolen driver, putter, and wedges. I walked away empty handed and frustrated.

Had a fantastic iron fitting session with Brian Vierk this morning! We started by discussing goals for what I'd like to achieve with the irons and current play/skill level. I started trying different things from there and found out really quickly the clubs I pulled off the shelf 10 years ago without a fitting were not doing me any favors.
I really appreciated how agnostic towards brands Brian is, I did not feel like I was getting a sales pitch at any moment, whatsoever. He literally wanted to fit me with the perfect clubs. He even helped with a minor grip thing that he noticed that also greatly improved the experience (I think it's important to note, he asked for permission before giving me some pointers. A new swing was not forced on me, which I've seen before on reviews for other stores). We ended up finding a set that fit me perfectly, and I purchased them on the way out.
Absolutely a first class experience with Brian at the PGA store, and I plan to come back and see him when I'm ready to upgrade some more of my bag.

I came in yesterday hoping to buy a driver and a set of irons. I talked to a gentlemen about trying a certain driver out while he gave me an iron to try. I did not see this guy again for over 30 minutes! I do not get angry often but when you are willing to pay over 1500.00 I feel as if you should have at least the decency to give me sometime out of you're day. Eventually another gentlemen walked over and asked if I needed anything and I told him someone else is helping me. He asked who that was and behind him I could see that he was helping another customer! He called him over and he said he had totally forgotten about me . He eventually gave me the driver but I was to upset to even swing correctly. I left 10 minutes later and didn't buy anything. I will say everyone there was very polite and helpful but the situation I was in should never have happened.

I recently had tour van fittings with Danny and he was terrific. Danny was patient, knowledgeable, and has lots of experience. He also cares about fitting you to the right equipment regardless of brand. You will be hitting the latest equipment and technology and the fitting fees are very reasonable.
Update 4/25/23: Had another tour van fitting with Jason and he was an awesome fitter. Needed some adjustments to the new driver I purchased previously after playing a few rounds, and Jason walked me through the fitting process again with different head and shaft options. I was able to use the playability guarantee and found a better combination. I used my new driver on the course today and it was the perfect fit with tighter dispersion plus added distance. Thanks again!

I recently purchased a full set of golf clubs from the Tour Van Fitting experience with Brian Vierk at the PGA Tour Superstore in Downers Grove, IL. Initially, I was overwhelmed by the process (where to go) and club choices (brands, shafts, etc.). I went to Golftec first and had a bad experience where they rushed through the club fitting process, pressured me to buy irons before I was ready, and tried to upsell me on lessons.
After that, I stopped and did some research where I found Brian Vierk and the Tour Van fitting experience. The process took about a month where I went every Monday night for a few hours, each week focusing on a different part of the game. Brian was very patient, knowledgeable about all of the club brands and options, never pressured me to buy anything, made decisions based on swing analysis data, and made the experience comfortable and fun. He even provided a few helpful recommendations on my swing after getting to know me, but never pushed any major changes on me. I highly recommend working with Brian Vierk for club fittings of all skill levels.
The PGA Tour Superstore had a great club fitting area with all of the top clubs and shafts, latest swing tracking technology, was reasonably priced for fittings and clubs, and it was fun shopping in the rest of the store before and after fittings. All of the custom ordered clubs were shipped quickly and the PGA Tour Superstore provided great customer service for any order changes.

I completed my first ever iron fitting with Brian Vierk. He was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and was able to tweak the clubs to get the most out of the set up and my swing. We just chatted and talked golf in between shots which made the whole experience fun and low stress.
The fitting specs I left with were things I never would have guessed fit me in a million years. Saving up a few more bucks before I’ll be getting the new set we fit for today. I would highly recommend Brian and I’ll be returning to him for future fittings.

Terrible experience - no sales help and even booked a fitting, waited in line, and no one came to help. I went to an open simulator with permission and then approached an employee for help adding time to the computer so I could hit. All he did was move the ball scanner an inch, say 'you are good' and literally run away. He was not even helping anyone else; just could not be bothering to help me add time to the simulator. Very disappointed. I will not be back.

Danny does not push any brands or products. He wants you to play better and will not let you leave without feeling confident. I was ultimately fit into a combo set of Mizuno Jpx 921 forged (a-6) and hot metal pros (4-5). I ended up coming back and doing wedges with Danny, which was another fantastic experience. I was fit into the Taylormade mg3s.
The store itself has all the club, shaft, and grip options. The fitting area is clean and private. The launch monitor and technology is state of the art.

