There was some confusion after I placed my order, but the employees worked hard to make things right with a good attitude.

It's fairly normal at this location to have a bit longer amount of time between placing your order and when you are able to walk away with your food. This is especially common in the drive-through.

However, they usually have good quality, well-prepared food at this location.

Ordered on the app and they didn’t give us the whole order. Then when I went back to get the remainder of what we paid for they said they had in fact given it to us, which was a lie. So they wanted to take my money but not give me the product. There are many other places to eat nearby, I’d definitely recommend anyone except this Taco Bell.

I used the app to order. I spent about $15, which included an order of Cinnabons. The Cinnabons were just a two pack and cost me less than $2.

The Cinnabons weren’t in the bag, so I pulled back around and asked for them. The guy running the drive through insisted they were in the bag - which implies I’m either stupid or a thief. Then he demanded I come inside if I wanted to resolve the matter. I told him no - I am on a long drive and I do not want to come inside and have an argument over $2. He finally gave in and had me pull around for food I paid for.

Take your money elsewhere.

Food is terrible. Love getting cold burritos. The hours isn’t till 12pm they close 30 mins early they close at 11:30pm. They should fix their hours instead of having people just getting off work 30 mins before close just to have me sit there for 10 mins wasting time and money. Have the common courtesy to say, “ sorry we’re lazy and want to talk and hangout the last 30 mins of our shift instead of actually doing our jobs.” I can respect that. This is how your local Taco Bell conducts business, By ignoring customers so they don’t have to work the last 30 mins of their job. I wish I can get paid to do nothing at my job. This place has the worst service around. LOOK AT THEIR REVIEWS. DONT EAT HERE!

I ordered a veggie wrap instead of veggies they gave a beef wrap and its the worst taco bell i have ever seen like how can they do that to a person who only eats veggie and when you call them they just tell you we can refund your money

This place was slammed with high school teenagers they only had 2 workers working and in less than 30 minutes I got my order and even though they messed up a little bit they fixed it right away and had it back out to me great job

Hands down, this is the best Taco Bell I’ve ever eaten at. Clean, quick service, and the food is always fresh. I travel through Dodge about once a month and almost always stop here because I know I won’t be disappointed.

I ordered from DoorDash and they sent the wrong order and when I talk with them, they told me that they gonna send the correct one. I waited an hour they haven’t sent back. I tried to call so many times they are not answering call and I don’t want to give a star, but they are not having an option so I had it one star but that is zero start to them

Says open 7 am. Tried to call the store to ask when they are open they pick up the phone leave it setting on the counter for you to hear them talking. Never ask what you need. Very unprofessional. This taco bell needs better workers or customer service. Very unsatisfied. Won't be eating here anymore. Get it together Dodge City.

Wow... check every inch of your food. Had no means of transportation to get to the store to change food out. Given wrong food, refused a refund do to Gabriel " the manager of managers" not knowing how to do a refund. Told me nothing he could do about it. Talked with my work crew and 2 other guys the previous day had incorrect orders. Some serious training needs to be done here. Also, corporate should look into this store, Especially when a "manager of managers" doesn't know how to do a refund.

Almost every time there’s something wrong with my order it’s either missing items or not made correctly. Ordering from the drive thru is annoying. Here’s a tip practice on not saying “Anything Else” after every item being ordered. Take the time and actually listen to the guests. If you’re gunna ask for the sauce at the speaker ensure they are placed and ready to go to be set in bag and if you’re saying everything is there in the bag make sure it’s actually there sealing up the bags is misleading and I’m just burning money thinking that I have everything in the bag when it’s sealed. I don’t want to be those people who chew up your time in drive thru just to unseal the bag and making sure I have everything. You want good times then make sure everything is there.

It seemed like it took longer than usual for our food to be prepared which was odd since there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. The dining room itself was dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a few days. There were remnants of food on the floor and tables and none of the tables appeared to be clean so we picked the cleanest looking one. The food was as expected at Taco Bell. After eating I visited the restroom and found it even more filthy that where I had just eaten. I don't even want to know when it was cleaned last, it couldn't have been recently. The whole thing smelled very strongly of feces and the trash was over flowing. There was a sign on the mirror that said the bathroom was inspected every half hour but it certainly did not appear that way.

This place is a disgrace 😤 I used to Love Taco Bell.. and have spent plenty of money at this Taco Bell here in Dodge City,Kansas.. from the rude staff or the lady that takes my order the past three times I tell her exactly how and what I want and they have screwed up my order every time it's so disappointing 😞.. to get back to my Hotel to eat and nothing about my order is right.. I even asked the lady at the window what was the number to there corporate office and she just looked at me and laughed.. i don't think the owners of this franchise would appreciate anything they are doing there..

The absolute worst taco bell there is. Always forgets food items, sauce packets, and drinks. Terrible customer service as well. Took me 5 times calling them before they finally got tired of the phone ringing just to answer as the manager and have no real empathy for their mess ups. Do not go here!

I went there to get a burrito and the person working there was very rude. They need to fire her because my wife and I waited 10 minutes outside and they closed the door on her really loud when she got her burrito. It was 9pm and there was only 2 people working there. Horrible service.
