This place is awesome! Great coffee drinks and desserts! The eclectic atmosphere is right on target and makes you feel at home. It’s a cozy dessert spot or a family stop for fun treats! Cakes, buns, cremes, rolls, macarons and more! All so delicious! Right next door to the Korean BBQ restaurant, perfect match! Oh and BTW Seoul is the capital of Korea.

This place is super cute and stylish. I had the pistachio cream latte (cold) and cinnamon twist donut. The latte was delicious, and you could really taste the pistachio. The donut was super light and airy. Service was quick and courteous. I think the price point for the desserts was a little high in comparison to other asian-style bakeries--why we went for the donuts instead of the cakes--otherwise I think it's a very nice little cafe.

I love coffee and I have a weakness for sweets so it’s the perfect place to grab that in between snack when you want to treat yourself, or a coffee, latte, espresso, etc. I took my wife and her sister there several times. And now there’s an all you can eat Korean buffet right next-door… Sometimes we’ll go eat there and finish up at Seoul Blues Coffee and Dessert. Now I couldn’t even begin to tell you the names of these desserts but hopefully the photos will speak for themselves. The service is great, and friendly! The atmosphere is kind of like a coffeehouse. We’ve been there about four times so far and every time we get three or four different items. These are awesome pastries, cakes, macaroons, mousse, etc.… If you do have a sweet tooth, try them out. Some are just perfect and some are a little too sweet from my taste. But what might be sweet for one person might be perfect for another. But they are very unique and very different. And they have something new every week. For me anything with coffee and it taste great! Next time you’re in the Annapolis Mall stop by and check it out!

we've only come here twice, but we'll definitely be coming here more often. even despite only coming for the second time, there was a staff member that recognized us immediately. the people who work here truly take care in what they do, theyre passionate about it too !!

TLDR: Good service, clean cafe, high prices, mediocre level food. If no other option, go here; otherwise would recommend just going to Starbucks.

Unfortunately I didn’t get a photo of the interior of the cafe, however, I would say that it was extremely clean and I’d agree with others that it was rather quaint looking.

Service: Very fast and efficient, the two gentlemen working there were also quite courteous.

Drinks: Perhaps it was just what I had ordered for my wife and I, but both drinks were super sugary. Maybe we’re just used to high quality coffee, but you couldn’t taste the coffee at all pretty much. Additionally, the prices for the drinks were more on the high side.

Food: I’m not quite sure what they were, but they reminded me of Mexican sweet bread with different types of cream inside. Tasted fresh, but at 4.50 a pop, definitely not worth it. Perhaps if it was a bit cheaper it would have been worth the price.

Atmosphere: I didn’t eat on premises, but was nice looking. Wouldn’t be a bad place to sit and relax from the hot sun.

Cleanliness: Definitely seemed clean! Didn’t use the bathroom, so can’t comment there but the place didn’t seem messy at all.

The desserts are amazing! It’s so hard to pick because all of the food is so beautiful. I can’t wait to back! I loved the hazelnut cake and my husband loved the mango dessert, but I need to try the strawberry cake.

The atmosphere is really fun and artsy. I loved it! Oh, and the bubble tea was great, too.

I’m so glad this place opened. Finally another option to enjoy a coffee in this mall besides Starbucks.
I had a great experience, the people was very nice and my choice was a cappuccino with the matcha almond cookie, which was really good!
The atmosphere it was cute and very welcome.

Best specialty coffee in the area. The espresso is really good. They know how to pull really good shots of espresso. I believe the owner is the only one who works the cafe so it takes a couple minutes for him to attend you but its worth it. Very nice person!
Pistachio latte is really goood! Black sesame latte too (if you like nutty peanut butter flavors).

This place looks is the place to be to wind-down, relax and chill. The vibe, atmosphere matches with the music is relaxing. Grab a book or two and come and dine, read and chill at seoul blues coffee & Dessert. Plus, the staff feels, looks and sounds like an angel. You want to dine and relax this is the place. P.S. kids may OR may not enjoy the atmosphere be warned.

What a lovely, charming cafe! From the moment you walk through the double doors, you enter a magical and cozy cafe that has a unique charm of making everyone feel welcome. I got the mango mousse cake, raspberry & chocolate macarons, chocolate trilogy, maple bacon & a croughnut. 9/10, mango mousse cake such delicious and light just wish the strawberry topper was more fresh. 11/10 for the macarons will definitely be back for those. 12/10 chocolate trilogy super fluffy and not too overpowering with the chocolate it was just perfect! 7/10 for the maple bacon definitely breakfast in a bite. 1000/10 for the croughnut i love itttt so much wish i would ve gotten a dozen so airy and fluffy. Service was quick and easy. Great sweet employees and the atmosphere was beautiful and calming. i will definitely be back for more!

This little café on the corner of the mall is everything. We saw them as we walked out and had to stop in. The decorations around the café are quirky and fun. The feel of it is relaxing and comfortable. The coffee was excellent, made to perfection. The desserts are beautiful and very tasty. I cant wait to go back and spend more time here

The service was really good & the barista was really friendly. Had a good conversation. However, the food wasnt great. I had the pistachio and chocolate cake...The strawberry on top was almost rotten & the leaves were turning black.

