The food was fresh, and although I didn’t request it, the fish and fries were fried extra crispy—just how I like them. I did ask the server to go easy on the lemon pepper, as I noticed it was being used generously on other orders. The customer service could use a little improvement; the staff seemed caught up in conversation back there. Overall though, I was happy with the meal I received.

ordered thru grubHub, 4pc cat advertised as *4large peices. I was hesitant bcus I read reviews and should have known better. The delivery driver was great, he gave me my bag and it felt empty. I open it and immediately lost my appetite. I called them to ask them to recook it and I will come get it. I was told "you ordered thru GrubHub, take it up them....WOOOWZ
*SEE PICS* they need the health department called for this ragedy, old, unseasoned fish...SHAME ON YOU AND YOUR BUISNESS PRACTICES. People work hard for their money. Bought small catfish dinner. Fish spoiled and rodent droppings in fries. I went back in showed the clerk manager refused refund saying I didn't buy there but when I told her I was there for pickup she asked my name and order besides transaction is on phone.
Your choice to patronize or not.
They should be shut. I've Informed Indiana Health department and Mayor Copelands office. Its his rudness, refusal to refund and to take the responsibility for his actions. Actions that could possible lead to health issues.

I ordered a 30pc wing. They look like Cornish Hen wings. That's how small they are. By frying them they were hard no inner meat. Manager refused to refund me my $40.

First when I arrived bad customer service.I made an order over the phone employee was rushing to take my order. My food was not fully cooked or fresh. I called up there asking for a refund/remake the manager that was there started arguing with me. My whole order was just wrong and chicken was just horrible.

I ordered from uber eats tonight and I had been trying to give this restaurant a chance but for the last three times I've ordered there food has been overcooked and hard and I can't eat it if it's too hard. Don't order the catfish nuggets or the fried chicken. I ordered the but one get one free 6 piece chicken dinner. Not worth the.money at all. And Uber eats didn't credit me or anything all they did was have me take photos of the order. I feel so cheated out of my money. Worst of all the food was so hard I couldn't even bite into the food. The other person I bought food for could only eat three pieces. I do not recommend this place. I am even thinking about stopping and using Uber and Uber eats. All of them get a zero minus from me. I want my money back.

I've been coming to sharks since it open over 15 years ago very disappointed with my service last night I ordered a 10-piece mix extra extra lemon pepper as always when I get home and get relaxed get ready to eat my food there's no lemon pepper on there call back up there told him that my granddaughter and her guy was on his way up there to get all them some food could you please send me some lemon pepper the young lady response was we can't do that it's $1.50 I got to pay $1.50 for your mistake????? So when they go up there I had to send my food back just to get some lemon pepper smh . When my granddaughter is putting the lemon pepper on my food she says the cook tells her to hurry up he needs his Shaker back very rude and unprofessional I'm a back off I didn't like my service I received nor my granddaughter and I'm not going to pay my money to get mistreated by nobody they need to take sone lessons and customer service.

Accidental ordered from here via Uber Eats and I must say it was straight trash 🗑. Every single item I ordered was dry and overcooked. They forgot all the sauces and bread I had to pay extra for. Such a disappointment. 1 star is too much.

This used to be the ONLY sharks location I would recommend. I'd never had issues with their food until this recent superbowl. I purchased 50 1/2 wings and they were horrible. They were weirdly small, literally half the size of my pinky, and tough to eat because they were super overcooked and hard (I didn't ask for well done or any special request oustide of tossing them in sauce which i paid extra for). I also counted them at my destination as they looked weird and I had less than 50. I bought them for my staff to enjoy while working a very busy superbowl Sunday and they couldn't be eaten. We threw most of them away which felt like a giant waste of money.

Chicken is fried so hard can't even chew it. They refuse to give any type of refund because we ate some of the chicken. Yes, we ate some of the chicken and realized it was hard. Before I ordered it I asked them not to fry it hard. They used to be good but the last couple of times not good.

I wanted to leave a good review because I genuinely loved this shark's restaurant but today I tried to call to order for my work and a real rude person answered the phone and rudely informed me that you no longer take phone orders and you can only do it online and through the app.. well I am done . I don't wish to pay extra charges for your app or your online orders I just wanted to call in an order and go pick it up I'm done. Ex loyal customer of 10 years.

It's a hit or a miss. I've never had an experience with my chicken was cooked in old oil. But you will occasionally find chicken feathers on your wings. Idk about you but that's gross.

