Absolutely love this place! Used to go there with my family tons of times and took a pretty big part in my childhood. Never left bored or unsatisfied and made so many memories there. Not to mention most of my stuff was brought here! Not only is it a great place for families and new people exploring but it also has amazing customer service. Unfortunately, it has been years since I've last been to this store due to me moving to a whole other country but I'm glad to see the store is still up and running and doing good.

I walked in, asked to sign up for a JcPenney card, which went very smoothly, got some coupons, then went and did a little shopping. The customer service was amazing, and the employees knew exactly what to do, and where their product was, AMAZING PLACE!!!!

It was very busy! But all of the associate's were very helpful and went out of there way to accommodate all! Bought a speaker, not just any speaker! Amazon Conceare. Ended up with almost 75% off! AWSOME!

The employees are always friendly and helpful. However, sometimes the selection leaves a bit to be desired. That's not the local stores' fault, though.

Para mí es la mejor tienda de Dodge donde vas a encontrar ropa y calzado a buen precio, de varias marcas y medianamente bonita.
Tiene mucha variedad tanto para invierno como verano. También muy útil para prendas que usas en el trabajo.
Atentos a las ofertas porque a veces tienen y muy buenas!

THIS JC Penney is starting to be as bad as Walmart; checkouts on a Friday night were limited to the men's & children's dept., but the lines were 3 customers long. Jewelry had 3 associates behind the counter; women's & shoes had none. I thought JC Penney was trying to get it together. It's a shame we have so few shopping choices in Dodge City that stores have no competition, and no incentive, to offer better service.
