My favorite Walgreens in town. The employees are always very friendly and helpful at this store. They feel like they are one big family there. Matt, Ben, Donna, and the rest of the staff should be commended for the wonderful job they do each and every day.

BEST WALGREENS! I use this location bc of the staff! There are two locations closer to me but I choose this store. The mgr is Matt and one of the register employees is Donna. They are truly delightful. They are efficient, helpful and kind. I get all of my photo projects printed here. It’s usually finished with 2 hours unless it’s late at night. Matt the mgr is there a LOT which is unusual. He’s always on the floor helping customers. Donna at the check out is a delight! She’s always smiling, helpful and patient. I feel like Matt really appreciates his employees. It doesn’t seem like they have a lot of turnover.

My only Walgreens complaint is that they NEED to cut back the bushes on the 20th street exit heading north out of the parking lot bc it’s a complete blind spot. Someone will get hurt there if they haven’t already. It’s super dangerous and the other two exits are no better. Cars come flying thru the stoplight and you can’t see them coming.

I tried to give 0 stars, but it wouldn't let me, so 1 star is the lowest I could go. Website says store open at 8am on Sundays. NOT pharmacy, just the store. Door at location, E. 20th St & Elm St, says open at 8am, but after a 10 minute walk with a bad knee I arrive at 8:45am to find the store closed..:(
There are two cars in the lot, lights on in the back, and a lady in employee clothes clearly walking around. After 5 minutes she approached the door and clearly motioned with her hands and mouthed to me through the door, "we're closed", and walked away with no other explanation.
I tried calling the store for the next 20 minutes to no avail!! I called another location in town and they answered and couldn't explain the other store's closure.
I finally turned around and walked the 10 minutes back home with my bad knee very disappointed to say the least!!

this morning's experience was extremely nice and peaceful walked in with a great greeting and left with an awesome goodbye & service.

The cashiers are always very kind and ask how your day is going. The pharmacist is kind as well - he explains things and takes time with you despite being very busy. Decent make-up selection. The store is clean and you can tell management takes pride in running an efficient store. Their hard work pays off because its a great store to shop at.

A cashier is very rude. He asks inappropriate questions to customers and tries to belittle them. He has done this numerous times to me and other customers when I am in line to pay. His people skills are horrible and needless to say the questions that he asks are none of his business. I have ignored this for the last few months hoping that he was just having a bad day but this last time I called him out on it and he looked like I was the person in the wrong for pointing out his rudeness and snide comments to customers about what they purchase. I will not spend any of my money there anymore.

They are thorough! Never had to complain about anything. This is about questions and answers from staff on pharmaceutical side. No nonsense people running the ship.I support them 100000000%.
Very clean and always tip top shape. I encourage people to use their on- line to shop I've had good results.

Went in with some questions regarding having photos printed. The staff was very quick to send me back out the door and told me to send the order in online. However, when i went back to pick up my photos after shift change they were more helpful and didnt act like i wqs wasting their time.

I was in your store on 10/10/24 @8:30 pm and bought several items. The total came to $113.00.I gave the cashier a 50 and 3 twenty dollar bills which puts me at $110.00 I shorted him without realizing. He then stated,I need another $13.00 in a hurry I gave it to him and lost.I only owed you $3.00 not $13.00 you owe me $10.00

I ordered pick up for today. Shaun helped me from start to finish. He was extremely nice, loaded my pick up order, thanked me, and said I hope you have a nice day.

Save your time and go to any other pharmacy! They won’t sell me syringes for my testosterone. Told me it was prescription only and now I have to go to another pharmacy putting myself at risk for Covid-19.

They LIED to me about when my prescription needed renewing and then they wouldn't refill it. Now I'm probably going to lose my job because I don't have my medication. I'm a trucker, an we're among the most regulated professions out there. If I don't have my medication, I can't drive. I hope this business goes under. I'll never be doing business with them again.

It a great place to shop for things you need staff is friendly and helpful. I was just there getting photos and Joyce was kind and patient I had no idea how to woke the photo booth. Thanks Joyce and the walgreen's workers
