Dunkin'

With the insane pricing of the food, I would expect a better quality than what I received this morning. I ordered an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese. I get to work, 20 mins away, only to open my bagel up and find barely a teaspoon of cream cheese on it. This is unacceptable. Either lower the prices of things, or provide good service to those of us paying an asinine fee for convenience.

I come here all the time, The employees are nice and welcoming. The place is pretty cozy, small and has decent AC in the summer, and a good place to sit in when it's winter.

Sometimes when you put down an order, usually there would be a chance that your order might get messed up but the chances are pretty low but expect the unexpected, I don't really expect them to get everything right especially on the day of the week.

But most of all, This is a decent dunkin to go to especially if you live nearby. ✨🤟🏻✨

Went to Bellingham location. There was a hair in my breakfast sandwich. After going in, waiting for 15 minutes to be helped they literally gave me back the same sandwich back. I went back in. 2 employees assisted me and we're very helpful and issued a refund. I will NEVER go back

This Dunkin’ Donuts location delivers through the app GrubHub. Today I ordered three donuts - which was a pretty small order. The delivery driver arrived early and called me when he arrived. He brought my order to my apartment on the third floor. He was friendly and polite. I was amazed at the bag my order came it. There was a strong adhesive sealing the top that kept the contents hot!!!! It’s great and defiantly can be reused! The food was delivered as ordered. My bagel was toasted and the sandwich was hot. All in all I appreciate the effort made to deliver my small order right to my door with a smile!

A few of us wear hearing aids and do speak louder but not at a yelling level. She scolds up the entire time we are there about noise and that the dog is not allowed.
We are consistent loyal customers and she in no way be spoken to like this. Terrible customer service. Now we no longer patronize this location, a sad state indeed.

The customer service at this location is terrible, have spoke with the manager multiple times I get that employees are hard to find these days but I would absolutely not allow my employees to talk to guests the way some of these girls speak! The assistant manager is nice and tried to fix there mistake! And just like any other Dunkin you have to ask them to do what they are trained to do when making certain items, they lie and say “I always do” with an attitude there a few there that should not be serving guest period! And in the afternoon it is terrible with employees hanging out in their car with people who is not an employee “smoking” well guest are told to wait for long periods of time!

20 minutes for a large ice and 2 hash browns is ridiculous. I will never go to this location again. I had already sat in line for 15 minutes and when I pulled up to the window they gave me my coffee and told me that I needed to pull up front so they can bring me out my hashbrowns. 20 minutes past and still no hashbrowns. I’ve worked at a Dunkin’ Donuts before and yes it gets busy, but I’ve never had this happen and I think it’s a little ridiculous. I would have went inside, but I was already running late for work.

I avoid this dunkin as much as I can. Unfortunately it is the one that's on my direct route to work, so I end up ordering here probably a few times a month. Hands down the worst one I've been to. Half the time my order isn't right/missing something. Several of the staff are extremely unprofessional, rude, have a lack of cleanliness, and will straight up ignore you when you go in to pick up if theres something missing. I frequently order ahead on the app for pickup, and several times the ordered items, be it a bagel or muffin or whatever, if they dont have it they either just replace it and dont say anything, or make you wait in line for a replacement item - which if im ordering ahead its because i need to be in and out. I've seen staff with long nails that have broken through their gloves continue to make/serve food, another staff member was using the same gloves handling money and touching food. There is also a woman whom I believe is a manager/supervisor that is always hanging outside with a man in a car smoking cigarettes about 10ft from the door. I've seen this same person berating the other staff, leaving one younger woman in tears. Today was the last day I will visit this location. My sandwich was burnt, coffee cup was sticky, and I did not get part of my order.

I come here all the time, The employees are nice and welcoming. The place is pretty cozy, small and has decent AC in the summer, and a good place to sit in when it's winter.

Sometimes when you put down an order, usually there would be a chance that your order might get messed up but the chances are pretty low but expect the unexpected, I don't really expect them to get everything right especially on the day of the week.

20 minutes for a large ice and 2 hash browns is ridiculous. I will never go to this location again. Latte is usually great. Was as well today too, just as I was parking today to go inside and grab my drink, I was harassed by one of the employees significant others. I guess they were trying to back up into a parking spot, without any lights or blinkers indicating what he was doing. By the time I had parked, guy is yelling at me out of the car that I "saw him trying to park there". Employee came out and just kinda looked at him but as I was leaving the establishment the S/O Was waiting at my car to harass further. Not any issue with any of the employees, but definitely maybe keep the dogs at home!

