Everything about this place is 10/10! The pizza is something I’ve never tasted before, just absolutely amazing & the service was excellent. I hate that it’s so far from the QC but I will be back again! Not what I expected for a late night pizza run but 100% worth it. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to everyone!!

I've been getting delivery from these folks and decided to get carryout. This was by the 7-11. The food here is great, they have a different variety of pizza, even vegan! We got vegan bread sticks as well as pepperoni pizza, all baked to perfection! Can't say enough about the food! Service is a bit slow but they are baked to order so not a big deal if you know that coming in. Place is small but it is for carryout! But overall if you want a great pizza, this place is worth a look!

Hubby and I were just riding around trying to find non chain pizzerias. Came up on Sarpino's. So we stop and chance it. Service was great. Food was amazing. This is not a dine in restaurant, as we were getting it to go anyway. The pizza sauce is perfect. It's chunky, not too sweet, and full of flavor. 🙃

Consistently the top choice for late-night cravings. When I’m nearby and craving a Caesar salad, this place stands out as one of my favorites. Every time, the salad is made with fresh ingredients, and the cashiers consistently provide excellent service, ensuring your order is accurately prepared. Having their takeout is always a delightful experience, nothing short of wonderful.

We got a small pizza, wings, and a salad. The salad was fine. No issues there. Big size portion too. However, the pizza legit resembled an overcooked frozen Red Baron. The wings were definitely frozen not fresh and reminded me of those Tyson Anytizers.

I had high hopes for this place. I just don’t understand how this was seen as permissible to sell a customer. Never again.

Delicious!! I made a late night order, and it was conveniently delivered right to our room for free. I ordered cheese and veggie pizza along with buffalo chicken wings. Everything was made fresh and tasted so good! Will be ordering again.

"conveniently gourmet" damn right! this is really good pizza. i ordered from this location twice last week during my stay in chicago. first night we got vegan pepperoni deep dish, vegan mediterranean, and vegan extra cheesey bread. everything was cooked properly and the vegan marinara was to die for. the second night we got two vegan vegetarians. one of them was soggy in the middle, either too many tomatoes or not cooked long enough. it was still good but that was a little disappointing. the biggest thing i would change however, the vegan cheese. i work at a restaurant supply warehouse and we don't even sell Daiya. most pizza places use Follow Your Heart. it is creamy where Daiya is plasticy. still good but i did find myself a little squeamish about the amount of oily plasticy cheese in the deep dish pizza. anyway the service was *incredible*. free delivery from the absolute nicest drivers i've ever encountered. the people answering the phones were very pleasant as well. i am very very grateful for the extensive vegan menu with its many deep dish, specialty, and meat alternative options. open late, affordable. chicago is lucky to have this chain! -9/2022

update 9/2023:
back in Chicago, was eager to get my hands on more of this awesome pizza. we got 3 vegan build-your-own. all were spot on delicious from the even toppings to the perfectly cooked crust. nice delivery driver, ordered online successfully.

I have been here for almost 4 years never ordered from here - couldn’t find anything open at 10pm to deliver on Thursday except dominos- only other place I found was this one so I ordered and I am so happy I did! - it was so so so good!!! And also very inexpensive! I got 2 medium one topping pizza’s delivered for cheaper than a large 1 topping pizza at another local place. And it was fast.

I have been here for almost 4 years never ordered from here - couldn’t find anything open at 10pm to deliver on Thursday except dominos- only other place I found was this one so I ordered and I am so happy I did! - it was so so so good!!! This was the first time ordering from Sarpino’s. Can’t believe we’ve lived here most of our lives and never came across this place. I can honestly say we have a new favorite pizza place! What won us over? First and foremost, they are open late, which is always a win for me. Second - They make it fast, it’s very affordable, and absolutely delicious! We got a 16” two topping crumbled sausage and smoked bacon, for just $21! I was weary and expected it to be like Pizza Hut or something but nope - It was DELICIOUS! My husband is a hard man to impress with pizza and my kids are very picky as well. But everyone loved it. Great people and great food! Give them a try, you will love it too :)

Ordered a pizza then observed an employee abrading his nose .. which then I proceeded to ask for refund in which he did but he proceeded to be disrespectful and told me to get out .. I proceeded to observe the rest of the employees had no gloves on either .. this is unsanitary and unacceptable.. I will not be returning and wouldn’t recommend anyone else.!

