I usually try to patronize smaller mom and pop businesses versus the national chains and I'm so glad I made that decision with Lilly's. Prices are excellent and Melissa is great to work with. Even though the shop made some errors on the original batch, they corrected it in a timely manner and gave me what I wanted in the end without hassle. DJ Legend will be returning again!

I am always 100% satisfied with the staff of lillys printer but I want to highlight Karlas work, an excellent person and above all she helps you with very good ideas and advice I highly recommend them.. Do not allow this shop to touch your personal car if you expect a professional job. They should stick with promotional items and vehicles that are for businesses and doing t-shirts. I always go into a business with the best of hope that the professionals will treat my car like it belongs to a vip client. I wanted to have the roof and a-pillars of the car vinyl wrapped in gloss black. I discussed over text and sent pictures of what I wanted and was quoted $275. I had a 10am appointment at the shop about 30 minutes away from where I live. I went in and was shown the type of vinyl that would be used and Lilly pulled my quote up on the computer complete with the pictures that I sent. The first warning sign of this was that the quote jumped from $275 to $450 after I confirmed with them what I was getting wrapped on the car while doing the walk through at the car. I figured fine were here, theyre professionals, and will have it done right. After all, it is extra material even though I asked for a quote the day before and sent pictures. Next warning sign was that it was going to take 4 to 5 hours to get this done. No worries. Well just hang out and do some shopping in the area and get lunch somewhere. Still seemed like an extremely long time to do this small of an area, but again these are professionals and maybe they wanted enough time to make sure the vinyl cured and was done right. We got back to the shop around 230 and went to check on the progress but it was going to be about another hour to do the detailing but that wasnt about cleaning the car because it was a mess on the outside. Nothing was wiped off or cleaned. Once the guy was done, we saw some imperfections in the vinyl that we were told would level out. Some smudges that seemed to be able to be removed with some cleaning solution. The worst at first glance was a scratch from an exacto knife on the trunk. The same exacto knife that was left on the windshield wiper incidentally which I pointed out to them. Willing to overlook all of this, I paid and left. We got up the next day after letting the car sit in the garage untouched overnight only to find that there were many dents in the roof as if the person was putting heavy pressure on it or some things fell on the roof. We didnt see them in the sun of the previous afternoon at the shop. Of course we called immediately after seeing this as well as the vinyl lifting and bubbling in many areas and were first asked did the car get left in the rain and then told to come back. Back at the shop, they agreed that the roof dents on the brand new car and the scratch was their fault and they would file a claim. They wanted to repair it but we just wanted it removed completely and a refund. Then it became clear that this vinyl person is a contractor for their business not an actual employee and has done none of the vehicles displayed in their advertising. This might be normal to outsource, but we were asked to file a claim through the contractors insurance, not the company that I paid, to expedite getting it fixed. Then the owner, after agreeing to refund us and remove the vinyl altogether said that her lawyer husband told her not to touch the car, for fear of further damage I imagine. After waiting 45 minutes, I eventually got the refund check but we were stuck with this shoddy wrap and dents in the roof. Thankfully its in the shop right now getting repaired through insurance, but everyone keeps wondering how this even happened to the roof. Lilly seemed nice enough but if a customer is not satisfied and there is clear damage, there should be no discussions or excuses. Dont try to con me, be condescending, or smooth things over with fake excitement knowing that your guy did a terrible job. We didnt really get an apology at all just, oh its not going to be perfect. When I pay that kind of money it better be what I expect and definitely without any damage.

Super friendly customer service, but their car wrapping skills are not good. I had my van wrapped, but it does not look clean or smooth. It looks good from a distance, but when you walk up to the van, it show s wrinkles, seams not tucked, and they cut my entire door weather gasket (only on one side the other side is fine) and now I have to get the dealership to replace it (I hope it doesn t cost a lot). Worst $2800 (before taxes) I ve ever spent. I wish I could upload the pictures. I finally removed the product, and additionally discovered razor blade scratches in my paint where they cut seams. I did it for decorative purposes (wanted to change the color of my van), so I had high expectations. They may be fine for advertising purposes (where the purpose is to see the advertisements... as I said, it looked good from a distance), but not for newer (2017) vehicles. Very friendly people, just need proper 3M installation training.

Do not use these guys. The worst customer service I ve ever had. I requested a t shirt to be printed. They dodged all my phone calls and when they finally did answer, they told me when to pick it up. Arrived and they didn t bother to make it.
