Little Green Apple

This is my favorite store. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. They always go above and beyond when I am looking for something. Today (10/14/23) was an ornament premier day, which drew a lot of customers, the staff treated every person as if he or she was the only person in the store. I had numerous questions about several items, and all my questions were answered, I highly recommend this store.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. It was a delight speaking to the staff while looking/searching for my daughters gifts and at checkout. Customer service is very important to me. Thank you! The selection was also incredible. The Halloween and Christmas selection is amazing! I wish I could purchase everything! The card selection and wrapping paper/bags/bows couldn't be better. I highly recommend this store! I will definitely be back!

Staff member wasn’t helpful when I was shopping there. They made me feel very odd by looking down on me mentioning a price difference. Entitled attitude by employee. I was thinking about buying more from here but that experience made me not want to purchase more. I’ll gladly spending my funds somewhere else.

Amy's Hallmark is one of the many Hallmark stores in the western suburbs. They are located in a big mall and it's easy to find a parking spot unlike some Hallmark stores. They have a great collection of goodies for holiday shopping and was already selling out the Christmas ornaments. Many of the popular ones were sold out and they have them in multiple themes including the popular Disney franchises like Star Wars and the likes.

They have a pretty decent collection of greeting cards though I could not find a lot of variety in the birthday section for my wife and our kids "mom" categories. The staff are welcoming and greeted me many times (different people) and wished me a great rest of the day when I was exiting.

Hallmark is always a fun place to go into. Associates are so nice and customer oriented. Today is the ornament day and they are very prepared.

Today was not a good day at Hallmark. I was there for an hour and a half. The computer went down twice, my 20% coupon wasn't good on ornaments and cards and the complimentary gift bags were all gone. Not a happy camper right now.

Always a pleasant experience. I prefer going to this location because there is a wide variety of cards compared to other locations. Staff is polite and always willing to help.

Great experience shopping at this Hallmark store. I have a bad back and cannot stand very long and clerk was very accommodating and furnished a chair for me to sit on and rest my back. I will continue to frequent this particular Hallmark.
