Jumble Coffee Co. Dubuque

Easily the best coffee in Dubuque. Their staff is very friendly, and the coffee is so so good. I’ve only had my coffee made wrong once in the 6+ months I’ve been going here. I went back, and the girl was very nice and remade my drink with no problem at all! Their pricing is really good too. I think it is honestly a bit cheaper than most coffee places in Dubuque, which is awesome. Love this place!

Had always seen this place but never went. Finally decided to give it a try. Got the iced caramel macchiato and omg, it was so AMAZING! From the quality of the coffee to the caramel, I drank my large so fast it shocked me! It was slightly more expensive than your other chain coffee places but it was honestly worth it. Service was great as well. Totally going back next chance I get!

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I got the salted pumpkin roll cold coffee and it had zero flavor and just tasted like burnt black coffee. I threw it away after trying a couple sips.

Large menu of flavor combo suggestions. Have no problem giving you light ice which I appreciate.

However, I try to come here frequently and they're closed. I appreciate that Starbucks and Monk's are open later which feels more respectful to someone who might have a lot of work to do and wants a coffee at 4pm.

Service is always extremely friendly and excellent and fast.

We've usually gone to the one on Asbury and loved it. Went to the one by the mall today and my sister and I got two latte's mine was white chocolate strawberry and hers was white chocolate caramel. We got it back and it was so weak it tasted pretty much like milk barely flavored with espresso. Didn't have time to go back and get it fixed. :(

Got the blended chai tea with whipped cream and cinnamon (saw this idea from another reviewer). It was the most delicious drink ever! It was honestly like dessert. The hot version is good, too just stir it a little bit. Best part is their ingredients are just chai, vanilla, and honey. And I love that they use high quality ingredients - organic, fair trade, and local. Stop looking over the menu and get this blended chai!!

We happen to go through the drive-thru for smoothies for our kids and the products have always been excellent. The service however seems to go down a little bit. The price was higher than was listed on the outside menu and a smile goes a long way.

People are always "alive" and the atmosphere is always "alive". Along with the range of products to choose from, this place is great and comparable to the types of coffee shops I am used to in Colorado.

Have passed this place numerous times on trips to visit family and finally stopped yesterday. Absolutely loved it! I had the peppermint mocha and it tasted fresh and not just pumped full of syrup. Going to become a must stop on my travels in the future. Highly recommend!!

I normally love going there but today i went there and I did not have a good experience. I ordered a coffee this morning and couldn’t even finish my order because the lady shut the window on me. She also asked about caramel drizzle and whip and i got neither. I still wanted to order more additional things but got ignored. very disappointed

I love this place so much. It’s organic, delicious, and very affordable. The staff are wonderful and so nice!! They make my day every time I go get coffee. My personal favorite is the caramel frappe and a black bean burrito for breakfast. Try this place if you haven’t!!

Wonderful Service and the Coffees here are sooo good. Big thanks to the guy working at the window, he was quick and kind despite us ordering 8 large flavored coffees and 2 smoothies. I'll definitely be back for more when I'm in town.

Super yummy and convenient! Staff is cool and really good about recommending drinks! The coffee actually tastes like coffee with the flavors as accents to your coffee (how it should be) instead of pretty much a milkshake with a bit of instant coffee mixed in like that other place we won't talk about.

Worst excuse for a parfait I’ve ever seen in my life. The 2 strawberries & blueberries that were on it were so mushy, the yogurt was watery & I received 1 small cap full (about 2 tbsp) of granola with it. Also my black coffee did not have cream like I asked. Don’t recommend.

The non fat nuttyirshman is my go to! Me and my minivan love the drive thru. Service with speed that the other local brew places haven't been able to capture. Love the new-ish larger size!

We regularly purchase beans from Jumbo and have them roast them. The Ethiopian coffee beans are excellent.

However, $4.50 for a large drip coffee is way too much, especially when it tasted slightly burnt. The after-taste from the wallet and coffee wasn't so good. I'll stick to the beans.

