Ordered our items online. Everything was great. Went thru drive-thru to pick up. Employee was friendly and happy. Great job Dunkin'!

Absolutely the slowest drive-thru service I have ever seen. They're unable to handle more than one car at a time from start to finish and even then they're so slow. The lady at the window this morning was absolutely rude and very unprofessional. Paid for my two donuts and one drink and even then took almost 15 minutes at the window. Still never got my drink wound up driving to Starbucks in and out in less than 5 minutes. Management really needs to solve the issue with service

I've been coming here for a few years. Not regularly, just spontaneously. Usually no issue besides when it's busy it takes forever but that's expected at any drive through. Today though, today was a very poor day. The girl at the drive through literally dropped my bag on the ground and just kinda froze and then said "it didn't spill" 🤷🏻‍♀️... so i unbuckled, opened my door and hardly reached the dropped bag. At least my coffee was good. I'm not the kind of person to make a big deal of something, so I just continued about my day with a disappointing morning.

We were getting ready to leave Galena and go home and drove through Dubuque on our way back to our home. That's a few hours away.

We decided that we wanted to get Dunkin donuts and when we pulled in we figured out that there's really not anywhere to park there because of the way that they have.

When we walked in it was pretty much a cluster mess in there. They had racks of donuts sitting so that no one could barely walk behind the counter. They had probably seven or eight staff and not one of them was helping people that were at the front counter. They were all attending to other things and cleaning and waiting on people going through the drive-thru.

They didn't have it clearly marked on what donuts they had and what ones they didn't. They just started taking them off the rack and just placing them in random places and there was garbage from straw wrappers and spilled coffee and stuff all over and on the tables that were in.

They literally never answer the phone for ANY reason. U can even leave a message, and they absolutely will not return the call. I'm totally not sure what their hiring criteria is, but their help is absolutely, spectacularly lackadaisical at best and abhorrently abissmal at least. I used to get $100 gift cards there in the beginning. Not any more. U ask for their snacking bacon. Sometimes U will get an abundance of pieces and sometimes only 3. Sometimes it's cooked right, but more often than not, it's either severely undercooked or extremely overcooked. And I don't mean just crunchy over cooked, I mean edges absolutely burnt. U ask for a Bismark, with custard, and more times than not U get a whipped frosting filled!! U ask for a specific drink off of the menu, and it's totally got the wrong base...tea vs Lemonade for example, ot it's the wrong size. And then when U let them know it's incorrect, for whatever reason, they act all indignant and like it's your fault it's wrong. Just to let everyone out there know, I literally took pictures each and every time I, or my son had a complaint or issue with our order. I'd call and complain. Heard nothing back. Then I called the district manager. What did he say or do? Actually told my son and myself that we were BANNED from there due to our many complaints...that were 100% viable, legit and provable. Never mind addressing the a tual problems whatsoever

So the Dubuque Dunkin may have just taken the prize for the most absurd thing an employee has ever said as an excuse because they are lazy and don't care. We pull into the drive-thru at 753pm. We acknowledge they close at 8pm, but we only need ONE item, an iced carmel latte. The magnificent example of an employee says....wait for it...."WE ARE OUT OF COFFEE, CAUSE YA WE CLOSE IN LIKE, 2 MINUTES" Say what? It isn't 2 minutes, it's 7, and we didn't order sandwiches or something where closing soon could be an issue. This is Dunkin. Dunkin. You know, COFFEE and the truth is they are in too big of a rush wanting to run out the door, and don’t really give 2 cents about customer service. They just don't care. Why should you be bothered to sell products while you're still OPEN so your employer can make money and afford to pay you...ya, why...

I once went to dunkin and there was HAIR in my donut. It was not my hair. It was blonde and no one in my family has blonde hair. It was very long and disgusting. Dunkin also never has good donuts. Customer service needs to work on their attitude, I can understand that it's a hard job but they can be very rude.

So imagine our surprise when we went through the drive-thru and we did a mobile order but when we ordered our usual 3 "Pup-Cups" we got charged $3
$1 dollar each Pup-Cup. Sorry Dunkin that's the last time I'm going to be getting anything from you. And if Starbucks pulls that stunt it will be the last time there as well.

Red/orange hair worker has an attitude even when she made the mistake. When coming back to fix it she had an attitude as if I HAVE INCONVENIENCED HER! also expected me to stand in the line that is all the way to the light. Absolutely ridiculous, it took her 2 seconds to fix the order and she still wanted to huff and puff. I get coffee from this location every single day but after this I will not be going there again. Costumer service needs a lot of work.

They never have good donuts. Ever. Not even plain. The app is useless as it lets you order anything you want, even if they don’t have it. I’ve been told different stories on how to order and it doesn’t work. If you order ahead on the app, it tells you to wait? Also, any food you order 20 minutes ahead is cold and smashed. If your online order is wrong, they still charge you for everything you ordered. I’ve tried contacting customer service and they keep telling me to email my receipt which I didn’t get so I sent the electronic version from the phone. Just a waste of time and money. Go to big apple bagels or donut boy.

Ordered bacon and avacado toast. Burnt, took it back... made management aware, got my money back had to go elsewhere, couple weeks later same thing, spoke to management again... month later again 1 burtn 1 not toasted, contacted corporate... was supposed to hear from management, never did... won't be back... no desire to fix easily fixed situation and slow and unresponsive follow up... won't go back...

