Stopped here today with three old games of the PlayStation 5 and one old game of the PlayStation 4 for trade in for the new Madden 2025.

I received a total of $16.50 in credit towards the new game and ended up paying $55.79 for the new game.

Customer Service was great and I was in and out in 5 minutes!

Let's anyone with their phone number use their pro account and drain their points. Was lovely to get 3 emails all my points gone and no one can do anything. Per the policy online it says you must persent an ID to redeem points YOU all MESSED UP by not asking for the ID. My name is very unique no one has my name. You would of caught on to this being a person stealing my points

Zachary was amazing, my PS5 burned up and he recovered my disc in the drive, showed me how to add an external SD card, and was very pleasant to chat with. He's very knowledgeable and courteous as well as proficient in his job. Couldn't be happier with the experience he provided and will definitely be back for all my gaming needs. Thanks!!!

The lady that works here comes off as rude. The guy (Jeff?) is like a dream employee, he knows his stuff and he power through trades and other things. Marlena or whatever her name is...eh...not recommend. Just leave if you see her and come back when the dude is there.

I came here to buy some cheap used Xbox one games as when new generations of consoles come out, the value of the previous generation games drops, so I decided to take advantage of it. I was greeted by a friendly man who did not cause a problem. I then came to checkout buying four used games and was immediately pestered by the lady at the counter on three different occasions, first about the Power Up Pro membership, then about scratch protection (which is a scam as it is nearly impossible to scratch a Blu-Ray, and I have never heard of someone breaking a Switch cartridge.), and finally about trading in cell phones. Because the lady focused so much on selling me things I knew I did not need, there was a lack of customer service, such as asking if I found everything ok, saying thank you after the transaction, and other small things that enhance the customer experience. I recommend that Gamestop stop pressuring employees to sell the customers things they do not need as it makes the experience shopping there terrible. I will likely not shop at Gamestop until the company learns to value its customers and associates.

Pros
The used games I bought were relatively cheap
It has a large video game selection which can be helpful for some hard-to-find JRPGs
The seven-day return policy on used games is beneficial for games you want to try out but do not want to buy
This location is bigger than most Gamestop locations.
Gamestop now price matches which put it in line with Best Buy and Target
Cons
The employees here bugged me more than other GameStop's I have been to about Power Up Pro membership, Gameplay guarantee, and trading in Cell Phones.
Gamestop sells opened games as new which would be unacceptable at Walmart, Target, Amazon, or Best Buy but isn't for GameStop.
Since associates are pressured to upsell everything, which diminishes the customer experience

Been coming here for about 15 years now. Went in to buy Legends Arceus for my sister and a guy was at the counter selling a console, or something. There were three people behind the counter. After about minute 20 of waiting, I just left. I ended up going to Walmart and getting the game for $10 off since all Walmart games are $10 off in store.

Definitely not a store you can run and grab something. Always end up waiting in line for 10 minutes to purchase a single item. 1 employees at the register and the other refused to jump on the register to finish the line more quickly. Needs better management.

If I can give 0 stars I would I live pretty far but had to come this way I purchased video games for christmas and they werent even in there. Kids were so upset when opening their gifts. Horrible service. Then the seasonal worker wants to tell when going to tell them what happened. People really need to calm down and learn how to speak to customers

Not sure what was going on but we tried to stop in to buy some gift cards for our gaming kids and were scolded by the manager as soon as we walked in the door saying they could only have 7 customers in the store and we were numbers 6 and 7 but he proceeded to lecture us about where to stand and that we needed to make sure no one was waiting ahead of us. Others were waiting outside to purchase XboxX (we asked before going in). He didn't ask us what we were looking for, only insinuated that we were there apparently to cut the XboxX line. I said we just wanted to make a quick purchase and he said he doubted that would happen. What? We have purchased often from this store but we left. Not sure why we were treated so rudely this time but we will take our business elsewhere.

This store seems to always have the worse customer service. Considering all of their products can easily be bought online you would think they would make more of an effort to be nice to their customers, at least half of which are kids. Went here to buy one gift card and it took 15 minutes. I was the only customer in the store. They wouldn’t shut up, asking me to buy more products. They were repeatedly cutting me off, and generally ignoring me. I got what I wanted but overall the customer service is terrible.

The store has lots of video games for the various consoles, including new and used games, with some at very good prices. They sometimes have sales and clearance items which are a real bargain, and not only on video games, but on geek merchandise and board games. The employees are friendly and willing to help with any questions.

I will never come to this GameStop, came here on 6/2/2018 at around 6 P.M with my wife and my son to buy some games. We needed help but they didn’t help us at all and we were the only customers their. I have asked one of the employee a question about a game and he was bothered that I interrupted him of whatever he was doing. These employees had time to joke around but when We needed help they didn’t have time to help us. That’s okay cause we just left and took our business elsewhere. Thank you for the nasty experience that you have shown me and my family.

Not a fan. Called 6 times. The answered on the 6th try and by then time I actually got off hold I had already arrived at the store. On the plus side, I now know it takes exactly 16 minutes and 27 seconds to get to this Gamestop, because that's how long the call was. This is the PopCopy of Gamestops.

They don't answer your phone call because they're focusing their attention on customers in the store. Gamestop has an app that can answer most of your questions to save you a phone call.

Overall good staff, the assistant Eli is usually pretty crappy towards me whenever I go in. Everyone else is cool.
