I got a phone call from this location on Friday Dec 13th. I called back on that Sunday the 15th when I saw the voicemail( my other job is 10 hr shifts, so I didn’t see it until 2 days later). When I called back on Sunday I was met with confusion. The employee who answered the phone said they had no idea what I was talking about, that they never called me, and all while telling me I had no idea what I was talking about the assistant manager said they had no clue who I was and they seemed annoyed. I stayed “alright wow, awesome” and they went “wowww, hahahaha”. Totally inappropriate behavior. I saved the voicemail and also shared it to Facebook to show that someone did in fact call me from that store. Word of advice, if you don’t know and are not the top person in charge, leave a message for the intended manager.

Went into store today 2/25 around 11:30. The two young women working, were sitting on the counter behind the checkout looking at their phones. They offered no assistance to shoppers. They didn't even acknowledge any of the shoppers in the store. So not acceptable, I will never give business to a store where employees are so self absorbed and disrespectful.

My daughter and I had a very pleasant shopping experience today. The new manager is friendly, kind & went out of her way to help us, even on a busy Saturday. It’s difficult to enjoy shopping these days with all of the restrictions, but the two ladies at Francesca’s Dubuque made it possible.

Love. Love. Love. Great employees there. Very kind and down to earth. Easy to talk too. Clothes are quite adorable. Pricey but worth it.

My girlfriend absolutely loves this place and would buy the entire store if she could. Very cute and great customer service!

Based on first impressions, presentation of the employees was not the greatest. As I walked into the store, two out of three employees are sitting on the counter, eating food, talking amongst themselves and not greeting customers. If I was their manager I would be writing them up for poor customer service because I just walked right on out of that store. Francesca’s used to be a pretty awesome store with employees greeting you when you came in and even asked you if you needed assistance. These employees cannot be bothered to greet you and this is happened to several times I’ve been in there in the past couple of months.

I absolutely love the girls that work here! Came in just looking around and they didn’t pester me or follow me around which is nice! They were very attentive with anything I needed. The manager here is also very sweet. I had some questions about the material of some dresses and she explained it to me perfectly!! I will be coming back to shop at this location.

I came into francescas to return an item that i ordered online. The ladies in the boutique are the sweetest team i have ever met! they helped me find the right size of dress i needed and also let me know the promotions they were having. Amazing! If you havent been in there i suggest you do, they always have amazing sales and are always so kind when you have questions. So worth shopping there!!
