This is dodge city ,KS.......

the air quality smells very horrible...

we need chemtrails to spray lysol and febreeze in this area cause this air is trash and Flies are everywhere in parking lot ....

I come to this store regularly, with my truck and I’ve never had any issues. The place is clean, and feels safe. I always have a great time chatting with the staff, and the place always has something to eat. I’d recommend it if your over the road, or need somewhere to to stop for regular gas.

I don’t know if they can’t read but there’s a bobtail parking lot in the rear. But no just let them take up other parking spots instead. Maybe management should try policing this better. Plus the showers never work.

I don't understand why Chester's is the only restaurant here.. there's nothing else around. Whoever starts a restaurant near here will probably do great. Truckers need something a little healthier than fried chicken. Showers have been under construction for almost a year. Too many flies.

Don't think it's clean went in last night used a stall came in 12 hours later used same stall found this in the same spot, unmoved in 12 hours tells me no one cleans. That's right though the young guy that was at the counter last night was more worried about talking to his co workers about a girl with a dirty mouth and how he didn't want to touch her, and found it entertaining to continously hit the mic button to make an announcement but not say anything just cause static. The morning crew seems friendly but then again they are more entertained by their phones and show support for things like the hells angels and if they aren't ring up a customer they are walking around with a drink in their hand like they are visiting a friend rather than doing their job. One of the many sad Loves truck stops out here.

Love the options for this loves travel stop. Only dear problem is trully in the management. How the schedule is posted then bam it's switched again multiple times. How is one supposed to be taken seriously and want to work when this is a constant repeat. Shopping stopping in here is great. But job wise might trully want to reconsider elsewhere. Because things like this is trully why we lose business.

Bobtail drivers either don't know how to read or they don't know how to back a truck with no trailer. Only 2 showers out of 5 work. Multi-million dollar company and they can't hire a plumber 🪠🪠🪠. Interesting. And I know this one almost ALL truck stops, but the prices here for anything are outrageous. 12.00 dollars for a 1.50 size bottle of laundry soap. 8.00 for a bag of chips. The staff here seems friendly so far. Haven't had much interaction with them tho.

Only 3 showers working, they have 5 but who knows when they plan on fixing them. Have been out of service for awhile already. Pumps sometimes work or they pump slow. Try to avoid having to stay here

Bob tails take up a full space and the fuel pumps are slow it’s taken me an hour or more to get 10 gallons of fuel and 20 gallons on the reefer trailer.

Pull into parking lot 2pm to park for the night, bobtails are taking up about half of the regular spots, even though bobtail area has spots, unexcuseable! Usually a good Loves, they need to monitor this & make sure lazy bobtails not park in the limited regular spots

Horrible customer service. I had a headache so I stopped to buy a drink and something for my headache. The cashier (older woman) just hovered over my daughter and I. There were many customer (white to be exact) and she tells me that we can’t be there as I was getting ready to purchase my things. It felt degrading and racist. So sad that people still act this way. It was building 1108.

I drive local, so the shower credit I had was long expired. We were driving from Oklahoma to Colorado and just next to this Loves my 5 year old son started vomiting. He barfed on his jacket, his pants, down his boots, all over his seat, and all over the floor... it was bad. I went inside and asked the gal at the counter if I had a shower credit (I was pretty sure I didn't) and she said no. I told her what happened and my wife walked in with my boy, undressed, and wrapped in a towel and with barf all over his face. She ushered my wife and son into a shower so he could get washed up. I wish I had got her name so I could thank her personally. Ma'am, you made an awful happening a lot less awful, and helped a very sweet little boy. Bless you!

At least a dozen bobtail parked in spaces for trucks with trailers. Has a bobtail area that is almost empty. Have been here many times and never have a problem getting in or leaving when bobtail. Other drivers just too lazy to walk the 75 extra feet to the store.

Clean showers but it has some of the worst bobtail parking lol if you enjoy a challenge getting in and out of bobtail spots then this is the place for you. Almost no room to maneuver.

Your store needs to address the parking situation here. You have dedicated bobtail parking but let bobtails take up full spots making it impossible for some of us to park. Please address this situation to make this a better stop.

Only food option is Chester’s, at least have a Godfathers or Subway! Absolutely NO grass at all for dogs. Grounds are disgusting, I don’t even like letting my dog out of the truck here. The shower experience was also bad. There was still feces left in the toilet so I’m not confident the bathroom/shower was even cleaned. Terrible two days stuck at this Loves.
