Scooter's Coffee

Come on, Scooters, you can do better then this! The lady over the intercom was very helpful but I guess the person making the food did not want to be at work today Oct 2 2024 at 7:55am. This burrito is atrocious. I will not be eating it. I do not want slop. It is disrespectful to serve someone food like this.

I’m pretty positive this is my first ever review, but I really needed to answer your crew’s question and to compliment them.

1.) The best guess I could give, for the mystery flavor, is maybe like a combination of toffee and the smallest amount of macadamia? Either way it’s growing on me!

2.) I have never gone to a business, and immediately just feel like i’m talking to some friends. Your 9am crew was absolutely amazing today and they definitely deserve a thank you.

To the crew: Thank you all so much for giving me a great start to my week, it was needed much more than you could imagine. I hope this makes it to y’all and that y’all have a great week as well!

i３oders three drinks and there were horrible no flavor at all! i’m not being dramatic there was actually no flavor in any of them it was straight coffee. it’s giving starbucks, scooters is better than this.

We love this place! The staff is so friendly, and they take the time to have a conversation. They even remember our pups and ask about them each time we go through. We have been to this location three times in the past four months and each time has been just as wonderful. Their coffee and smoothies are delicious and the treats are to die for! We would pick Scooters over Starbucks any day for cost, friendliness, and quality!

I stopped by here for the first time yesterday! Haley the employee at the window was very insightful and on top of her game with some great recommendations! I had a Caramelicious iced coffee, and an Everything Bagel! Both were great, I’ll definitely be back!! Thanks again Haley!!

Drive thru only (with inviting outdoor seating available). Fast friendly service and great food and coffee served hot! Highly recommend.

Great iced lattes with oat milk. The flavoring is strong so I usually only get two pumps of sugar free vanilla for a large latte.

Coffee drinks are exceptional! Breakfast food is very good and always warm. Service is always consistent and very good. Very short wait from order to driving away with best coffee around.

Cold drink tastes extremely sugary!! So sweet I could hardly drink it! I am positive of what I ordered… drink and bacon burrito for me. Drink and cake bites for my son! $18!!! And no burrito, they said I didn’t order that!! no need to go back again!!!

I was not impressed with their flavorless coffee, but decided to go back when I received a coupon for $2. Off my next coffee. When I went to redeem the coupon, I was told by the cashier that I couldn’t use it with the app on my phone so the coupon was worthless! Thank goodness a Starbucks opened close by, so I can GOOD knowledgeable customer service. Will never go to a scooters again!

Ordered a hot chai latte and my drink was room temperature. I asked if they could microwave to warm it up, and when the lady handed my drink back to me, the lid was not on all the way. The drink spilt all over me and my car. The lady did not offer me napkins, a new drink, anything. 0/5 stars would not recommend.

Great hours, always hot breakfast , understandable there may be a wait sometimes due to how busy. Was excited to see a scooters right around the corner from my house.

I asked for a Iced Peppermint Mocha - three times. two of those three times it was repeated back to me as an Iced Mocha. Once I got to the window and waited more than a few minutes, the woman hands me my "iced Mocha" then quickly says "I mean Peppermint Mocha". It looked different than the website picture of the drink, but I was already annoyed so I just took it. Definitely was not a Peppermint Mocha. Just regular. The coffee was decent at least, but the wait was long and there needs to be some work on communication it seems.