Ordered for pick up. This pizza is my go-to pizza. The crust is amazing, the ingredients fresh. The staff is so welcoming. You can get reward points for money off on future orders. The manager informed me they are going to start using crumbled sausage by request. Can't wait to try it on my next order!

The Calzones are life changing!

The culinary technicians in the back of the house figured out how to make pizza healthy! The Thin Crust Lovers pizza is essentially a Caesar salad slapped on top of a pizza! What could be better?! Appetizer and main course all in one!

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!! IVE NEVER HAD THESE PROBLEMS! they straight up told me they use Bacon bites for BLT. Literally. My chicken sandwich....had 1 chicken tender. I ordered waffle fries. Gave me about 25. I said I want re-made,. But couldn't do it any different. I never heard of that! Bacon bits!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! PYMT WILL BE STOPPED. THIS WAS A $100 ORDER!

gourmet guarantee indeed, this place is legit af!!!-cannot rave about their food enough! absolutely a must try!
the chicken alone in the fettuccine alfredo was enough to come back for/unlike anything ive ever had anywhere else by far, absolutely mind blown, n then on top of that the noodles were cooked to perfect, with a vry generous amount of amazing thick n flavorful sauce, with some yummy fresh veggies added in & all topped with cheese baked to a goldeny perfection, absolutely to die for n def best ive evr had! cheesy garlic bread is also a must! ...(guy behind the counter was dope af too!)

This place is the best pizza place we've tried in Chicago. Prices are fair and they have coupons like buy 1 get 1 free. The have FREE delivery! The food was make just the way we ordered it and was hot and fresh upon arrival. I'm not big on pizza sauce and every time I ask for lite sauce I get lots, this is the first place the understood eat lite sauce means. Would definitely recommend!

This is our go to pizza place now. The kids love their pizza. I always order two pepperoni pizzas for them one lightly done and one well done LOL the kids love it!!! I really enjoy their lasagna. I go back and forth on the cheese or spinach both are delish!!! Their garlic bread is really good too I like how thin the slices are gives it an extra crunch I like. Open late, free delivery, amazing food and staff what more could you ask for?

Quick delivery accurate and on time. Easy to order and always good. Compared to big chains like Pizza Hut and Domino's it is no comparison. Far superior and as far as I see less expensive than those chains.

Ordered 2 pizzas on June 12th ,one was OK the other was burnt to a crisp and hard as a rock.Complained online and was not contacted until 4 days later.Owner promised to apply $20 gift card to my account,he did not,I also was unable to use the $10 loyalty reward I earned the next time I tried to order,so I cancelled order and will never order from Sarpinos again,and neither should you.

We've ordered pizza from here 3 times and have enjoyed it very much! Our pizzas are always cooked well-done (our preference) and it gives the most delicious crunchy crust. The inside of the store is extremely clean. Workers are friendly and service is quick. It takes no longer than 15 minutes for our order to be ready. Highly recommend!

If i can give it a zero i would, i order'd a pizza i have over 9 cameras on my home and they didnt deliver my pizza waited over 2.5 hours and nothing then they want to hang up on me and not refund me anything just say contact doordash and they cant do anything since is directly with them this is just sum b.s cant belive it am always ordering from them is this how they treat constant customers this is a joke seriously

With incredibly flexible hours, whether you're picking up for lunch or for a late night delivery, the food is always fresh and on time. Last time I ordered the driver had no change, said he'd come back with it. I gave him 20 and never saw him again. Garbage quality late nite pizza. Chicken is reconstituted gristle. Extremely oily cheese and heartburn sauce. Id recommend ramen out of a dumpster covered in hair and toenails before this swag pizza.

stopped into this location, a guy name Derric took our orders, he was exceptionally patient and friendly considering I took awhile ordering because the menu selection was huge. The lobby area was clean and welcoming and the candy at the register was a bonus, i was extremely hungry but my order was fast. This location is a grade A. You were able to see the kitchen area and the coke are wearing mask.