I don’t care what Dunkin donut I go to. They never have any donuts that I want, like, apple, fritters, longjohns, filled longjohns, or any jelly donuts. Also, it doesn’t matter what time of day I go they’ll still never have those donuts. I asked today, Tuesday. January 24, 2023 if they make donuts throughout the day they told me no and I was there one day at 11 AM, 1 PM, 2:30 PM and I believe I’ve been there like at 9 AM. I really like Dunkin'. My DD favorites are the coconut donuts, jelly-filled Munchkins, and frozen caramel coffees (with shot of coconut and whipped cream.)😋

I also like the reasonable prices for coffee drinks and friendly fast service. I usually use drive-thru.

I am not a fan of their other food-sandwiches, croissants, bagels. They are not too tasty and seem overpriced.

Most of the time I get delivery. But after work one morning last week, a coworker and I stopped in in our way home. I was so happy because I could get French cruller donuts (they're not an option for delivery) And of course my 2largr iced coffees. Which I've finally figured out the perfect ratio of creams sugars shots of flavors etc. To make it justttt right. Anyways, Get home. Shower. Get in fresh PJs and in the bed to enjoy some TV and a sweet treat before I go to sleep after this long 12 hour shift😂 I opened my box and only one french cruller was in my box out of the three I asked for. But it's ok because it was delicious. My coffee was my biggest issue. I was blown away that in person my order wasn't made to perfection like delivery normally is lol. I just added more creamer and sugar at home. Tasted the same. But other than that. Ariana Runs On Dunkin 😂

**update tried again to order from them after 2 months hoping it would be better. Did a mobile walk in order because I was in a hurry. Ordered two coffees, two donuts and a breakfast sandwich. Walked in, grabbed my coffees and bag and ran to the car, was kind of impressed that my order was done, only to open the bag when I got where I was going to be missing my two donuts. I called and was told to bring my receipt in and tell them I was missing them and I would get them. They didn't write my name down, I said so I just walk in and say I was missing it and I get them, so apparently they have so many they don't even keep track, if you bring your receipt in and say you were missing an item you just get it. Pathetic. All this time and they still can't get orders right. That's literally their only job. How do you not have someone checking orders for accuracy after YEARS of reviews saying orders are wrong. MUST HIRE NEW MANAGEMENT!!!!

Between burnt hashbrowns on two different day, coffee never being stirred, and the mobile app charging my account 4 times (yes it's pending and will go back in my account eventually but in the meantime I'm out 18 bucks time's the 4 extra times it hit my acct), I'm done with this store. I'll get my coffee and breakfast across the street at the gas station. Terrible representation of dunkin donuts. Oh AND the drive thru people always touch my hand when giving me things which this day in age, you would think they would NOT be doing by now. Done with this location for good.

Ordered through the app given it is supposed to be “easier” pickup. The line takes 15-20 minutes to get through even for ordering and I placed my order 30 minutes ahead. No one called or tried to tell me that certain items weren’t available. I had 4 drinks and 2 breakfast items.. I left with two drinks that were correct, 2 random drinks, and only 1 breakfast. We had NO STRAWS either. The window worker had to walk to my car 4 times to get the order correct…NEVER AGAIN

I always ordered online and pick up in the lobby to avoid the drive thru line. But they changed to only drive thru pick up on the app. Totally sucks to have to wait in a 20-30min line of cars when you order ahead online to avoid that issue.

Also make sure to check your order before leaving. They were out of the donut I ordered and didn't mention anything to me at the window and I checked my items before fully leaving the drive thru. Went back to notify them of the missing item and they got me a replacement just fine. Just would have sucked to wait so long, drive home, and realize you're missing some of your food.

My "munchkins" love the 25 count box! Just enough & good variety for all(4) with excitement for option & choices! Plus no waste, cuz little ones rarely finish a big person 🍩. After all as an adult, if we waste not, there is waist NOT! Thanks, carbs😂

This place has the slowest service. The drive thru is always incredibly slow. Today I ordered a couple of donuts online for in store pickup. I was under time constraints and could not risk getting stuck in that drive thru. But when I arrived, the dining room was closed to due “limited staff”. I was the third car in the drive thru and it took over 5 mins to pull up to the speaker. No one came on. No one else was in the drive thru, as the car in front of me had left. No one came on. I said, hello? Nothing. I waited. Nothing. So I pulled to the window, considering I was just picking up. No one was working the window. I honked several times. Nothing. No one appeared. By then, I was late, so I left. It has been 2 hours and I have called several times to get a refund and no one has answered the phone. This is appalling.

Good doughnuts, coffees good, egg wraps are unimpressive

Great place go here about every day, but when I order online and it takes 30 minutes to make one coffee and all the people that came in after I was already in the store waiting on my coffee, already had there coffee and food! Like if I wanted to wait 30 minutes I would come into the store and order there but I don’t and order online! I don’t understand how you miss a order placed 30 minutes ago!

Isn't iced coffee supposed to have more than 10 cubes of ice? Nice to have it cold. I'd hate to go anywhere else.

Coffee is good but they don’t put rush on mobile orders. It’d be fast to go through the long drive thru line

Good food but apparently nobody knows what toasted means, they never have my donuts ready when I get there, and they don’t put my butter packets on the side like requested they sog up my muffin if I even get butter 😂 still gonna go back doe

It's good coffee and they try to keep up but plan a few extra minutes here because they are almost always slammed.
