Most helpful store I’ve ever encountered. Called about 4-5 stores prior looking for a game and all basically said, “Sorry your game is another castle, we’re out.” I called this one with the same expectation but this dude named Billy helped me track a copy down of what I was looking for. Was super friendly and easy to talk to and was patient to explain/help with all of my questions- Billy rocks. His manager, Taylor, is awesome too and helped me even further. I got the two games I wanted and was pleasantly surprised by the service shown at this location. This store is an example set for all of GameStop shops to follow! 5/5 would recommend

An employee named Taylor was really helpful! Though the store did not have what I needed he was able to help me quickly go in and out! 5 stars would highly recommend shopping there!!

Very knowledgeable and friendly employees. I’ve been to this location numerous times and have always had a great experience. The gentleman working during my last visit had some technical issues with the phone trade in system and was very quick to try and resolve with the IT department.

We received so much help and recommendations from the staff at the store! They went above-and-beyond to make sure they helped us with an issue we were experiencing with a Pre-Order of a figure we were looking for. They also gave us other recommendations and tips since we were new to the area. We will for sure continue to regularly shop at this store.

Gamestop has gone downhill and it shows big time. Rude employees that are not very knowledgeable about what games they have or what system the game is on. Hey Gamestop stop getting rid of employees that have been there for a long time because those employees are a lot better than what you have now. Will never go in Gamestop again

This store usually has great service and a lot of different games to choose from. They got three stars because we bought a GameStop membership so that we could get games cheaper. Since we joined, corporate has decided to make two levels of membership and we are at the lower level and therefore do not get the best deals on games. We should have been grandfathered into the program. we paid it good money expecting discount on games and now that discount is much less. It's not right. That said, when we got a game that didn't work they did a great job of exchanging it for us. Unfortunately that one did not work either so we got a refund. Great service with that!

Lots of awesome finds. They keep it nice and tidy. Love their organization that was helpful. My 7 year old niece was in heaven as well as my 26 year old brother. Great store for all ages.

We received so much help and recommendations from the staff at the store! I mean, it's GameStop. It's a'ight. They are basically the Wal-Mart of the gaming world. Convenient, but you don't want to go in one after dark. Kind of sketch, y'know? Anyways, they don't completely suck, do I have them 4/5 stars.

Absolutely horrible customer service! We ordered an Xbox console on Dec 20th, was told it was in stock, and paid for it. We were told if we didn't have it by the 4th to call the store. We called the store on the 4th only to be informed that our order was not fulfilled because it was out of stock. No one bothered to call and tell us. Store manager blamed the warehouse/shipping company and took no responsibility on Gamestop. Then had to wait on hold for almost 30 minutes to get the refund processed. Their prices are high and their trade ins are low. Do not waste your money in this store!

It is a small shop with a lot of merchandise. They offer video games and systems. They carry socks, wallets, book bags, collectable characters, trading cards, and much more. The employees are friendly. They have a store discount program that saves a lot of money.

Honestly just go to Video Games etc. it’s right down the road and they have better deals. They also give you more $$$ for your games and consoles. GameStop’s Employees were really pushy to get me to buy stuff even though I told them I was just looking to trade in my ps4 and games.

horrible customer service - on the first Day of Mortal Kombat 11 they only have one person working. And six or seven people in line. And when I finally got up to the register they told me I needed an ID for my pre-order. Complete waste of time.

One of the worst games stops i’ve ever been to. Don’t go here, there are many other places in dubuque to get your consoles and if you want merch goto the book store next to them. You’ll find some awesome stuff there. Or goto any retail store they practically have the same stuff, and cheeper too!

I've been going there for some time sure the franchise has a good amount of controversy and some issues with their business model but it's the staff than can turn a transaction into an experience. The staff are cool if you know your stuff but helpful if you are an average consumer.