I just wanna say without this place I’d starve! I work overnight, so thank you for being open so late! Also, the driver Chad is exceptional! He always delivers my food on time and still hot. Even gives recommendations on new items to try. And that’s really appreciated considering I have a specific diet that I have to follow. Cool guy! And will definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Walked in for a simple 8inch pepperoni. I’m walks in 3 customers who get their large orders before mine. One ordered ahead and the rest ordered on site. After I finally asked for an update, the kid said oh that was you and went to talk to the rest. No one said what happen just that it will be another 6 minutes. . mistakes happen and all but it no one bother to make sure their apologies came across. Bunch of kids just fn around

We order from here nearly 3x/month and just got the worst pizza order ever. The crust is so thin, the sauce is bleeding through and there is half the cheese there normally is. The crust is halfway down to the middle of the pizza. And when I called to complain, I got a nicer gentleman on the phone and when he put his manager on Derek, he said I could bring the pizzas back at midnight to their store for a full refund. Worst manager ever, worst customer service EVER. This guy should be fired. I have never had such a rude interaction with a place. I will never be ordering from them again. That's about $150/month out of the owner's pocket. Great job hiring.

Worse Chicago pizza ever and I hate feeling like I was cheated when I pay for extras and don't receive what I paid for. I paid $65 for a XL pizza with double sausage and extra cheese, 1lb of wings and a salad. Instead of extra toppings it looked like they gave me less than the regular 🤬. There was about 6 wings (definitely didn't look like a pound); the salad was the best part of the meal. Will never order from them again!

I used to really like this place, now it feels like when I call-in an order, I’m being denied proper service. The young guy that answers that phone 3rd shift will have this place going out of business soon if he keep his poor attitude & the cooks will to if they don’t learn how to start making sure the food is done before delivery. Will be sticking to ordering from the Glenn Ellyn location for now on!

Pizza was half and half. One half was sausage and ground beef. The sausage is a different type of sausage than my husband is use to. The other half which was for me was vegetables ( peppers, spinach and hot peppers. The pizza is so good at midnight.

It used to be really good but I decided to try it after a long time yesterday and it was the worse. It was tasteless, the outside was cooked but the inside was undercooked. I am guessing they put it through too fast. There was oil dripping from the box. I would not recommend it.

Everything was great! Delivery was fast and the driver was friendly even though he was delivering on Thanksgiving night! Toppings were fresh, ordering was easy and the delivery was fast. Pizza arrived hot and delicious. They put the cutest peppers and a little marinara dipping sauce in the box. Highly recommend.

Glen location is amazing. I live in downers and decided to go to this one since it's closer. Ordered here twice, twice I told them pineapple on half, and twice they didn't follow directions. Couldn't eat it at all last two times so I'll stick with the further location.

I don't know what happened to this place. I usually order their baked spaghetti and it was delicious. I ordered pizza and chicken wings last night couldn't eat either of them. Pizza was cold and the chicken wings tasted like they were freezer burnt. $50 thrown away. Never ordering from this place again.

Pizza is delicious, friendly service and they bring utensils (which is a rarity when you order to a hotel anymore). I would definitely recommend getting some pizza here.

I been to this store many years. One thing I want to mention is that its only five stars when the manager Derric is working or G the owner. Things are made perfectly when Derric is running the store. Prior to ordering I always call to see if Derric is working. He is an asset to the store and efficient. When he or the owner isnt working, it be a 3 star.

Decent thin crust for a reasonable price and clutch that they are open late.
Staff at this one is quick and nice.
