Like always, we enjoyed our drinks! Luna the girl at the front was awesome (we need more people like her serving, talking and giving that great smile and service to customers). This is a 10/10

Hyvee Locust Starbucks Ordered 3 drinks with extra stuff per request of whom I was buying for. They have less then normal and when I politely asked if that was the order for extra she said ya and they have it. Very poor service and no extras that were paid for as I watched them be made. Regretting leaving a $5 tip before I got my drinks. They could have politely just added the extra to the drinks.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Chai-Latte Adventure! 🚗🥤
Stopped by this Starbucks inside Hy-Vee during a road trip and got hooked! The Iced Chai Latte was a spicy-sweet dream, and those Red Pepper Bites had a zing that rocked my taste buds. The staff? Total champs! Super-friendly and made our quick break awesome. Thanks for fueling our journey with flavor and fun. ☕🌶️🛒

Not to be overly critical of the other Dubuque locations, but this one "does right good!" I highly recommend getting the Medicine Ball during this cold and flu season as this tea helps soothe sore throats and stuffy noses.

The Batistas were both very warm and welcoming. Very fast & polite also. I enjoyed my red velvet cake slice too. Thanks for the recommendation. I normally go to Dodge street but I recently moved. I even like this Hyvee location better. I'm all about great customer service & they get a 10/10.

Very nice lady I delt with but what I ordered was too sweet. Not their fault. It was my first time ordering from Starbucks. Next time I'll try something different.

This is not a real Starbucks coffee location. It is a grocery store license to sell Starbucks Coffee and merchandise. It is often difficult to get the same drinks you order at a Starbucks franchise at this location. And, when you do get the same drinks they seem to be $4 to $6 more expensive than in a franchise location.

Took a little bit of effort to place my order due to a malfunctioning debit card reader. BUT.... The three ladies behind the counter made the experience light and a lot of fun. WONDERFUL customer service.
