Its a downtime to this location when we came in. Its the usual Dunkin. Employees having chichat behind the counter and we can hear them talking like they were in the hood using foul words. Also I ordered large matcha latte, they put ice 3/4 of the cup then filled like a small size amount of the latte. Maybe next time i will order without ice. 🙄🙄🙄

They sued their neighbors to close the connected parking lot and apparently won.

You know turning right on to Riva, right into your parking lot to do the same u turn maneuver to turn left at that light back onto Riva still works right? This also makes the exact type of extra "from the light traffic" you were hoping to avoid with this lawsuit instead of my "to the light" usual traffic. Nice work.

It's just now the difference is I won't stop and buy anything from you for my large family on my way out of physical therapy because you sued them. Over an easement, Joe The Grinder lol

Go to Sandy Pony Donuts instead. Far better donuts.

The line is always crazy long, they really should open the second drive through for the sake of traffic. Cars are always leaking into the intersection

Coffee was hot, fresh and perfectly made. The store is clean and bright. The staff members were all super friendly.

Getting in and out of the parking lot is a little tricky.

I usually come here and my orders are satisfactory. Today I came here and my order was all the way wrong???
I ordered a large Caramel Iced Latte,with two espresso shots. What I got was,what tasted like hot chocolate mix gone cold.

I asked for toasted bagel. It was not toasted and bagel was stale. They should try hiring literate staff. My coffe was wrong as well. Horrible Dunkin Donuts. Starbucks here I come.

This location has the worst customer service in town. I have visited this location on several occasions and each time the customer service seems to get worse. I used my mobile app to place my order, when I arrived I said hello, provided my name and I was yet again greeted with an attitude by a young lady that seems as if she just doesn't not want to work. I told her my name again and her response very rudely was "Drive up" , I replied I'm sorry can you repeat that and she advised this time "Drive to the window" which I did. When I asked to whom was I speaking with each employee that was there (no less than 5)stated they didn't know who responded to me which I find very hard to believe being two of the young ladies had headsets on taking orders. When I asked for a manager I was then advised they stepped away. Let's just say I would NEVER visit this location again even if the coffee was free. 👎🏾 👎🏾👎🏾

La verdad me gusta este local porque hay muchas personas hispanas pero ayer tuve la mala suerte con la cajera le pregunté amablemente si hablaba español y me respondió que si pues toda mi orden me hablo en ingles y bueno pensé qué tal ves era ley del trabajo y luego empezó hablar con sus compañeros en español la verdad sentí mal porque yo si estuviera en su lugar atendería con el idioma que se debe acada cliente no todos tenemos la dicha de hablar inglés 😑🫥

It's Dunkin Donuts so you know what to expect. It was clean, friendly staff. Watch for your food and drinks though, they dont announce when your food is ready, they just toss it on the counter and walk away. Toss is the right word too....

Busy but very fast and a lot of good breakfast options. I go here often and usually the staff is very friendly. Recently, after finishing at the drive through i almost parked and went inside to have a discussion with the young lady taking orders. She was extremely rude and pushy. I understand costumer service is difficult, but spreading your negative energy and unhappiness is unpleasant for everyone. Management needs to have a talk with her about being there and being paid to perform a service. If an employee is that unhappy with having a job, perhaps they should find a different one.

This Dunkin store is very good. Don’t fear the line as they move you in and out fast and accurate. It’s a difficult parking lot as traffic can back up due to a traffic light.

Wow, I've been here many times but the service today was terrible. The order taker in drive thru was incredibly rude and pushy. I understand they were busy and they were out of the seasonal flavor, while trying to make up my mind they just pushed me along. Needless to say I did not complete my order. I then was given the incorrect items at the window. I don't know if I will be returning to this location.

Dunkin is always good for my coffee drinks. The mini pancakes are always not good. They are always dry or hard. The west street Dunkin always shorts you on the hash browns seriously 4 in the bag sometimes there are supposed to be 6.

Worst drive thru set up EVER! They reconstructed the parking lot to allow for two separate drive thru lines yet they NEVER open the second line. The line of cars is always so extremely long and backs up onto Riva road. I can't tell you how many times I have attempted to try "one more time" and the wait is so extremely long every.single.time. Please, please, PLEASE open the second line and make this Dunkin Donuts more efficient!

This is a very good Dunkin’ Donuts. Bagel sandwiches are well prepared and I like Dunkin’ iced coffee. Is usually use the drive-thru. Check your order for accuracy, about 5% something is wrong- like getting a croissant sandwich instead of a bagel. The drive-thru line can back up and make it hard to get into the parking lot. They are in the process of opening a second window - they need to!

This location never gets it right. It doesn’t matter how many times I ask for less ice, they still give me heaps of ice. To make matters worse, whenever you order the snackin bacon, it’s always burnt and cold with old grease stuck to it. There have been times I’ve ordered a mobile order for a walk-in, and then they can’t figure out where my order is.

Whenever I order the iced coffee, it’s never sweet. And I always have to ask them to remake it. And when they do remake it, they still seem to remake it wrong. Today was the last day for me. The positive, the manager is always nice, and willing to accommodate. I just feel bad because his staff never can seem to get it right the first time.

Meh, I visit DD daily and I’ve been frequenting this location this week because it’s closer to my work. But they made my order wrong 2/4 times this week. Nothing worse then ordering an unsweetened ice tea and then getting in your car to realize it’s like drinking liquid sugar. I’ll stick with the DD in Edgewater.

2 PM on a Saturday, the bakery section was bare and they couldn't handle the line in the drive thru. I ordered for walk in and they put my order next to the drive thru and I waited 10 minutes before getting a bag of cold bacon. Thanks.

This is my happy place!!!! Travis, Jessica, Tessa, Stelle, Ava... they are all so wonderful. They made my grieving a lot easier and are always at work with the most beautiful smiling faces... I believe (masks) 😂😂😂😂.
