Macy's is what a high-end department store should be. Excellent service, I just wish their watch selection was a little better.

I have plenty of time to write this review because I'm waiting in a long line. But not only that, once checkout area in the middle of a football field size of clothes. The staff is doing their best to help with the amount of people they have.

They have the largest selection at the mall. Plenty of very good sales, up to 60% off in some cases. Some prices are so good you cannot leave them behind.

I Really like this Macy’s, the staff is very nice, plus Macy’s has something called backstage and you always can find good deals on good brands!

Instead of pressing me everytime about a credit card. They need to worry about fixing the air its extremely too hot already and also consider putting a men's room downstairs. It's not fair that my elderly father had to rush upstairs and then once up got lost because there's no VISABLE signage of the restroom.

Love shopping here my husband hates it because it get my UGGS here and my Kate Spade. They have a great selection of everything you need. From comforters two mixers and the employee are so helpful the store is so clean and smells so good of men's cologne

Staff is very non responsive. There system was showing the article I was looking for and they refused to help me to find that. They asked me to order online and I still couldnt get the confirmation yet. Pathetic service

Macys has reduced its checkout counters too much at the Annapolis location. Sometimes you have to hunt to find a working station to pay for your purchase s. A real waste of a customers time.

The smell of perfume is totally taking over the entire store. We ended our shopping early because we both were getting headaches from the smell. The pathways through this location are too narrow and full of displays that you can barely fit through. However, the mens and womens sections are large.

A good Macys. Sometimes crowded other time easy to get in and out. Free parking available. Jewelry and parfumes pretty decent selection. Watches in abundance. Very good service.

Absolutely huge store. It seemed like every store in the mall had a section inside the Macys. Finish Line, Sunglass Hut, and pretty much every womans store had a section. A decent sized mens section. Second floor was almost entirely childrens clothing and accessories. Also luggage, cookware and furniture. Large jewelry section as well as fragrance. The store itself was very clean and well maintained and the staff was friendly and helpful.

When in Macys they had an incredible selection their Christmas stuff was unbelievable totally enjoyed shopping that sells people were friendly and helpful totally enjoyed myself got some really really great deals definitely something for everyone there

Ordered 8 pairs of boots from Macys online as this store is rarely stocked well despite being in Annapolis. Gentleman processing the ONE pair that didn t fit, was extremely rude and complaining the entire time that I had ordered a market place . This was after waiting over 20 mins in line only to be told he was the only one who could help me so I waited in yet another line to get to this individual. I had no idea what market place was but apparently Macys is allowing outside vendors to sell via their site. This store needs a makeover dressing rooms are from the 80 s, run down and smell horrific as are the restrooms. If you want to attract shoppers, upgrade both your in-store experience and your staff.

I called the Macys and no one answers. I have called different departments and called many times. I just wanted to ask a question. Should not be this hard. Does anyone actually work there? Be better. Answer the phone please. In person, better service-ish.

This is a well organized Macy s. I made a purchase at the MAC counter and employee Dawn provided amazingly customer service. She was very patient and selected great lipstick colors for me. I hope she can assist me again during my next visit! There were two more young ladies at the MAC counter and they were very nice too. Also, there are great Black Friday sales going on now.

This is the second time Ive gone to this Macys and both times weve gone the person in charge of makeup has treated us badly, looking at us from head to toe and yesterday was the To make matters worse, my niece wanted to buy and the woman told her that Yeni no longer had time but she would be trying the Makeup and my niece told her that she already knew what she wanted and told her that she had already closed the box and that it would have arrived Earlier but at all of these he saw her from head to toe as if she couldnt pay what she asked for we left zefora and Spencer served my niece like a Reyna cat almost 150 dollars its a shame that a store is so racist why that This is what my niece suffered. She didnt want me to file a complaint, but I wouldnt want to tell this young lady who had surgery that she should do better. Person and that if you dont like your job Severiana, find another one

I stood in the shoe department for 20 mins as the two sales people were at the desk were trying not to make eye contact with me. I m so confused, why did I have to flag you down when it s only two other people ( two including me ) looking at shoes. Not to mention one who actually locked eyes with me was having such a deep conversation with another staff that she didn t care to ask if I needed help. I hope these people don t make commission because I kindly left.

Very Disappointed! I ordered an item for in-store pickup. When I arrive to pick up my order the associate said my order wasnt delivered yet, even though I showed her the email stating my order was in fact ready for pick up. Fast forward to that evening, my order was cancelled! I ordered an item that is rarely on sale. She could not even be bothered to look for my package in the back. Thanks allot!

Visited for the first time yesterday. The escalator is out of service and there was not sufficient information directing one to alternate elevator. There is no directory near the escalators indicating where departments are located between the two floors. There is a reference to a mobile app- REALLY? Once upstairs there is no wayfinding to the restrooms- they are tucked in the corner behind the Home section. The mens shoe department had the bare minimum of shoes displayed- and it was a disorganized mess. Also, the HVAC was not working. Upstairs it was probably 80-82. Overall a frustrating and annoying experience. It is no surprise that when people encounter this it reinforces why it is just better to shop on-line.

This store has a large selection of clothes, I liked that. There was a bit of a line with one person behind the counter but it was not a long wait. Overall, I thought the store was a good place to shop.

Unsightly store. You can tell they re going to go out of business. Depressing. Cosmetics out of stock at two counters. Theft tag left on the clothes I purchased. Could not get an answer from three different depts when calling including the executive offices.

This used to be such a nice store. It s dirty and run down. The ac was not working well today and it was funky. The fitting room walls have not been painted in years and there are holes in the walls. I didn t want to touch the doorknob or be barefoot to change clothes.

This place was trashed. There were more clothes on the ground than on the racks. Employees where more concerned with their phones than their sections. You used to expect more from the name Macys.
