12/04/2024- I stopped by to get a pumpkin latte, a banana and some gas in my car! The male and female cashiers are very professional. I stopped by around 6:55 am on my way to work! I never have an issue at this store! I always get great service! District Heights Maryland is nit the hood! Decent people live here! Not all people are bad . I support 7-Eleven.

I know I’m in the hood, but Jeeeezzuuuussss!!!!! The cashier was having a blatant conversation over the phone, with her good girlfriend, ON SPEAKER PHONE!!! Then when the nice gentleman asked her if he could leave his bag at the front so that he may use the restroom, this ghetto gutter rat gonna pop her gum, and wave the man off. Then proceeds to tell her gutter rat friend, “Yeah D, keep talking girl, I’m listening”, as she continued to pop the dang gone gum. I was so damn irritated and mind blown at the same time. I have never seen such chicken headed behavior, in my life. And I went to school with a bunch of chicken heads; and they can’t top, what I just saw. I am FLOORED!!!

Went to this store today and was told my kids and I couldn’t have a free slurpee because it ended at 7pm today which was a lie because the 711 in capital heights couldn’t because the machine went down but when ask was there a end time he said no! On top of that they were rude for no reason with no type of proof saying that you all stop at 7 I’ve looked everywhere and it says that absolutely nowhere

Sincere compliments as I acknowledge a young lady by the name of Iman.
A few days ago, I visited this store and it was not a 100% and then I returned today. I was pleasantly surprised. There was fresh coffee and the customer service exceeded my expectations. This employee was cleaning the counter tops with disinfectant, and she was working hard in between customers. I was so impressed that I asked for her name.

Unfortunately I did not have the best experience. I went to get gas yesterday, on pump 3. I informed the two people that it wasn’t working. Instead of hearing what I was saying, the lady with the red dreads reassured me that it was fixed. I was sitting there for about 10 minutes and only $3 in. If I’m telling you something is not working, the proper response would have been to finda way to help me… as a customer… not constantly telling me that it was fixed when I’m literally telling you that it’s not. She has do better.

I was excited when I saw this 7-11 location being built as it’s the closest to my house. Unfortunately, it’s also the worst location. Today was my last day going here. I will drive further to another 7-11 or just go to the 24 hour corner store across the street. At this 7-11 location, the slurpee machine NEVER works, ATM rarely works, the air pump and vacuum work occasionally, for a while this location was not accepting electronic payments such as Apple Pay, today their machines were down and also a note on one of the pumps stating that there’s a hornets nest under it. This 7-11 is a waste of space and it’s unfortunate!

Update: A year later and this location is still garbage. System is always down, cash only, slurpee machine out of order, atm doesn’t work and doors locked at 11 pm on a Sun. Shut this place down!

I’m very disgusted in some of the people you guys have that are so called employees. I went into the store 15 minutes ago to ask the dude how much was a large cup of coffee, his response to me was that he’ll give it to me for free if I hurry up and get out his store, he has a lot of work to do. I looked at him and just stared at him. He says and you’re welcome sir. I don’t take disrespect so I’m asking to speak to corporate and the manager whoever is in charge of the store.

Nice location stocked with plenty of good snacks and other merchandise like your basic 7 11 grocery munchies. Cute little PG County Police officers and Large Camera in The Sky Patrolling the place. Much safer than it used to be.

Store is NOT 24hrs for the last 2 weeks they have been on and off locking the doors at 10 O Clock and telling Customers that they are closed when I have come plenty nights and found the store still open past 10.

I love the store but it’s a young man almost everytime I come in he’s very rude always rushing me out the store an always getting argumentative with the customers I came in one Friday nite the truck or people delivering items in the store he was trying to fight a man an pulled a knife out on the boy the truck people was recording it .. it was a terrible an he always has a manager shirt on every nite I come in around 12/12:30

I was carjacked right out front of the doors at this location in and was around 7pm from what I was told by officers and a employee this has happened at least 6 or 7 times since this location they allow people to hang around the store and do nothing about it WHAT IS IT GOING TO TAKE FOR THE OWNERS TO EITHER HIRE SECURITY OR OFF DUTY OFFICERS TO PROTECT HIS CUSTOMERS EVERYONE SHOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION

Went in to play the lottery number and the manger refuse to played them. Her name is Jasjot was rude told me no I can’t type them in the machine. As I enter the store she was leading on the corner and didn’t welcome me in this is the worst experience since this 7 eleven open. That manger is not friendly at all.
