I bought a pair of shoes on line when they arrived they had sent me two right shoes and one of them had been worn.... I laughed. The customer service desk took care of the problem and I now have a left and right of the same shoe.
UPDATE--I continue to be amazed with the simplicity with which you can return things to Kohl's. Their customer service cannot be beat in this city.

Before you agree to a payment, check how much the cashier punches in. They ruined my life for about a month and a half. I went to pay “ON” my Kohl’s card. I didn’t plan to pay it “OFF” They took my rent money! All the cashier could say was” oh I’m sorry it’s been a really long day”

I went looking for graduation dresses and cargo pants, however I don’t go often and don’t know my way around the store. Miranda was very helpful in listening to what i was looking for and pointing me in the right direction. If she wasn’t there I probably would’ve wandered there for a good while before finding what i needed!

Worst shopping experience of my life I barely ever go to kohls and i honestly feel the workers at kohls are racist because I went there with a friend and was followed around the store as soon as we stepped into the store and I heard workers give the other our description and told to follow us and they made it very obvious and I felt super uncomfortable and like I was being accused of being a thief without giving the workers there any reason to believe I was doing something wrong i didnt even touch anything in the store yet and tried to ignore the fsct but I decided to leave everything I was gonna get and leave and when leaving a whole team of workers was standing at the entrance and as I was leaving a worker made a rude sarcastic comment saying why doesn't anyone wanna buy anything today which I ignored the ignorant comment and left I felt so uncomfortable which is sad because I liked shopping there I think the workers there were all young ladies and it was so childish and was the worst customer service I have ever received in my life and have never felt so uncomfortable in a store in my life I don't understand the reasoning of why this happened was it because my friend was not white so u guys just accused I felt like I was in a different lifetime I've never seen anything like it

Absolutely absurd that there are no kid friendly carts. How the hell can you advertise great savings and deals for kids when you don’t even make it kid friendly shopping. Walked in with my two toddlers while 6 months pregnant and walked right back out. Get with the times kohls. Get kid friendly carts. Or keep losing business.

Not one person ever approached me to ask me if I needed help while in the store. Also, if you don't mind waiting in line with 60 people I guess Kohls is the best... Not. Over priced and garbage for customer service. Don't waist your time!!!!!

We were shopping for my mother-in-law and we found clothes that fit her perfectly. She looked good in all of the clothes we chose. The lady in charge of the dressing room was very helpful. Very clean store. CHeckout went smoothly.

I was disappointed in the quality of the Vera Wang full bedsheet quality. The sheets were shown as "Best Seller." When I washed and dried them they were very wrinkled. The pillow cases were so shriveled that they were difficult to get them straight to even iron them. They were rally bad. Wish I had ordered the old standby namely "Cuddle Dudes."

One of my worse experiences. Only one person checking out. They now have the men's dressing rooms in the same place as the women's. Men's are designated first, then women's, but it didn't matter to the guys that were in there when I was. Very disappointed on this visit.

shopping was great. they have a line you are to be in when waiting. that did not happen. as I was checking out a mother and daughter got right behind me no space no mask if I moved my stuff forward so did they. no one said anything. I have had my vaccines but still immune compromised so felt very unsafe and uncomfortable.

Had a bad experience in store and used the online rating system to send feedback. I also mentioned that there were coupons available for card holders and unfortunately I didn't get them which I didn't mind. It was the customer service that I labeled so low.

But then I got an email stating that "kohls is not responsible for coupons" and I'm like okay I get that. But then they seem to make it all about the coupons. Not about the bad interaction with the poor customer service and basically told me to "keep that in mind when you shop at Dubuque Kohls."

Like okay, I'll keep in mind the fact that you made this about the coupons and not about the poor service.

I returned my $200 in 4 shorts and closed out my card. Will just go next door to T.J MAXX.

You're letting broken things lie. Front entry handicap door Needs some work. I believe the inner door worked going into the store. There was no handicap exit at the exit at all. I found that odd. I had to say this in the beginning because it was what I ran into in the beginning. T.he employees here are very nice and helpful. In fact the gentleman who checked us out went into great detail about their sales. The store was clean and ready for business. Lots of name brands here probably all of them covered. I think I paid seven bucks for eighty dollar boots on one of their sale days.

Waited in line at the register to exchange something and after waiting for about 5 minutes was told the returns is in the back of the store! Not a complaint just wish there were signs. Everyone was superstars and once I got back there it was only about 5 minutes!

Kohl's has always been our go to for holiday sweaters and clothes for the kids. Though the prices may be alittle high at times they usually offer incentives like Kohl's cash, (store credit that must be used between specific dates in the near future), that can make it worth while.

This Kohl's is also does amazon returns, though as of December 2 , 2022 a sign on the door said it was unavailable.

I always like the selection of clothes but due to staffing they had the dressing rooms to try on clothes closed. I don't blame them for the issue I just want to try on before I pay my hard earned money.

The store associates are so patient! The lady ahead of me in line made the associate price check every item, then almost half of the stuff... said she didnt want 🤦🏼‍♀️ then, grabbed the wrong size in a sweater, so she made the employee call someone up to get her the correct size she wanted. i told the cashier " i would have lost my mind with that woman 20 minutes ago, great job for not being like me!" She laughed and just said, "yeah... somedays are interesting." My only complaint is that kohls draws SO MANY shoppers who feel entitled to be the worst cutomers ever.

Best customer service I've seen from any company in a very long time. I ordered a winter coat and accidentally had it sent to an old address ( completely my fault) I called then to see if they could do anything. Without hesitation they refunded my money along with my khols cash. This was greatly appreciated. They went out of there way to help me when they could have rightfully done nothing.

This Kohl's location is convenient, had all the departments I was looking for, and was easy to get in and out of. Staff was friendly and I received great service in here. Save money, I appreciate the Kohl"s rewards and coupons. Once I know my sizes, I'd rather shop online and have it delivered to the store or my home, but I didn't try that yet at this location.

I was in the store briefly for the first time in quite a while. I was only in a quick shopping stop so I didn't really see the whole store. It definitely felt more organized and cleaner than I remember. I noticed that the aisles seemed a bit wider and less crammed with "sale" racks. The prices and selection were still disappointing.

The Dubuque store always seems disorganized with clothes on the floor or just tossed in a pile somewhere. The selection is reasonable, but the prices aren't that good unless you have at least a 20% off coupon. Unfortunately, there aren't a lot of better options left in the area, so we're kinda stuck, and just watch email for the discount coupons.
