I had a difficult issue with a gift card for my Nook that I couldn't figure out. The wonderful staff helped me and especially the gentleman working there. He checked his own store resources and confirmed for me that my Nook can no longer accept security updates or connect to the Internet. After 21 years, I think I need a new Nook.

Modernized and terrible, I spent exactly two minutes in there before realizing they updated it in the worst possible way. Will always have the memories at least, but I will never step foot in that cold, sterile consumer hell ever again.

This Barnes & Noble store has many different sections, is well stocked, and has helpful staff. There is a nice size kids area, games and puzzles area, Harry Potter area, and even manga.

This Barnes and Nobles is better than a lot I've been to recently. great and even lighting, had the products I wanted and was overall a cozy environment.
I must say, everyone in the reviews is very split. Even though they are lacking a coffee shop, I must remind you all that this is not a full B&N!
Anyways, even a few months after my original review, I still strongly recommend this location. Every time I enter to buy more books I get really excited to be in such a nice and clean environment. Would recommend for everyone with a reading interest 😄

Least impressive B&N I've ever seen. Seems like a store for consumer items, some of which incidentally are books. If you go to the new nonfiction section, you will find that the books are A) not in alphabetical order, and B) not always new (Gibran's The Prophet, which was on the new nonfiction shelves, was published a while ago). I was told a new nonfiction book was in the Religion section . . . which was also in no discernible order. It's a new store, so maybe they're still working out the kinks. But for now this feels like an afterthought on the part of B&N.

Really disappointed in this place. Can't get much more "generic bookstore" than if they printed all the covers in black and white. No technology/computer, nothing good electronics/rpi/Arduino, no good range of poetry/spoken word authors.

No coffee area, no chairs I could see, because the shelving/aisle layout is HORRIFIC.

Only thing I liked were the employees who were actually helpful, only reason it gets a star.
