More often than not I walk in the door and turn right back around because there are 20+ people waiting in line. Clearly understaffed. Maybe try raising your wages Caseys. Might save you some lost business.

This one worker I believe her name is Faith. Anyways very pretty. loud though but gorgeous. Shes's in the kitchen. 10/10.

Me and my friend wanted to get a sub before she went to work. This was at 9:25 at night. She told them that she had to be there in 20 minutes and it was more important for him to make a phone call then she served her. I thought it was very rude of him to do this. Then he told me he could refuse anybody service. Customers in the store should come first before the employee has to make a phone call. It's his fault that he lied to a customer not mine or my friends

This is the best Casey's in town IMO. They're always polite on the phone, it's always clean inside, and their pizza is always made better or something. You know, there's always the right amount of toppings and the cheese and sauce go all the way to the crust line, that sort of thing.

This the the 3rd time I got delivery first time the meatball sandwich was half frozen the second sandwich was cold and this time food was actually requested 2 sandwiches to be hot which is not a request you should have to make ordered food at 4pm said they did not deliver til 430 but we would be first delivery got food at 530 and once again cold.

Worst experience ever :
I called before I went there asked about gas prices and weither or not they give cash back if a person uses cash at time of payment they said yes we I was like cool see you soon bye went to station on Peru Road in Dubuque,Iowa went to 1st pump to pump gas nothing they got asked for my Casey's Reward card didn't have one and there were no button to guide me away from question so had to press cancel then went in and told the cashier what happened she reset it so went back out tried again nothing so went back inside talked to the cashier again(2) she said why don't you prepay so I did put 25 bucks on it went back out to pump tried again nothing so went back in again (3x) she said go to the next pump and she would set it and give me thumbs up no thumbs up and I tried again nothing again so went back in again(4x)she said go to the 3rd pump and I did finally got 15 bucks in gas and went back in to get local paper (Telegraph Herald) she says one dollar please I said I thought you took it off my remaining balance nope she says you didn't say you had a remaining balance so finally get my 10 bucks back from her and she re rings up my paper again and takes it out of the 10 dollar bill so I get back 9 dollars then I said I thought I was supposed to get money back for using cash as method of payment for the gas she says do you have a Casey's Reward Card I say No she say well that's how you get your cash back for using cash for form of payment on there I'm like you never said that on the phone and told me I'd get a cash rebate for using cash as a form of payment she acted like she had no clue what I meant after 15 minutes of dealing with the gas pumps and this fake blonde cashier's bull I was fustrated and said I'll never come here again. She then said "okay" wow how rude and unprofessional. What a joke of training and knowledge and service !!!

Avoid this place or deal with craziness at your own risk!!!

Ordered food at 6pm got it at 8pm after 2 calls.. pizza was sloppy and saggy....got a salad with no dressing. Pizza was delivered by manager with no apologies for how long it took. Worst 70 dollars I've spent in a while..might call corporate about this...

Casey's has perfected coffee lid dispenser engineering. When you grab one lid, only one lid comes out.

Called at 11am. tried to place an order. was told the kitchen was closed for the day. completely unacceptable. this is a fast food/convenience store. i come in every day for lunch and was very upset to hear about the locations kitchen being closed. i won’t be coming back.

I ordered a taco pizza through the app for delivery, and it came with NO taco sauce packets in the box or in the bag. This has never happened before at any caseys.

Pizza is good and reasonable considering it's a gas station. Rather large chain but pizza is fresh made and surprisingly consistent at all locations I have frequented. Among the best, if not the best pizza, in most any town.