I was in their last week. My son (8) has always wanted to hit Callaway. He'll be hitting top-flite until he drives 150 yds. But until then....he wanted one of those used Callaway covers. At checkout George was great. He heard this story and threw him a Callaway ball. We'll be back when he needs/earned an upgrade.

Went in to get clubs re gripped. Nobody was in the club repair section. The guy behind the counter named Lex looked at me then went back to what he was doing. Didn't ask if I need help or a greeting. I should have went with my gut and walked out, but didn't. I went about and picked the grips that I want and stood by the cash register. Still nothing. I finally spoke up and Lex just stared at me and said it will take about 20 minutes. I walked around the store and ended up buying $370 worth of fall clothing. The whole experience sucked. Never again.

Best shopping experience ever. No I am not talking about Golf shopping, I am talking about shopping anything ever!
We walk in immediately greater by 3 different staff as we are walking by, (for all those saying no one attended them, they must be shy or something!) We go up to one of them and ask about fitting and new clubs they direct me to the appropriate area, and fun began!
All lanes were full, so they took my name and we wondered around store for a little bit, once the lane opens they called me upon the intercom and we met DAVE!
BEAT SALES ASSOCIATE EVER! So honest, and quite amazing at his job! I told him that I am new playing on and off for 2 years just trying to get my next set after my initial beginner. He asked budget I said around $7-800. He spent half an hour with me, gave me tips as I was swinging. He was so charming and polite, jokes flying around, while he is giving me different clubs for me to try. In the end he could have easily oversold me but he got me exactly what I need for the nExt stage in my golfing experience!
When we went to pick up grips, AGAIN he didn’t try to oversell me! I was ready to buy anything this man told me to buy after 30 minutes. That’s how much of a trust worthy aura he has! He didn’t try to sell me some ultra pro grips, he got me exactly what was needed.
I could write page after page about my experience here but let me finish with this; I drove 45 minute to get to this store and I would do it again in a heartbeat. I don’t think I will ever go to any other shop or buy any golf club from anyone else but Dave! 10/5 stars!

Why do I feel like they don't want me to be in the store?? Overall bad attitude, sloppy customer service that leaves customers confused as to what to do, unfriendly, and an embarrassment to the game of golf. Never ever felt welcomed here. Absolute joke. If you've ever felt the same here, you are not alone.

I went in to the Downers Grove store to get a putter looked at and do a little shopping, the staff was very friendly and took care of all my needs! They did a great job on my putter and a gentleman by the name of Tory was very helpful in finding me a particular pair of shoes. He was very patient and his customer service is outstanding! The store was nice and clean and fully stocked with any and all products! I will be back again!

This used to be the place for trades, but they do not align with the values of PGA Value Guide any longer. I was offered less 100.00 less than why the PGA was offering and the manager shook his head no continuously behind his mask while explaining they have their own system. Let's build up Golf Galaxy.
Went to Golf Galaxy with my trade and they offered me 262.00 plus tax. I put 90 with it and walked out with a Cobra Driver.

Poor customer service. I went in to buy a driver. It took a while for an associate to acknowledge me. I was told that there would be a 30 minute wait so I was put on a list. After waiting almost an hour and no service, I left the store. I didn’t buy a driver and my husband didn’t get the bag he was looking at. I don’t think I’ll go back.

I had a fitting with Jay Johnson and I was not disappointed. Incredible knowledge and help, didn't push any product over another to make a sale or break your budget. He was easy to work with, listened, and incorporated that feedback. Ended up fitting me for the best option possible (and most budget friendly) with a shaft that was not stock, but a standard offering from the manufacturer. Overall it was an awesome experience that I can't recommend enough and would do again in a heartbeat. Money & time well spent.
Wish I could leave a second review. Went back to get fitted for a driver shaft, had a requirement to keep the same head, which wasn't what the ideal fit was, but Jay worked around it and fitted me for the best possible option with my constraints. Even went as far as fitting me for a second driver in case I want to change in the future. Jay is a true professional at what he does. Again, thanks for the 2 experiences Jay, they've been awesome. I'll see you for my next fitting!

Went on a Saturday to get fitted for a new set of ladies clubs. I called earlier in the week and they warned that it was very busy and to plan to wait up to 2 hours. We arrived right as the store opened and was able to get in. I am not an excellent golfer so was concerned I would not be given much time or attention. It was the exact opposite!! Brad assisted me and was extremely patient and helpful!! He didn't push one club vs another and didn't even laugh when I said there was a brand I didn't want because I didn't like the logo! He treated me like any other golfer and gave me different brands to try until I found a full set that I liked. He even gave me pointers as to what was wrong with my swing!! After all this, he then took the time to walk over to help me find a putter too!! It is definitely the best place to go to get the full experience of all the clubs and how they feel for your size and swing! I am very happy with the clubs I purchased and am thankful for all the help Brad provided!! He really knew his stuff! I highly recommend this place to be able to see and try all the clubs!

