Falbo Bros Pizzeria

Was looking for pizza on a work trip in town. Found this place via google and was not disappointed. Opted for the thin crust pie half cheese and half sausage and pepperoni and it was excellent. I would go back.

I just spent $50 on the worst pizza I have ever had. Ordered the deep dish BLT and cheese sticks. The cheese sticks were very greasy and had no taste whatsoever.The pizza was supposed to be to be deep dish but was maybe about 1/2” deep. The lettuce and tomatoes were very watery and ruined the crust. Who likes soggy pizza crust. Needless to say I will NOT return for another order.

One of my favorite pizzas in town. Always loaded up generously with my favorite toppings and usually I am out the door headed home with my pizza to enjoy within 5 minutes of when they tell me it will be done and ready for pickup.

It's been like 3 years since working at a company for a 3 month stretch of hard, difficult work. Just a real sprint of crazy - but suddenly near the end what arrives but some falbo bros pizza. Imma be honest- I still think of that taco pizza. I miss it real bad.

We walked in 21 minutes later and the first of two pizza's was just being topped. Told the guy when we ordered we were told 20 min and told us is was going to be another 20 min. No apologies or anything. Very poor customer service and poor management. By the way our first time there thought we would give it a try but made a mistake by doing so. Will not be back. Cleanliness was also subpar. This place is in need of some serious TLC.

Deserved 0 star. As soon as I was handed the box I knew I had been ripped off. I paid 21.65 for a medium sausage and extra cheese. They didn't even have the courtesy of adding extra cheese. The box was very light. No toppings. Don't waste your money. I could buy a frozen pizza and add extra toppings and get a better pizza. That's exactly what I will do next time for half the price. This pizza sucked. Never again.

Confession: I eat here way too much. Historically, I don’t care for pizza unless it is Uno’s in Chicago or Wise Guy’s in Davenport(specifically on Locust). This, however, will get you by quite nicely. It has a similarly spiced homemade sausage as Wise Guy’s combined with a hint of beer/butter crust appreciated in Uno’s. My preference is a sausage or supreme deep. Added to the deliciousness is the $7.50 lunch price for two slices and a soda! A spectacular Dubuque nom shop 🤩

They need to get a water filtration system the soda is terrible and i can even taste the dubuque water in the crust of the pizza do that and that would greatly improve the taste

Out of 23 pizza choices in Dubuque passing through, we chose the wrong one here. Worst pizza we've ever had! We asked for extra sauce and we barely got any. The crust was so dry we thought we were eating the cardboard box

It's a nice little dine in spot where my friend and I sat and enjoyed a delicious pizza. Their pizzas tasted like it was made from FRESH ingredients, not frozen from a bag. And the customer service was inviting and welcoming. I am definitely returning and will use their delivery service in the winter.

The pizza is good, but not $26 good! Taco pizza is supposed to have ground beef on it. Where was it? Crust was way under cooked so when I went to take a bite, the toppings all slide off the pizza.

Pizza is good, super expensive. The salad is literally iceberg lettuce and cheese and a few bell peppers for $10, outrageous! You can get a better salad at the grocery store for abut 2 dollars. At the end of the day it’s just pizza and it is WAAAAAY overpriced!

Disappointed in the sausage pizza that had no sausage or cheese but plenty of red sauce which was not tasty. I threw it all out. But the delivery guy was nice enough.

Pathetic, called to order the specialty pizza chicken cordon bleu, person had ZERO clue what I was talking about and it was right on the menu! Even explained what was supposed to be in it and he didn't even try to make a sale! I'm VERY SERIOUS about pizza and probably would have spent $1,000 a year, so they lost out!

Amazing breadsticks! The pizza is also really good as are the prices, and they have some really tasty unique specialty pizzas. But honestly we go for the breadsticks because they are SO GOOD!

In town over weekend. Asked where good pizza at in Dubuque. Wyndham employee said Falbo Bros.,well they were correct, awesome pizza. Got coupon from first visit may go back before they close on this Super 🥣 Sunday. Order a Falbo pizza. Good stuff.