I went to take my son and his friend to the mall in Annapolis and I found this Jewel, a cozy place where everything is prepared fresh daily. I dared to get off to be poor and enjoy a deliciously foamy and balanced coffee, I ordered a latte, I loved it. For dessert we shared a dulce de tres leche, I was speechless, it was super delicious, not cloying and it was the best thing I tried, we also ordered the dulce de Paris, we liked it but normal. To take away I ordered a chocolate mouse that was also very delicious, but my favorite is definitely the tres leche dulce. Fully recommended, the only thing is that when we went there was a line to be served and we had to wait a little, but everything else was excellent, beautiful atmosphere and friendly service with super good energy. They also have teas, hot and cold coffees, a variety of breads, desserts and cookies, ohh and I cant fail to mention that they also have ice creams that look on another level.

Dessert tasted like chewy plastic and crumb dust. I wouldnt recommend desserts. If it looks like plastic or dust it is... No kidding here. The place could have potential if it had a cook.

Seoul Blues is a pretty solid cafe. They serve many different types of cakes, which look mouthwatering, and they also serve drinks such as coffee, tea, and boba. Although the pricing is a little questionable, since it costs eight dollars for a slice of cake. Overall, this is a good cafe.

I normally do not dine in a coffee and dessert shop. I take it to go. However, this atmosphere was so friendly and welcoming that I decided to stay with my family. We played Uno and we had a great time. Also, try the black sesame cream latte. It s great.

This is a cute little cafe near the food court of Annapolis Mall. This review is solely about the coffee. I ordered a small Americano. When I got the drink it felt heavy so I took the lid off, why was my Americano spilling over the brim of the cup and onto the table?!?! I asked the barista to remake it bc there was too much water. She was super sweet and accommodating and remade the drink however instead of the coffee spilling over the brim it was right at the brim. Even my friends tres leches drink was mid. The few sips we took stressed us out so bad we had to trash them.

My husband and I had an Opera and a lemon tart. They were perfect! Not too sweet. The coffee was great too. Enjoyable and relaxing atmosphere.

The cakes here are amazing and so is the staff! Highly recommend the da bang coffee and the mango mousse cake. If you need to order a cake for a celebration, pick it up a day in advance to give it time to defrost in the fridge. They ll need about 5-7 days advance notice to prepare the cake if you preorder a full size one. Try everything!! My favorite thing about the cakes here is that they re super moist and flavorful.

Ok so I just want to say that if you re looking for a KOREAN cafe (something like Tous Les Jours and such) this is not it. There is literally nothing Korean about this place other than the name. Super misleading. And it is SUPER overpriced. That being said, the desserts they have are pretty good.

Update: There are more drinks and desserts available. I tried their Dabang coffee and Im addicted. I tried their fresh fruit and blue berry yogurt cakes and they were the perfect sweetness. Not overly sweet. They have an ice cream case with a variety of flavors. 5/19/23: The bakery items are displayed beautifully. Got a raspberry rose macaron tart and it was light and flavorful. I cannot wait until they are fully opened to try their coffee and other bakery items. The inside decor was classy. The chairs were cute and the music was relaxing.

Seoul Blue dropped the ball, I was expecting to find AUTHENTIC Korean desserts and nothing American. I was hoping to get an actual Korean bakery experience. The feng shui of the store is very off-putting, I understand the vibe they want, but it doesnt work, Dark blue outside and very dark low lighting interior, horrid. The almost 7$ matcha drink tasted like straight oat-milk, and nothing about this drink was good, definitely better options. This place was very disappointing, dont see them lasting in Annapolis unless things change. They should also restrict the amount of seating outside because they have random people smoking in front of the bakery sitting in the seats, not inviting.

Customer Service really poor. There was no one else to wait on but me, and I was treated like a bother to the employee. I purchased the chocolate mousse for $8.50. Which is pricey for the container size. The employee walked away as I paid, leaving my item at the back of the counter and my receipt in the register. I had to ask the f it was ok to take them. The mousse did taste good andI did love the environment. I won t be back though. I refuse to pay for mistreatment.

Made a quick stop after lunch for coffee. Nice ambiance to the place. I did not notice any prices on the menu so that was a bit off putting not knowing how much the items were. Ordered a large Dabang coffee & it s probably one of the best coffees I ve had. Came out to around ~$7.50. Nice and quirky place overall but as previously mentioned, some prices attached to the menu would be nice albeit I could ve just overlooked it. The big menu up top just had names, no prices.

I would have rated it 5 since I visited twice but I ordered the same thing and got charged more the next day by a different cashier. Even when I showed my reciept they still charged me the higher price. Train on consistency. The atmosphere is nice and cozy, so much so, I danced. There are books to read, and games available to play, space to move around, and a chaise lounger. They serve desserts and coffee.