Went to get myself fit for a driver and my aunt fit for a entire new set. We were fit by Brad and he was amazing. He was very patient, knowledgeable and even helped my aunt with her swing. Never once did we feel rushed or pressured into anything. He even helped her in selecting a putter and which ball he thought would fit her best. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and asked us multiple times as we walked around the store if there was anything they could help us with. I would highly recommend this place. If getting fit, I would recommend getting there early. We were there right at open to avoid a long wait.

I try to make small talk and he acting like I wasn't talking. I ended spending double price from the one I originally found and wanted. Last time I go here. Not helpful nor polite or friendly.

Visited PGA Store in Downers Grove, IL, this morning. Had free time and they always have neat things there. Purchased a Perfect Swing Path Board, to refresh my alignment of my foot stance, ball position for each club.on one side. The other side explained how to draw, fade and hit straight hits with your swing path. Thick plastic board, about 5" wide and 3' long. White background, with easy to read placements and path ways. Not confusing and I always seem to be checking my stance and club path, through my practice sessions and during a round of golf. Common sense and looks like a great refresher for the upcoming golf season
Aldi got 100 gilf tees, 1 1-2 " long, in orange color, for tee shots w fairway and iron shots off tee. Great height instead of bre as king long trees and very hard to lose on tee box. Makes those shots a lot more consistent on tee height.
Hit them close ty the pin this year. Good practice and have fun on the course this year

I visited this store on December 23, 2020 to get items for my husband's Christmas and birthday presents. Upon entering I was not greeted by any team members but only stared at as I wiped off my cart. As I headed down the aisle to explore the store, a team member greeted the gentlemen behind me and asked if he needed help. Then another team member up ahead near the mini driving rooms asked a man if he needed help but again did not acknowledge me.
I made my way through the entire store and not one person was available to help me in the store that was not crowded or busy. I felt like I walked into the past and my teenage daughter sensed it too. This was a very eye opening experience and I would much rather spend my hard earned money with a company that takes customer service seriously.

I visited the PGA store for a driver fitting. This was my first time visiting the PGA Superstore. (Literally felt like a kid in a candy store.) As I walked in, was not sure where the fittings were held. Walked pass a set of bays and not sure if this was where I was supposed to be. The rep asked if I needed help and told him "I had an appt with Danny for a diver fitting." He told me he is wrapping up a fitting, but I can go into an empty bay to warm up. It was time for my fitting and Danny was quick to give me tips to assist with my swing since I came in because I have an insane slice. After all my swings and the different clubs heads being swapped out, Danny put together a draw weight and shaft to help with my slice and we found the right driver. Danny was patient and assisted me in choosing my right driver.

I setup a tour van fitting with Chris Kibble. He took the entire hour evaluating what irons would work for me. We closed the deal. He did not try to sell me the most expensive set. He sold me the Cobras which during the swing test with the simulator calculated were the most consistent and best fit. Ironically he didn’t know I had the older version of Cobra irons. Special ordered to fit and delivered in time. Very professional and courteous to your game. Going back today for a driver. Great store, everyone always kind and courteous, even by phone.

I am a left handed golfer and left handed golfers have a hard time finding a suitable selection of golf clubs to try out. The PGA TOUR Superstore had a vast selection of irons i was able to try out and swing in their golf simulators. After smacking balls for 25 minutes I was able to make a selection and leave the store with clubs in hand at a small discounted rate due to the clubs being a display model. I recommend this store for all your golfing needs and will be returning in the future.

Very cool place. However, it is very difficult to get any help. Even though they have everything, so does amazon. The reason I went there was to get the PGA experience. Hasn't happened in three visits. Everyone seems "busy" and customers just roam around until they can get some help. Hopefully the leadership team gets this review and uses this feedback as a coaching opportunity for their time or for their capacity planning. Get more people working in there at any given time that want to help provide an awesome experience. I guarantee you will increase revenues. People come there to feel cool and pampered like a PGA tour pro. Otherwise, Amazon can satisfy every need.

I re-gripped my clubs at the beginning of the summer myself, but was having an issue with movement. Took them in and they said it looked like a bad batch of tape I used. Super helpful in the process of recommending new grips and said they will be ready in 24 hours.
Noticed there weren’t any lefty clubs on display, which if I was in the market for new clubs would make me have to find someone and ask. I usually look online to see if something is in stock anyway so it’s not really an issue. Might just be for display purposes so all the clubs look uniform. Either way, the store has TONS of merchandise. Would shop back again, so not sure if all the bad reviews were because of specific issues, but it seems that it’s 99% self sufficient in finding what you need.