We came to Dubuque for the weekend with the family. Hotel coffee is terrible so we looked up a nice local place to try. We drove across town and are glad we did. The black cherry coffee was hands down the best coffee I have had. Not too sweet and didn't taste like that cheap flavoring. My only complaint is I can't get this exact drink back home! The barista was super sweet and we will definitely be coming here every time we're back in town. Thank you Jumble!

I've stopped by a quite a bit recently and have loved their chai tea latte, hot and cold! Would definitely recommend and will go back soon for another! Great friendly staff too! The only reason I give it a 4 is because I love smoothies and have tried their smoothies 3 times and while they are delicious they seem to just be syrup and ice and always give me really bad sugar crashes. I would've expected a nice healthy smoothie from a place like this so thats kind of disappointing but still like the place!

Fantastic coffee done right. Don't be scared off if they have a long line during peak hours. They are extremely good at their jobs and move the line fairly quickly.

Stop by Jumble Coffee after my morning workouts and always attempt to try something new on the menu. Every day, the employees greet me with a smile and are very helpful in coming up with new coffee drinks. A little more pricey than Dunkin, but worth the experience in my opinion.

I had the worse day and stopped in because I was drained. I never had Jumble before or anything like it so I wasn't sure what to order. naturally I was nervous and cars kept piling in making it even more nerve racking. I was greeted with a smile, jokes about if it was my first coffee or my first jumble. he was swamped but took extra time to see what I liked and made me feel comfortable even though I was holding up the flow. my day was turned around off one interaction and to top it off the coffee was delicious. I will recommend Jumble to everyone I speak to. thank you so much.

A stellar place to get coffee. It’s smooth and compliments flavors so well. My order is always so difficult, but they get it right every time. The cups are compostable, so you feel like you’re making a good impact, not only by supporting this amazing business, but also because it’s good for the planet. I absolutely love the Jumble juice, though I wish they’d add a banana!

My coworker volunteered to pick up coffee for us from here, and I ordered a white chocolate and peppermint mocha. What I got had no resemblance to either of those flavors, and just tasted like bitter disappointment. I spoke to two other coworkers who had ordered the same thing and neither of them had any flavor in it either. I'm not sure what caused this, but I'm definitely not going to go here in the future.

My absolute favorite coffee place ever. I haven't had this good of choices before anywhere. Starbucks is third rate compared to jumble. I just tried caribou coffee down the road since jumble was closed today. Was not impressed. I mean ot was better than any MC donalds coffee, but not anywhere as good as jumble. I go here any chance I get. There muffins and and tea are super amazing too. My favorite is the iced Carmel frappe, the cold cinnamon chai latte is my sencond. The service is amazing too, the entore staff is wonderful.

Awesome coffee, awesome staff, awesome place! The friendliness of everyone I have encountered keeps me coming back, you don't find taht in the chain coffee shops. You can tell everyone there loves what they do, and is always ready to serve you. Love the drive up stand by the mall, it is so convenient and super fast in the mornings. The staff always has a smile on their faces and are willing to help you try new things too! Their location on Asbury is full of history and a great place to relax with a cup of coffee and chat with a friend. They also have a playground for the kiddos if you bring them with. I have never had a bad experience with Jumble (and I go too often!!) I love supporting local and am so glad to have such a great company in Dubuque! Some of my favorite drinks: The Mach One is perfect for those pick me up days that are extra tough, Caramel Machiatto's are delicious; or my favorite custom drink that they helped create- an Iced Americano with half & half and caramel- similar to the Sweet Cream Cold Brew from Starbucks- only better! Their frappe drinks are all great as well. Their muffins are also yummy and perfect for an on the go breakfast.

All of the coffee and espresso options here are excellent. This pairs well with the friendly staff. Always something great to try from the menu. My favorite is the Mach One, I get it every time I come back into town. Also, their Chai Lattes are excellent if you are not a coffee/espresso drinker.

I just moved here from Wisconsin, and I have never had such a great coffee coffee company so close to home. I go here as often as I can. I really love thier products and the service is quite friendly as well. Top favorites for me are the Night Owl, Cold Chi Tea, and iced Carmel Frappe. 😍