I got food poisoning. I've been throwing up chicken all day. I can't even keep water down. There has to be a better way for y'all to prepare the food. It's probably a lot of cross contamination going on, not changing gloves, washing hands. This is my first time eating sharks at this location. I'm not eating any more sharks in Indiana.

The wait was just way to long even for chicken. Literally wasted so much time waiting for them to make my order. I didn't even take the lemon paper they offered for fear of waiting g an extra 5 minutes. I waited more than 40 minutes for 2 pizza puffs and 4 pieces of chicken. Ordered from this location on Uber Eats last night.

They completely missed one of the meals in my order. I ordered a 2wing 2salmon combo and they sent me 4pcs of perch. All of the food received was soggy & cold. I tipped the driver 25% so the location just sucks. I don’t understand how it could take 2hrs (yes 2) from the time I placed the order to get food from a place 10 mins away from me. Never again.

This used to be my favorite Sharks until yesterday 6.29.22 around 9:50PM. I was in the drive thru and I witnessed one of the workers drop a chicken leg on the floor while saucing the chicken in honey bbq sauce. He looked around fast, picked it up and tried to throw it in the sauce container. I yelled through the window and said I see you! That's nasty. He hurried and set it to the side and rolled his eyes. The other cook went and picked it up and moved it to the other end of the counter. I asked the cook and the cashier lady to throw it away and they refused which means they probably served that.

I come here when I visit into town from Atlanta. Customer service is always good never had an issue. I used to order the Taffy Grapes but I don't like the hard taffy their new vendor uses. It is no longer a Caramel Grape👎🏽😩...I did order the carrot cake once and it was pretty good. I usual get just the whole wings and fries but recently tried lemon pepper from two locations and the seasoning was lacking so I would ask for extra lemon pepper. I haven't had their seafood. Overall ok place for chicken. The fries are good when hot 🔥

Called in my order they said 25 mins. I go sit there an hour has gone bye. I go to the counters ask about my food tell them an hour has gone. They act dumb. No apogees I say its been a hour the little cook looks at me saying I didn't het this order an hour ago lmfao. My absolute favorite sharks hands down!! Food is always hot and fresh. Customer service is always right on point. I've even picked up door dash orders here and never have a issue with the wait time or food quality. I've never had any complaints and they have never had me wait very long orders normally ready earlier then it says it will be!!!

The food here was terrible. The wings were smaller than other store and the French fries were refried and were hard . Problem with this store isn't just their lower quality of food but the disrespectful signs they have posted on the counter window that states "No food will be taken back or money refunded". Basically this is their way of saying "Buyer Beware". 🤮

Quality is going down hill. I came to EC bc I trusted this location more that the hammond one. I ordered a 21 chicken mix over the phone and she asked me if I wanted to add fries and I said "doesn't it already come with fries?" She ignored my comment and asked if that was all and to give her 10 minutes. I got there and was told fries don't come with it so I ordered fries at the window. When I got home, I received the UGLIEST platter of WINGS. I didn't order Wings, I ordered the mix of chicken.. if the wings were of good quality I wouldn't even care but the wings were disgusting, OLD, and barely had any chicken. The next day, my aunt goes and gets exactly what I originally ordered, except her prder was correct AND FRIES CAME WITH IT???!!

Specifically told cashier no lemon pepper checked before I left and lemon pepper everywhere told them instead of fixing me fresh food they dropped the same food back into fryer which over cooked the food was very disappointed. Try my best to support small businesses but felt as if my money was not respected at all and doing these economic times thats not a good feeling. 🤔

Very disappointed that I was charged a different amount on my card than my receipt stated which clearly means an employee of this establishment adjusted my charge to include a tip although i tipped in cash it has happened more than one time so it was not a mistake. Food is decent but not good enough to get ripped off. Pay in cash to avoid this issue.

Leaving this review in hopes of the establishment improving from feedback, not to bash. I'm very open when it comes to food and try to find tastiness in all things... but this was EXTREMELY poor quality seafood... I ordered a 4 piece catfish and could only finish half of one piece. Outside of the lack of flavor in the breading, the fish had a funny bacteria infested taste. 🤕🤢 everything seemed fried in old oil.. and there's much better lemon pepper seasoning available in the market. And consider sourcing from better meat and seafood markets. Would not mind paying a buck or two more for better quality. I hope you guys get it together for long term success. The cashier was cool though. Props to her ❤🙏