The iced coffee was perfectly balanced (not too watery, great flavor) and the Basque cheesecake was as tasty as it was fresh. We loved the ambiance (you d never know you were in a mall), and the service was just as great. With their wide assortment of desserts, we look forward to going back and trying something new each time.

Super cute cafe with good food. There really isnt any wrong with it. I tried the matcha cheese cake, creme brulee cheesecake, and pistachio creme latte. The cheesecake tasted Soo fresh and my latte looked good and tasted good too. The aura of the place is really nice and is definitely a different mood from the rest of the mall(which I love). I really dont think you could go wrong with anything you get.

New Korean coffee and dessert store in Annapolis mall with an...ecclectic decor. Not really sure what look theyre going for. Yard sale chic? Kinda reminiscent of Blackwall Hitchs ecclectic decor. Theyre still training their staff so be patient because its worth it! Their drinks are great, try the black or brown sugar milk teas and the caramel macchiato. But be sure to try the desserts! This is the only bakery weve found in the area that has basque cheesecake and it was great. The tiramisu is also very good. Restrooms are large and theres plenty of seating inside and out. I dont know if their a/c isnt working or they just dont want to use it, but inside is H-O-T! They leave the side door open but there is no air movement at all. They also dont make their own desserts which I think is strange for a boutique eatery. When I said that aloud to my wife, the girl at the register, presumably an owner, snarkily said well were a small business and hope to get to do it here eventually like thats supposed to explain it. Anyway, the prices are reasonable and the desserts are fresh. If you want a whole cake version of anything in the case, we were told they need 4 days notice to order and receive it as they do not have full cakes in stock, only slices. Well definitely be back over and over again to try their other options!

Happy to see an alternative to Starbucks at the mall with comfortable seating and good treat options. Fresh and clean, friendly staff. Menu kind of cluttered and no prices or sizes listed -- a bit confusing especially with the unfamiliar choices of drinks. The Korean iced coffee I had was great. Will return!

It s always a pleasure to support a new establishment from small business owners, especially one that promotes idle & leisure time! Seoul Blues is such a breath of fresh air. Despite being adjacent to a bustling mall, it immediately holds your attention. From gorgeous decor to lovely music, Seoul Blues is the perfect cafe. The coffees are delicious (& most importantly, consistently so) and the desserts are amazing!! As somebody who has a sweet tooth, I ve enjoyed several tiramisu dishes accompanied by a book and cafe ambiance that makes it so easy to forget time exists. Atmospheric and cozy, the decor features rustic woods, old books, playing cards, board games, and various eastern and western art pieces and displays that curate a whimsical, magical feeling. Best place in my opinion to have conversations with friends, a causal date, or to get lost in a book!

Their treats are great - the decor is wonderful (albeit it looks super expensive to have all the stuff in here) but so far they seem to be struggling getting the hang of everything. Theres usually like 4 workers but very dismal customers, the staff always seems kind of confused and doesnt know what a lot of things are (oh so whats an affogato? Im not sure let me ask someone.) and when I said ok Ill take the tres leches they didnt know which I was talking about so I pointed to it in the display where its labeled Tres Leches They need someone in there to run a tight ship, is knowledgeable and can explain things quickly, know how to work the register. But I will say Ive essentially been able to get new dishware for my house because the tiramisu and mousse come in actual glasses that you just throw out or keep? I guess? Seems like a weird waste

Family stopped by here for a quick dessert . They got cakes coffe and ice cream. We had the pistacio cake and hazelnut cakes slices. Its enjoyable. Cakes are not too sweet. They are soft and delicious. Place is in front of the Annapolis Mall. I thinks this place is worth a try. It need more coffee mixes though but Im a black coffee person so doesnt trally matter for me. I reccomend this place.

Dropped by after shopping to enjoy the weather and atmosphere before going home. Had the Dabang coffee, pistachio cheesecake(favorite so far) and chocolate marquise. We saw they had boardgames and cards at different tables so my husband and I played some blackjack as we leisurely waited for and ate our dessert. Well definitely come back when were in the area. They offer coffees, lattes, boba tea, gelato, desserts cakes and more. There is seating indoors and outdoors with umbrellas.

The place is beautiful! Very nice interior, cakes and baked goods are displayed nicely. We got the Fresh Cream Cake, and a Seoul Blues Dabang. The coffee was super good will definitely come and get coffee here whenever I m in the mall. The cake was perfect! It was light, fluffy, and perfectly sweet but not too overwhelming. For the quality of both items the price was very reasonable! And most of all the employees are great! We asked for recommendations and they were able to list a few. After eating inside we ordered to go because we just had to share with our friends! Will be back soon.

Went for the soft opening. We ended up arriving after close, but they were gracious enough to let us in. One of the gentlemen was happy to explain what they had for the soft opening verses what will be available soon. Im looking forward to a nice affogato. From the options, we decided on 3 different flavors of macarons. 2 of us said they were the best macarons theyd ever had. Free parking garage close by, located on the outside of the mall, not visible from the road. First level, handicap accessible, family friendly seating inside and outside.
