Starbucks

Great seating area by the fireplace; big shout-out to the staff who had our coffee ready in record time. Busy time of year, but they were still friendly and hard-working!
Had no food this time, therefore no 'food' stars, as they do not apply.

Took over 10 minutes to get a large black coffee and when I got it, it tasted like hot garbage. Wife's latte was all milk no expresso. Won't be back to Starbucks again.

Yesterday my friends and I went in here to quickly buy drinks. There were 5 people working, all teenagers and no adult making sure everything was running smoothly. My friends got their drinks after waiting for 20 minutes and one of their drinks were messed up even though it was on the menu, not a secret menu item. We waited 10 more minutes and I still had not gotten my drink even though customers that ordered after me were getting theirs. We were in a rush at this point because we had somewhere to be, so I went up to get a look at how far along they were with my drink. As I went to look I saw the barista pick up my empty cup. They were making the drinks based on how easy they were to make instead of based on who ordered first (and I ordered a tall vanilla bean frappe with caramel, which is pretty simple). I asked if that was the vanilla bean frappe and she said yes, so I asked for a refund because I didn’t have time to keep waiting. She told me if I wanted a refund I would have to wait in line (which was very long), so I left with no drink and no refund. There was five people working but they were talking and basically making one drink at a time. Very slow and horrible service. And I’m still out $6 because I ended up paying for nothing

Staff is always kind and attentive at this location. Never had a bad experience and the drinks always come out great.

Very friendly staff despite being swamped. The two baristas were working together very efficiently and very well, getting drinks out in a timely manner regardless of the number of customers waiting. Also, hands down the best ultimate caramel I've gotten from any other Starbucks. Well done!

For some reasons we always experience the worst service in the Starbucks shops that’s located in a Target store 🤔🤔after waiting and waiting and waiting inline for my turn, I start giving my order to the lady and as I’m speaking she keeps leaving to make other drinks even though there are 3 of them there ! I was just confused why can’t she just take my complete order and pass it on to the other stuff members like it’s usually done in other locations 🤔after repeating my self 3 times and still couldn’t even finish giving my order and being ignored every time I tried to,I just left ! This location really needs a serious training for the stuff and sadly they need to teach them simple human decency! I left from there straight to the Whole Foods near by and had everything I wanted and more ( respect and human decency )

Whoever manages this Starbucks needs to learn about balancing their workers on the floor. You should never have one employee by themselves during peak hours even in a Target store. The line tends to be insanely long. No adults at all. Does an adult work here?

Dont ever go this Starbucks! Im allergic to milk.i asked for Oatmilk. I heard the cashier tell the African American young woman to put Oatmilk no whipped cream.SHE (Kee Kee ) put MILK in it ANYWAY!

Beverages are not properly made at this location! The service is extremely slow. This time the barista insisted my drink was made properly. I did not want to argue since the wait was so long. $7 down the drain.

This place was hard to find. The directions did not say it was inside target. We drove around in circles looking for their usual green umbrellas.

Staff was nice, however the drinks were awful. My iced coffee had so much peppermint mocha syrup in it that it tasted like toothpaste and there was next to no foam on the caramel cold brew. I don t think I ll be getting anything from here again.

Incredibly slow in the morning. Not a bad location, but it takes 20 minutes to get a drink. Hire more people and stop being cheap!
