I ordered Jimmy John's for a special birthday lunch delivery to the school. I took care to allow plenty of time for it to arrive before my son's lunch break. About 30 minutes before the expected delivery, I called to double-check the status and was informed that it was already on its way with the driver.

Then, at 11:30 AM, my son called me from the school office, hungry and wondering where his lunch was. I immediately phoned the store again to inquire about the status. They assured me they would contact me once they spoke with the driver, but that call never came.

To my dismay, the lunch didn't arrive until 11:52 AM, long after my son's lunch period had ended. What was frustrating was that the school was just 3-4 blocks away from the store, and you'd expect that a school delivery would be a priority for the driver.

When I checked with the school office, they confirmed that three other kids also had their Jimmy John's lunches delivered late. It's clear that Jimmy John's needs to make some changes if they can't consistently meet their delivery times, or perhaps reconsider offering this service altogether.

Donnell is the absolute best! There was a small mistake with my order, absolutely no big deal, I'm not really someone who complains for free stuff I just like getting whatever I paid for, and Donnell made sure of that! He gave me a brand new fresh sandwich made properly despite me eating half of the original (I drive for a living, so I don't often have time to go back and get it fixed)

Give this man a raise! Amazing customer service.

This is a nice Jimmy John's. I order from here regularly and have had no bad experiences. I dined in with my 2 year old today and was a little flustered dealing with her and ordering at the same time and they were patient and accommodating. They then made a couple of fantastic sandwiches. They're courteous with their customers and they take care of their regulars. High praise is deserved!

The staff here are awesome. They’re patient (I have a more complex order). They have also accommodated me by bringing food to my car. Additionally, they’ve brought the additional items out to me (I got hungrier) without even asking.

…I mean, who does that in this service economy? It’s almost unheard of. Since that experience, I drive a little further away to order from here. Thank you staff!!

I've ordered here before for lunch, and it's been fine. Today however I placed an order for a sub, and after 35 minutes, it was nowhere to be found. (I'm less than a mile away). I called them them to check the status of my sub, and I was told they were not aware of when their drivers were going to be able to come out this way. After asking for a refund, I was told it would take up to 10 business days. Thanks, Jimmy Johns.

I ordered a 30pc and an 18pc party pack for a work event today, Saturday 9/10. Not only was everything delicious, but the two bright haired ladies (and the young gentleman) working were very friendly and chatted with me as they finished up my order. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate them squeezing in such a large, last minute order.

Times are tough seems like many of the Jimmy John's are at this time out of Turkey it's been a few days now so I ordered a Tuna instead. Service as usual was fast and friendly.

Ordered delivery at 7:30pm I live 1 minute away, actually 2 blocks away. They didn’t show up with my food. I waited 50minutes to call. They didn’t call me back to say they couldn’t make it or would refund me. They didn’t tell me how long it would take. Horrible experience. I would’ve been understanding if they said that it might take awhile, or they’re not accepting orders.

Yesterday as once in awhile I've ordered sandwich from this location via jj app, about 20 minutes later i got push notification that my sandwich is out for delivery, over an hour later since ordering i called them up asking where is my sandwich, first lady said that she will check and said that drive is still out there ,later they called me and said that my sandwich was delivered and left by doors ,but not exactly like described, i went around all shop doors multiple times during over 2 hours of waiting for my sandwich ,never got notice from app that it was delivered ,driver never called or texted me like it was always before ,so they claim that they delivered ,i guess i paid for simptomless sandwich ,cuz no one seen it from my co workers ,unless they delivered at wrong adress but in my opinion driver should make sure if the sandwich was delivered at proper place ,I've asked them also that i want my money back and that i won't order from them anymore and i finished the call cuz they ruined my lunch ,never called my back so i guess they don't really care about customers ,i won't cry about that 13 $ but jj just lost customer .

Up to a few weeks ago this place used to deliver to my work. Apparently it's too much to deliver a sandwich 2 miles away. I will not be ordering from this location anymore. Absolutely ridiculous.

