I want to thank the staff at the pharmacy today, Sept. 5, 2025, for being very kind and patient with my mom. It was just a simple refill but she was confused, wanted to speak for herself and took a while to get her point out. Thanks for being good to her.

Pharmacist was extremely rude. I asked her simple questions about my medicine’s pricing and she couldn’t care less. When you asked her to expand upon her answers she became aggressive and unprofessional. I get being a pharmacist is a tough job, but her behavior was unacceptable.

I didn’t like customer service there. I was there 3 times and the clerks were acting like I’m doing something suspicious when I picked my prescription, because my doctor is out of state. Made me feel uncomfortable. I switched to a different pharmacy and it’s been a great experience.

I made an online order for two meds on Monday evening. The prescription was supposed to be ready the next day at 11:00 a.m. I went to the store at noon. Neither order was ready. I returned three hours later. Only one of the prescriptions had been filled. "When will the next one be ready?" I asked in exasperation. Fifteen minutes, I was told. I went back home. It is now 9:15 the following day. I called the store a few minutes ago. An automated voice told me they were still working on it.

The reasons I ever came to this Walgreens was 1) it's near my house and 2) any CVS is actually worse. My wife now tells me to go to the Taylor Ave. Walgreens. I hope that place works, because it can't possibly be any more incompetent than this dump.

Excellent service from the pharmacy. They have a hard job, but they're great and they really seem to care about their customers. I switched from CVS and have never been happier with a pharmacy. I hope the employees and managers are justifiably proud of their branch. I will be a continuing customer.

The evening employee at the register is the most stupid and disrespectful guy; he just knows how to talk poorly. dn't know what kind of training Walgreens gives them , is that how to harass Your customers , Who comes to your store to buy Something ,It's cheap.

First I went up to the front counter to inquire about my prescriptions, the mustached gentleman with glasses kindly directed me to the pharmacy located in the back, silly that I went to the cash registers-I just wasn't thinking. I witnessed him giving excellent service to everyone he helped including the customer before me. Very polite. Wow.

Also, I asked for the woman's name at the pharmacy bc she was so helpful and knowledgeable. She explained to me that I shouldn't receive my prescribed vaccine right away bc I was also getting antibiotics that I needed to take ASAP. This was something that I was not previously made aware of. She explained some insurance questions and billing questions as well. Thx Kim!

I will say the two older gentleman stocking who appeared to be managers paid me almost no attention when I came back for my prescriptions.... One of them(the African American gentleman) side eyed tf out of me when I walked by(probably because I had two very large bags with me(my laundry).....but couldn't be bothered to greet me.....rude...

5 stars anyway though because of the cashier Will and Kim at the pharmacy! Thanks!!

This was a great experience. I needed another fungal and a folder. Bianca and Jeremy helped me immediately and even specifically sought me out in order to provide that support with a smile. Well done!

Pharmacy!! I really think that the pharmacy should go back to the normal hours! Such an inconvenience when it comes to your medication that is needed!

The pharmacist was very rude I came to get my second dose here because I had no choice but this guy was rude. Good thing I don t have to comeback here

Needed a wheel chair for Mom. Saleswomen approached me and we talked about Moms needs. She had great suggestions and we talked about her Mom also. I have had countless good experiences in this store!!! This is just one of them.
