We ordered a taco pizza and it was terrible for the price. Bland flavor and gigantic chunks of romaine lettuce which were an odd choice.

We loved this pizza! Ate there two days in a row on a short trip to Iowa. Deep dish was amazing! Traditional crust was even better. My son said the calzone was the best he has ever had. Even the salad was delicious!

Placed an online order for pizza Monday evening around 7pm as I do not have the ability to place an order while at work. Went to pick up the pizza Tuesday evening at designated time. Waited for my pizza and then was told my order was cancelled because they thought it was placed by error. They had my phone number, email, and credit card information and the pizza had been paid for online. I never received a call asking to verify the pizza order. They said I could come back in 40 min to get the pizza I ordered but since I don’t live nearby, I asked if they could call it in to Iowa city location for my convenience. They refused and I went home empty handed and hungry.

We love wig and pen, best pizza in north Liberty! Our favorite is the spicy Hawaiian and Union Jack. Owner is awesome and gave us a free pizza because he liked my hat. Great pizza and people! 🙌🏻

Please update your holiday hours 😊. We drove over on Labor Day to find you closed but Google says open. Minor but disappointing nonetheless.

If you're looking for Chicago style pizza, you won't find it here. A handmade pan from Domino's tastes much better, and is much thicker. The top of the pizza was doughy, and the sauce tasted fermented.

I believe this place gets it's name from two Brits, and the Brits aren't exactly known for their food. Leave the pizza to people from the Windy City, guys.

My favorite pizza place. The wings are so crispy and big! Honestly it's amazing. I feel for them because they put out such a great product so they are so busy! My food was over a half hour late being ready last Friday night but it was absolutely worth it. They were all working so hard to keep up with the orders. Truly a great place.

Great pizza. Terrible service. Lazy staff. Call at at 7:05pm on a Sunday and was told the kitchen closes at 7pm and its just a to go place so why would they be open till 7:30 if the kitchen closes and they stop taking orders at 7pm???

We had our first pizza from Wig & Pen - a 14" thin crust with sausage, pepperoni, mushroom and black olives. This is our new favorite pizza place in North Liberty! Love the crust and it was loaded with toppings and cheese. Only minor drawback is that we ordered online for curbside pickup but had to go in and pick it up. Not a big deal. We'll definitely be ordering again!

Tried calling multiple times and phone rang as busy. Placed an order online and it was canceled about 5 minutes after placing it. Thought maybe they were closed but I do not live too far so I drove to the location and the women working said they ran out of pizza dough… which is why they aren’t answering their phone so that makes no sense. Why wouldn’t you at least answer your phone to tell people that? Not impressed with my other experiences I have had in the past with this location as well. I will go out of my way and only go to the Coralville location now & hope this one is shut down for poor management.

550 on a Saturday the restaurant said we needed to order online no over the phone for an hour. Which i have never heard of. We put in the order and 20mins got a call that the order was canceled and the restaurant wasn't taking orders on a Saturday night. This set us back on ordering else where realy messing up our dinner on a Saturday.

We usually go to Iowa City Wig and Pen. Love the deep dish Union Jack. We were disappointed with our pizza here. There were maybe 2 bits of sausage and 1 or 2 pepperoni on each piece on a medium sized pizza. It was not at all the same as what we usually get.

Customer service is terrible. I ordered multiple times and order the same item everytime. They usually look up my previous orders and order the same. Today I got a male on the phone and he was ridiculously arrogant. I cannot believe they are running business with such attitude. Wouldn’t go to this place again.

We were visiting and checking local pizza places and shortlisted this one based oh high reviews and were happy we made right selection. We ordered veggie pizza and fries. Our selection was thin crust veggie pizza cheese was yum yum and mushroom were hidden cheese. I like bit more spicy so they gave us plenty of red peppers. My son loved the fries as well. Staff was also really nice

Called an order in on 7/2. Arrived a little over 30 minutes later to pick it up and the girl said they had no order in my name. I provided proof of the call to the correct location and they just continued to argue that they had no proof I placed an order. At no time did anyone there apologize for the issue or anything. Just continued to pass the blame onto me like it was my fault. Nothing was ever offered to me other than wait over a another 30 minutes. Asked to speak to the shift manager's manager. They took my info and said he would contact me shortly. Have not heard a word from anyone. Worst part of the experience is how rude they were. Even after they agreed that yes I called the right location, and yes I did place an order that they had no proof I had placed an order. If you cannot think critically then you should not be a manager of any sort.

Usually very satisfied but last night's experience was far from satisfying. Flying tomato pizza crust was a good 1/2 " or more thick and so hard could not cut, even with a steak knife. Way over cooked. Cheese was not stringy at all but almost black and hard as could be. Very disappointing!

We have gone to the Coralville location and enjoyed it every time. They often have a wait even on weeknights. We had a gathering at our house and decided to go North Liberty to the takeout location. We've been there a few times during COVID. They are the same great tasting pizza. They have a good gluten free crust.

Though this is a carryout and delivery location only in North Liberty, (dine in locations in Coralville/Iowa City as far as I know), the pickup was quick and simple and the pizza was great, much better than I imagined finding without a trip to Chicago.

Honestly, this place has the best deep dish in the area. Their flying tomato is the flavorful and the taco pizza is dope. They're always so nice and quick. They're great about call ahead orders, too.

I've ordered from here a few times before and everytime it's been pizza which is very good by the way. Today however I had a 15 dollar credit because of a hiccup from my previous order which I used for 2 chicken strip kids meals. Might I say that's by far the best chicken I've had, the French fries were amazing and the ranch had such great flavor. Thank you for a wonderful experience today!

I've had pizza from here twice while in town visiting family, it's ok but really nothing to write home about. The last time we had it we all didn't feel well that night. Also the price seems to be a bit steep concreting what we pay back at home in Chicago for pizza from a similar place.

Lunch time salads are the way to go! Today I got a buffalo chicken salad and it was literally THE best salad I have ever eaten. So much chicken mixed in and to top it off I got a cup of buffalo sauce and a cup of ranch. Unlike other restaurants they give you a little saucer of your dressing, Wig & Pen North Liberty knows how to make a salad go from drab to fab! I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a delicious and large salad! So much bang for your buck here!

Even on the first day they were quick and prompt on getting the pizzas ready. Great tasting pizza, the wife and I love the flying tomato signature style. Will be hard to keep myself away.