Always great sandwiches made with fresh ingredients and, as they say, freaky fast. Want one without bread? Try your sandwich as an "unwich" - served in a lettuce leaf. The staff are usually very friendly, even when very busy.

Not one to write reviews, I know folks are working hard but my last 3 orders have been well over 1 hour. When I call I get the same excuse, "sorry only one driver tonight" Well it turns out thats all they schedule, ever. I also never received the "discount" on the orders there after. Freaky Fast is not their priority, unfortunately, this is common practice for this location.

They are so slow in delivery. It takes an hour to deliver one sandwich on a 2 min delivery drive. I have called multiple
Times on multiple orders.

AMAZING! I love this Jimmy Johns! When I got there I was just expecting a normal Jimmy John’s but I feel like they were better! But most of all I was talking to the manager and they were so helpful! They made my turkey tom great! Thanks Jimmy John’s!

I do not like sandwiches but two months ago a friend wanted to go here so i joined him. Sub #7 is what i ordered and i have been back twice a week since to get more of this sandwich. Freaky fast service too.

I ordered delivery from a "freaky fast" jimmy John, its been over 30 minutes and I live not even 5 minutes from the store. What a joke, I should never pay or tip for delivery. Just pick up or go to another place that can deliver faster than a local pizza shop

Worst service I have ever received in my life. I placed an order online this morning. I arrived to pick it up a few minutes early and they hadn't started on it. Understandable, it only takes a few minutes to make 3 sandwiches. As I stand there and wait, 2 of the people that ordered after I got there received their orders.
I asked when I might get my order, as I've now been there over 10 minutes. The response was that it was only fair to help people in the order they come in. Why have online ordering if you aren't going to help someone until after they come in? It would have been faster for me to get into line when I got there. I was told there's nothing they could do and didn't even receive an apology. Never returning to this location again.

Shame to give it even one star. Guy behind the counter waiting on me was actually wildly dancing, yes dancing to the loud music playing while I was deciding on what to get. I held my composure and ordered. As my sub was being made one of the two workers noticed something the other worker did while making my sub and burster out laughing. After I left and unwrapped my sub I noticed the bread was as hard as a rock and that's what she was laughing about. The guy gave me stale bread on purpose. Real funny! I will go elsewhere where they actually appreciate customers.

Yes. Tasty + fresh. Service very good and kind staff. We got the 8" BLT and the #4Turkey plus cheese. We were SO glad we stopped at THIS Jimmy John's. If we're out this way for sandwiches, THIS Jimmy John's is our 1st choice.

sub-par compared to other locations

This location continually messes up orders and refuses to bring deliveries to the apartment. Most recently they couldn't follow instructions to leave food in lobby of an apartment building, didn't deliver it, marked it delivered, and then when I called they copped an attitude with me about it. It's been an hour since my order and they said they would follow the instructions this time. So much for fast delivery. Prior to that it took 40 minutes to drop off an order, which they dropped off to the wrong address (took to the RESTAURANT in the apartment building). Of course they did not provide a response to this mishap.

Felt compelled to write a review after my lunch service yesterday. The staff was engaging and welcoming. Even though it was the tail end of the lunch rush they did not seem bothered by me or any of my changes and additions to my selection. I was surprised that even after the changes to my sandwich, I had my order in my hand before my CC was done processing. It was impressive service top to bottom and as usual, a delicious lunch.

I plow snow for a living and I’ll be working 12 hours. I came in and ordered a sub with dressing on the side, and they tell me they can’t give me dressing on the side, so I left. And went to Mr. Sub they lost business over giving dressing on the side. Good job

Good food with great service. I've been here for lunch twice during the week and it's been pretty empty which is a huge plus - it means service was fast and friendly. They do play music in the store which contributes to a good atmosphere while eating in.

I order from this location frequently because they are convenient for days when I can't get out of the office and need a fast lunch. The delivery service is always quick, the staff answering the phones are always courteous and the orders are always right. Never a problem.
