Staples

My experience with Staples is more of presence than anything else. The staff at Staples is friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile for the consumer. The problem I have with Staples is more of a corporate issue based on online market pricing of items stocked versus box store supply and demand. I realize you have the costs of staffing, the brick and mortar expenses, but your costs versus prices are creating a store full of dust collection. I can walk through and see 80 to 85 percent of your products not even close to a marketable price to move product. I have come to the conclusion that Staples is quickly running to a bankruptcy court if they don't alter from a box store mentality to a lower price/volume sale structuring. You don't get the per unit profit you did, but selling three to get that same profit is better than moving no product at all!

Staff are friendly, but store is a mess. Everything is laying in the wrong places and good luck trying to use your staples rewards, its a joke. Just gonna order on Amazon, tired of trying to find ink that is never in stock. Workers to busy doing amazon returns, or just sitting over in computer repair doing nothing. Nobody is going to have Staples fix there computer.

Staff are really friendly , buy hard to find for help. They are always out of ink, and it’s often in the wrong place on the shelf and more expensive at register. I have seen this so often I wonder if it’s intentional. Just going to start ordering on Amazon. You wonder why nobody supports local businesses anymore, tired of shady tactics.

Bought a chair from here in Feb. Got the 3 year warranty. I'm kinda rough on my chairs, cuz I'm a bigger person. So the arm ripped, I put in for the warrenty they covered it, gave me a gift card via email to rebuy a chair. Nice and simple. Also printed off some magic the gathering cards here, and got my son's school supplies. Good place overall.

They had a sign up saying if I turned in ink cartridges with a purchase of new ones I'd get a two dollar discount. Young female cashier said that's not true. I told her they should probably take the sign down at the ink cartridges and she agreed. She offered to take my used cartridges for free and I declined. I paid $79.99 for these.... the discount is such a small thing but it's huge when is arbitrarily taken away.

The store manager and store employee were very patient and helpful. I purchased a laser printer and needed assistance to my car with it and then I had to return some toner from a recent purchase and they were very understanding, patient and helpful. I would give them as high of a score as I possibly could. The manager and employee went above in beyond…….that is unheard of in today’s world and I very much appreciated it…….especially after an exhausting day of my HP printer breaking down that I just purchased from there a year and a half okay. They made up for it and went above and beyond. Will definately be recommending due to their excellent customer service.

Had a great time at Staples! Jordan was incredibly professional and answered all of my questions quickly. There was a woman there, though, who was quite snide. (Assistant manager maybe? I'm not sure) She seemed quite rude to her employees. I wouldn't want a boss like that! Sad!

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! Staples usually have secret hidden sales. So when I went in today, Small/3rd Generation Echos were Advertised at $18.99, when I got to the counter the employee couldn't price it. As he reached out, I went took a picture of the actual advertisement of $18.99, then was told its starts at $99. SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP

Do not shop at Best Buy. Come here. You cannot even get in at Best Buy.

Staples is awesome. Really had a nice conversation with the staff.

The salespeople are friendly and knowledgeable. Knew exactly the printer ink I needed and had it in stock. I am currently upgrading my PC. Getting my new motherboard, CPU, and memory here.

Andrew is a rockstar. I showed up just before closing with a large print job that I needed complete for a big meeting. Andrew made it happen for me without a hint of frustration about my last minute request. Give this man a raise!

The Copy & Print center is absolutely beautiful. I've not once spoken to an associate who didn't have an idea what they were talking about .It's refreshing. Very knowledgeable and presentable. The rest of the store? Not so much. Sure it's clean and very well organized. The prices? I can't even afford to buy ink there yet alone anything else! The "clearance" section is not even clearance...its just a couple of pennies "cheaper". Sad!

Normally most chain stores generally feel the same. That is not the case with the people that I have had the pleasure of interacting with at this location. While this store has everything you would expect at a staples, it manages to feel like a much smaller local family store rather than a soulless corporate strip mall outpost. They actually know about their products, and treat customers as friends. Often their prices are better than reasonable, and they can order items in as needed. Shopping for office supplies may not be exciting, but this staples makes it easier and pleasant.

I waited 24 hours for simple address labels to be printed for an event. Show up 30 minutes prior to the end of 24 hours AND they haven't even been started. Between Staples and CopyWorks, there's a bunch of morons working here!

I went in to look at and price laptops. The sales man to me to look at Best Buy or Wal-Mart. Not very good idea to direct your customers to other stores...needless to say I will go to another store if the employees don't want want the sales.

I have a business to run, please answer your phones in a timely manner or I will drive to Office Depot in Wisconsin. If you can not hire enough children to run your company then hire an adult or two AND GET SOMEONE TO ANSWER A DAMN PHONE !!! You are losing business!!!