Yesterday while out, I stopped by to get my driver re-gripped. I've always wanted to get fitted for a set of irons as my first set was purchased 2nd hand and guessed on the length/lie. I signed up and there was a wait, so I dropped off my fiance at her store and drove back to PGA. Greg Goerger then picked up my queue and off we were. We spent about 30 minutes trying different clubs and lengths (I am definitely am amateur so needed something forgiving). We ended up deciding that the Callaway Rogue X was the ideal set for me with some custom lengths.
By the time we were done, Greg gave me some pricing options and I had to go back and pick up my better half. Overall it was a great experience.
A few hours later, I ended up coming back and wanted to compare one last set to these Rogue X's. Jonathan Camacho took a ton of time to grab some clubs again, let me swing both and see what would be the best fit for my style. At the end, we came up with the Rogue X set I needed and we place the order!
Jonathan and Greg were great to work with, and definitely made me comfortable with my first "NEW" club purchase. Pumped to get these irons, give them a serious test drive, and hopefully be back to fit some hybrids and a driver in the future.
Buying online is great for many many things. This was one of the situations where I needed some guidance and the Jonathan/Greg duo did exactly that. Big Thanks to the both of you!

I always get my racquets restrung here and they have the lowest prices for restringing (15) and they have always had the racquets ready the day I needed them. Only complaint is sometimes, they don’t have anybody at the tennis section to help so you might have to go find someone to help you, plus a lot of the workers there don’t know anything about tennis, but if you know what you want and like cheap prices, this is the place for you.

I brought my driver in to get a new shaft. I dropped it off at 11am on Wednesday. Told to pick it up at 11am on Friday. Show up at 10:10am thinking it would be done. WRONG! They decided to work on it then. What's the point of waiting 2 days if it only took 5 mins? If you're short staffed, get some more people in there. Stop cutting corners to line the bosses pockets. NOW done with my venting, I give 5 STARS to Jim who helped me with my swing and picked out the new STIFF SHAFT that has made me hit the ball further and straighter than I could have imagine. SO JIM IS GREAT!!!!!!!!!!! Getting your clubs done BEFORE you get there BAD!!!!!!!!!!!

Decent range of stock items but the customer service is frankly appalling. Couldn't find staff that were able to answer my questions it's like they work in sales prevention through avoidance. If you go make sure you've got a spare few hours, don't expect to be able to hop onto one of the bays to get a feel for a club and don't any customer service - then you won't be too disappointed.

After buying a putter at a completely different store, I decided to come here to get fitted and ensure that the measurements were right for me. I hadn't unwrapped my putter yet, incase I needed to exchange it. After asking for a putter fitting at the front desk, I was greeted by Brian, who not only fit my putter for me, but also gave me some tips on my stance. After determining that I needed a putter that was longer, he came with me to talk to Lee, who was able to exchange my putter for the longer one, without any extra charge. I also ended up buying a new wedge, and Brian was also very helpful with helping me find the proper gapping, even verifying with another employee to ensure that the loft I had chosen was the right choice. Overall I had a very good experience here, and will come again.

Terrible customer service. I was trying to buy a new set of irons and nobody would say a word to me. Nobody ever mentioned that there were fittings available (my buddy noticed a poster on the wall of the bathroom while I was checking out). I finally asked an older gentleman working near the hitting bays to let me hit some different irons. Helping me seemed to be the last thing he wanted to be doing. After hitting a few different irons with zero help from any employee I decided to purchase a set. I went and got an employee and ordered the clubs. This was January 19. It is now February 12 and I still do not have the clubs or even a tracking number showing they have been shipped. I called customer service a couple times and they said that the person working at the store never placed the order so taylormade never received an order. They had no problem taking my money though! Now they are telling me that taylormade has the order and should ship them soon so we will see.......they need a major change in attitude toward customers at this particular location and it’s unfortunate because I have been there numerous times with the same results. The lone exception being the time I had gentleman who I believe is named Greg help me. Unfortunately he was not working the day I needed him!

It's a monopoly that has continued to raise prices on everything. Sure they have the stock selection, but with all due respect they are not club fitters and tell you want you want to hear. Good for purchasing stock clubs at top dollar, but go to the professionals to get properly fitted throughout the bag. If your looking for a deal it was at the old golfsmith they put out of business.
