Panda Express

Customer service is terrible. They move slow. I went tonight the cashier took a customer before me, then bagged a door dash order. Then the customer before me asked for napkins. The cashier goes to restock napkins all the while I’m waiting to pay for my food and leave. Then when she finally came to ring me out she was very rude she gave me my food with no bag when I asked for one after realizing I wasn’t given one she said 10 cents! I told her I wish she would’ve asked if I wanted a bag so I could’ve paid for it all together, she then put the bag on the counter not in my hand! my child’s kids meal was missing the fruit.

I was told by several friends that Panda Express is skimpy on their food portions. I visited a couple
to compare. Unfortunately my buddies were right! The the food in the pictures here are very deceiving. I had to ask for extra portions of my meal! The workers don't give a good impression. They seem very unhappy being there and it shows! Word to the "higher ups"with respect. The taste is still amazing though. If you are hungry you might want to find somewhere else to eat until Panda Express increases their portions. Big appetites will have to buy more portions of their meals!

I went to panda around 4 o’clock maybe a few minutes earlier. I walked in and asked how long was the wait for the honey walnut shrimp she said about 4 min. I really didn’t care because I wanted the hot shrimp with sauce. So I see the employee get out like 6 pieces of shrimp in my tray , go to my car to start eatin a little bit and noticed that my shrimp
Was completely dry. I waited longer than I would’ve to get the same shrimp I’ did not want. If I wasn’t already gone I would’ve took it back and asked for my money back , this is the reason I stop giving my money to this panda.

Wasted my money and couldn't eat the food; it was really bad. Chow mein was kind of under cooked; orange chicken tasted weird, rice was without flavor, beef with broccoli tasted uncook. I'm really disappointed. I've eaten in other Panda Express before and they have been really good. But this one is a No No for me. First and the last.

I ordered from this location through Uber Eats. So disappointing. The chow main noodle was under cooked. No flavor no color. Cabbage raw. The teriyaki chicken was just OK. Not enough teriyaki flavor. I've eaten at a ton of Panda's across this country and the food is very consistent. This location needs retraining on cooking the menu items.

I will never order from this location again. Placed an order on the website, viewed the order tracker, claimed it was delivered but never was. I sat outside for almost an hour waiting for my delivery. Called the store who then claimed my order was getting ready to be delivered. Another hour goes by, placed 3 calls to the store, never received the order and no refund. Never again.

I ordered the honey prawns and only got maybe 4 or 5. Maybe. I had an entire plate. There was maybe 6 tiny pieces of chicken. Everything tasted dry and old like it had been sitting out for 2 days. If the food was left out,it wouldn't surprise me in the least. This area is awful. The female cashiers are always nasty so I come to expect that. I always go to a different Panda express. Maybe the portions elsewhere won't be an unfunny joke

I went to this location after many years of not having Panda Express and I am highly disappointed. I went around 8 pm last night 3/3/2024 I ordered the lomein, beef and broccoli, and teriyaki chicken. After finishing my meal about 20 mins later I had sharp pains and needed to immediately used the bathroom. I’ve never experienced a pain like this and am completely afraid to ever eat from Panda Express again.

Went in about an hour before closing they told me most of the proteins were gone which is understandable, what I don’t understand is why the person in line was rude and had an attitude as soon as she saw us walk into the door. I said hi to her like a normal person would and she just stared at me nodding her head. It kind of felt like I was bothering her. Food overall was good and the cashier with blue hair was very polite can’t say the same about the girl in line. Very upsetting.

Called and ask for the manager I got lied too saying that they left for the night and only the associates was running the store. Being and Manager myself that is unacceptable and poor customer service. You’ll never suppose to leave your staff by themselves no matter what.
Tell your staff to own up to the mistakes they make and stop lying.

They gave wife a hard time when she showed them that they gave almost all broccoli and very little beef. They were not apologetic and manager was just as defensive. I don't get it, she only wanted like 1 or 2 straps to balance it out. Left a "bad taste" in our mouthe.

Line was long because they ran out of noodles so whoever didn't want noodles can skip the line that put me more to the back 5 minutes later noodles are ready my food is ready so I asked the lady on the register can I have my food so as she was about to give it to me until the worker on the line tells her no I have to wait like everyone else so of course I got upset because they wasn't in front of me in the first place my food just sitting there while he has to chop chicken for the customer's in front of me then the manager came out talking bout calm down instead of asking me can I be helped or what's going on very unprofessional never going back again

I literally just left there and I’m not sure if the girl in the front that greets you to start your order is either hard of hearing of just does what she wants, but not good service at all, seemed like she had an attitude because she made a mistake on my order. She was a younger black girl with braids. The tall guy with the locs was helpful at the register though.

I went to the Silverhill Rd location the young man was polite rude and it was 11:30 and they didn't have much of a selection. Looks like they were getting rid of left over food from the day before. I got Beijing beef it was tough more vegetables than beef & I had to ask for more of that and my orange chicken was dry 😡😡😡😡Waste if time & money

Dining room was clean
Food running out It was like they were serving half scoops until some more food was prepared They put hardly any Noodles in the container And my Meet selections Barely filled the 2 little spaces for the meat i will have to go back to panda in Virginia for lunch there not scooping food into the container then taking food off the top an putting it back like a slight of hand Magician Like we don't know you're taking food Out of the container Cause your hands are moving fast

The food is good but they give you just a small portions. When you ask for more they reply, well that's going to be extra. I say no it's not! You keep it if you can't put more. It's almost $10.00. You giving out kids meal portions. I don't think so!

I love Panda Express but this one disappointed. I ordered orange chicken, fried rice, and white rice. First of all, the servers got my orders mixed and they rush you to order. Second of all, the orange chicken was GREY and some pieces were falling apart, the fried rice was dry and there were chunks of burnt rice on the bottom, and the white rice was fine but It's hard to mess that up. Worst Panda Express I've been to.

We arrived around 7:48pm and ordered almond chicken and broccoli and beef. My son was very upset as the plate arrived with only 1 piece of beef and all broccoli. Rice was not appealing :(. Staff is not carefully looking at an even portion when serving or serving a fair amount of meat. Watch out when they are serving and make your money worth.

My noodles in all three of my trays was so dry
I order for delivery they gave me 3 packs of soy sauce for 3 trays the 3 platter trays at that no folks nothing
I hate it and it was a waste of my 40 dollars

The customer service needs a little work you pay all that money for your food and they give you a small scoop of this a small scoop of that and then they let the people come in there with no mask on they need to do better at this location...........#Work

Me and my family ordered here off of Uber eats, for dinner. We expected to get a bowl like we did in stores. Instead we got a carton the size of the palm of someone’s hand with our food and NO rice. Was very disappointed. Will not be ordering from here online again.

The staff has no sense of urgency, on the days when there seem to be the right amount of staff there standing or just moving in slow motion. They can't move the customers in and out fast enough and the hand sanitizer has been empty the entire months of April.