We ordered 2 xl pizzas tonight. We haven't eaten here in 2 years so we thought we would give it a try. My pizza hardly had any cheese on it. The crust was dry. Nothing like I remembered. For $50....very disappointed.

Great pizza and driver went above and beyond. Our little dog got out while I was answering the door to get our pizza order. I panicked as my dog will run right into traffic. I was putting my shoes on because there was snow everywhere. As soon as I got outside I spotted the delivery driver carrying my dog back up the driveway. Nice young man and an extra tip was give and deserved for going above and beyond!

1st time customers. It was a small but clean location for eat in or carry out. Service was great. Pizza had
a great sauce and lots of cheese. The edge of the crust was crispy but unfortunately the rest of the crust was soggy, still edible. I wish this family the best as they try to build this business.

The pizza was amazing. We ordered for our weekend away to be delivered to our hotel. The order was one pizza off. The manager wasn’t very nice when we voiced our issue. Overall the pizza was amazing the customer service was subpar.

Had my first pizza from Falbo yesterday & i was very impressed! This place is a "hidden treasure" in Dubuque! I ordered the large thin crust pepperoni & it was absolutely perfect in every way. I especially liked the delicious pizza sauce they use and the crust & cheese was amazing! And, there was no skimping on the pepperonis, as my pizza was plastered with them! I can't wait to try their specialty pizzas!! I would not be wrong in saying Falbo has the best pizza in Dubuque!

Ordered online. Everything was completely wrong and looked disgusting. Called and they were very unprofessional. Really disappointed. Will not go back and I do not recommend. Honestly if you want good pizza and service for the same price then go to Happy Joes. Or maybe blindly grab some ingredients from your own kitchen and mix it all together. Either way it’ll be better.

Order two pizzas for delivery and only one showed up and the one that did arrive was burned! I called to let them know about the pizza the person on the phone was very rude and stated it is not burned and then started to talk very loud to me when I told him the crust is BLACK and burn he stated NO I MADE IT IT IS NOT BLACK. Never will buy from here ever again worst experience ever. When asked for supervisor he hung up.. Very upset not happy at all

Excellent place to stop for a quick bite. They have a lunch deal for a little over $6 where you can get two generous slices of pizza with a small fountain drink - complete with a punch card system to eventually earn a free meal. Falbo's had a variety of slices to choose from that were fresh out of the oven - including a specialty pizza which they rotate each weekday. The dining room is no thrills but the staff is very friendly and accommodative. About a five minute drive from the University of Dubuque campus. My fiancé and I will be returning often after classes.

This is the BEST pizza place in Dubuque! To be honest I heard of them, but about a month ago, I started working for them and realized how great they treated their customers, how they kept their store clean, and how they made their homemade pizza dough!

I had to try their pizza and it was honestly the BEST you could ever imagine!

So for example of how great this place is, at Dominos or Pizza Hut they only place a few pepperoni per slice and they are so spaced, well here, the rule is EVERY SINGLE pepperoni needs to overlap or touch so the ENTIRE pizza is filled! That, combined with a welcoming smile is all that needs to make this place great!

Delivery took over an hour. Pizza looked and tasted like plastic. The sauce wasn’t good. The crust was hard to chew. All around bad experience and I’m not picky about my pizza. It’s hard to screw up pizza but they managed to disappoint.

We ordered 2 LG pizzas, a garden salad which only had lettuce and tomatoes, none of the other veggies present, also ordered the chicken parm sandwich which the meat tasted stale. Such a disappointment!

I had read some reviews, though I would try, don't make the same mistake that I did.
Ordered two sandwiches, Chicken Parmesan and Meatball...
I don't normally comment on meals that are delivered but this was not edible.
Next time I will not gamble, going with a national chain.. Wasted $18 Still have appetite.....

Deep dish is actually just a normal pizza. Partly my fault because when I hear deep dish I think Chicago Style Deep Dish. Which I think they should be more clear. There Deep dish was not very good and is supposed to be there best pizza rather eat Jacks frozen pepperoni to be 100% honest not biased here. Poor customer service for delivery and on the phone and the only reason I give 2 stars was because cheese sticks wasn't terrible. Sorry just won't be spending money here anymore
