They saying the system down and said auto zone system down but autozone confirmed saying they system up and running. Family dollar lying because they don’t want to do they job. As long as the system down they should not get paid my Opinion. Wasting people time because they don’t won’t to work

Went to return an item with my receipt and the manager said I had to come back in the morning because she couldn’t do it neither the other employees, like what ?! And then said I have to exchange it even tho I have receipt. Lazy manager and staff not caring, will be reporting

New management and staff, updated cleanliness, a 💯% better 👍 have made them my new to go to store for items no one else has! The managements leadership is showing on the staff, new attitude's is what you feel upon walking in! Hats off to management!

If you go to the store close to its closing time. They will let you know they are only accepting credit and debit payments. This for the convenience of the staff members, this way they wouldn't have to count their drawers after business hours. That is very inconvenient for shoppers and management should address. A very disappointing visit as I only had cash available to purchase the items I needed.

Every Family Dollar that I have been to has been a pretty good experience. The people are pretty nice and they usually greet you as soon as you come in and they also have hand sanitizer right at the door for you to use.

Messed up store. Worst family Dollar I went too. Asked for help from the manager and she caught a aditude. Lines long and it barely be anyone in there smh. Don't even greet you when you come in the place. I felt like a villian. Bad customer service. Made me extra mad. I don't recommend this at all. They even put rap music on, on Sunday who does that?? But that's besides the point I would fire every single one of them lazy people.

Horrible! Store is Extremely small and cluttered and dirty! This is an example of what African Americans put up with, and don't demand better! There's no way Family Dollar would put a store like this in Rockville, Md or Germantown. This is as racist as it gets! They know the demographics, and treat the people accordingly, it's a no brainer! A lot of the associates can be a bit older, so that the customer service can be better, since it was non-existent when I was there. It's a symptomatic thing in our society today unfortunately. The rich and affluent areas get the best, the the areas where it's considered "URBAN" get garbage! I'm sick of it!
FAMILY DOLLAR you should be ashamed... Any regional manager of this store should be fired!!!

The staff has finally changed to NICE people. It's starting to look cleaner in the store. I used to hate shopping there but now I am there a few times a week. The managers don't last long here so I will enjoy shopping for now.

This store is not easy to shop. The aisles were blocked with vehicles. I go here because it is close to home. However, I am thinking of going firther out to shop.

This store needs to be torn down and rebuilt from the ground up. The staff are unprofessional and the store looks trashy and cluttered. They need wider ales and an overnight crew who can stock the shelves while the store is closed and not when open. You can't even shop because the ales be so cluttered with merchandise in boxes. The outside is always dirty and they need full time security because there is always something terrible happening in the store. People steal, assault the staff and make it hard for shoppers to feel safe. Whoever owns this store needs to get a different profession and whoever the manager is needs to be fired. They just need to start over. I love the concept of having a Family Dollar so close to my home and even though it’s risky to shop there due to lack of security, I risk it because it’s conveniently located close to where I live. I don’t have to travel far to get the quick things I need like toothpaste or soap.
