Five Below

The Lombard location has to be the worst location I’ve been too to shop.walking in I was met by an employee(Jason)which I asked for help in finding a few items and he literally told me I’m going to have find it my self. And he wasn’t even doing anything but greeting customers at the door.(LAZY) and he literally watched me walk around the store clueless trying to find the items I could not believe it he made it seem like i asked him to help me move furniture, customer service was horrible.

The store was very clean and the staff was friendly. There was a nice assortment of things to choose from that were clearly displayed. Even though there was so much inside, it didn't feel cluttered at all.

I love this little store!!! The employees are always nice and the store carries a lot of retro things. I can't leave there without spending, at least, $80-$100.00. I pick up little toys and books for my nieces and nephews, and they love everything that I buy there.

I visited two stores looking for a particular item. At the Lombard location, the employee basically gestured in the general direction of the item I needed, and I was left to find it mysekf, or not. At the Woodridge store, the employee walked me over to the itrm and apologized that the item was not in stock. She also suggested other store locations that might have it. That simple gesture was the difference between a thee and five-star experience.

I love this store..needed presents for a friend's Birthday and a pillow for me..the only problem was some of the tshirts I wanted that were advertised weren't there..went back a few days later and shirts were changed..but I found some cute ones for my friends birthday and a cute pillow for me..

Such a fun store! I went there for an incense burner and couldn't resist many other things on display! Once I bought 2 or 3 fun journals there . All have suggested writing ideas which are fun and inspiring!

Rude. Walked in at 8:45 and before I got through the door the cashier yells we close in 15 minutes. They did not say hi or welcome. They just wanted to hurry up. Terrible customer service. I'll choose a different location for future purchases if I return at all.

I would like to share that Casey and Lauren are 5belows FINEST EMPLOYEES. This Mother’s Day weekend has been overwhelming with plans and I forgot the most important part of the pool party TOYS Casey and Lauren assisted me with my floats blew them up and helped me around the store when I was in a RUSH. They had a line around the corner but managed to clear the lines, and service difficult customers like myself with float devices ALL WITH A SMILE AND HELPFUL ATTITUDES…. Did I mention while still greeting customers with a 🗣WELCOME TO 5 BELOW 🥰😍💐thanks guys 💋

I am so appalled, I love this location and have been going here forever. However todays visit was terrible, we went to check out and the lady and the register said would you like to round up your total to St Jude’s. We said no and she immediately said why and pushed us to donate. We told her we donate lots of money to the Red Cross but she was furious, and said something under her breath about people who actually donate. I don’t know her name but I hope you give your staff a strict talking to.

Usually buy items from this store for the grandkids,but on my last visit I bought items for me. Needed just loungewear, everything is so expensive lately so I went over to 5 below. Redoing my place,great clothes to work in,lounge in etc .perfect for between season wear. Thank you,five below.

Been in the store several times. Has always been a pleasant experience. The toys usually got incredible value for the price you pay. Is this 100% across the board, of course not but with some logic and objectivity you can always find something here and be very happy with it.

I was christmas shopping and the staff was very willing to help me find certain items I didn't see right away and realized it was becuase they were not in stock. Other than that, I always find the items I need fairly quickly with the way the store is set up.

It was very crowded today as expected. I got a bunch of random things for the Christmas saran wrap game! It was perfect gifts under 5.00.

I was very disappointed. The prices are too high for the merchandise. Some identical things you could find at the dollar store but they were priced 2.00 or 2.25. The majority of the items were 5.00.