The customer service here is terrible. My family and I have come to this Dunkin a few times now, and everytime the workers are rude, miss things on our order, and take several minutes to come to the drive thru speaker. The drinks are poorly made compared to other Dunkins we have visited, and they usually miss sugar, cream, etc. in drinks. Save yourself the trouble of visiting this location as you will be disppointed.

Went through the drive thru where my total was $6.08, handed the man at the register $21.08 (trying to make everyone’s lives easier here) he comes back with $0.92. I explained that I had handed him a twenty dollar bill so he comes back again with $13.92. Again I explained I gave him $21.08 and he says “the dollar was a tip though”. At no point did I state this nor suggest it as I handed it to him all together. I told him, “no I just wanted less bills back.” He went back into the window and came back with $14.92. Again I told him I gave him change. It then took multiple people to explain to him where he messed up then have him give me the correct change. As he was handing me my order he then muttered under his breath, “some people.” I have never seen him at this location before and I forgot to get his name as the whole experience baffled me. The bigger question is how many more people has he done this to? And how many of them are more passive than me or have a bad memory and don’t notice/bring up that he gave them back the wrong change. He’s literally stealing from people and using his tip jar as the excuse assuming people won’t correct him because it’s not typically “socially acceptable”.

Very slow, sat where you order for several minutes. Then, I ordered strawberry coolata and since it was pink didn't notice right away but it was strawberry tea. They get order wrong very often and have also overcharged.

Order repeated 4 times. When I acknowledge the mistake and that I'm still waiting for munchkins, I'm told that I won't get what I paid for, I explain to either give me what I paid for or I'll call the police to report theft. That's when 4 dunkin workers proceed to tell me to pull around out of the drivethru and they'll come outside to fight me and handle the situation. When I get my food which was thrown at me, I drive away to see 4 dunkin workers chasing my car trying to reach their hands in to grab at me. Called the police. Waited for them to arrive, dunkin workers proceed to try and assault me in front of my children. Cops told me because I pushed the dunkin worker away from me while he was trying to assault me, I could be charged with assault as well.
I took my trespassing notice and had the cops file the police report. I may pursue this matter but it certainly won't be heresy. 2 eye witnesses, one was inside the building when this took place. And another behind me in the drive thru all with video of the incident. One worker named Michael was the instigator, acting like a gang member towards paying customers. Glad I got the trespassing notice, had no intent to return to this dunkin after that.
Acknowledge the order was incorrect and get threatened after paying... unbelievable.

Went in to order the drive tru was really buy so I went inside ,all of a sudden I watch the drive Tru cashier swearing at a customer and then throw a bag of donuts in his face then called him on , 3 workers then procede to outside to confront the customer and one of them punched the customer in the face all while his wife and children watched in horror as their dad was being attacked I left without my purchase made me so nervous. 😢

This place has really gone down hill the person taking the order doesn't listen. Only 2 people know how to properly make a coffee. I get my coffee wrong almost every other time and it's not complicated. Not to mention the girl who tried to hand me 2 coffees out the window at the same time without a tray !

Last 4 - 5 times i went there to get a cold brew i was told they did not have any. Either they do not carry/endorse the product item, they do not want to spend money making it or just want their customers to go elsewhere as i have been doing for months now, all this is about the Bellingham Mass DD.

Once watched the drive-thru hand my food order to the car in front of me, watched the car in front of me open and touch it, hand the item back through the window once they realized it wasn't theirs, and they tried to then hand me the item. To make matters worse this was during the first COVID peak in April 2020. Decided to give them a second chance the other day and realized it was a terrible mistake. As we ordered we watched a young, male associate take the trash out with no gloves on, he then walked back into the building and immediately started processing our food order. When we called him out for not washing his hands before touching the food after touching the trash he did not deny it and instead claimed he hadn't really touched the food. Either way the young man did not seem in a hurry to wash his hands before continuing food orders. I know this likely happens at most locations and most fast food places but seeing it first hand is disgusting and this location has been a problem several times.

Absolutely horrible service, 20 minutes to make one iced coffee this is ridiculous, and this is every day every time don't waste your time here service is horrible they don't stir your coffee there's never enough cream oops I forgot to put sugar they close an hour earlier than it says, I've been to a 5-year-old's tea party and had better service!!! Everybody should be fired from here, one mile down the street the girl works by herself, she's super fast efficient, makes a great coffee, I don't mind paying $5 for mine there!!!! At pulaski blvrd, I seen a worker picking their nose and then put a donut in a bag for a drive-thru customer!!! This is the absolute worst Dunkin on planet Earth trust me do not waste your time here!!!!

So, I live on Wood Ave in Woonsocket between 2 dunkins. The closest is by cass ave, the other on Pulaski. My son and I walked to the Pulaski location. The cashier was a young lady who had a lot of trouble with listening, as well as inputting my order. She forget things that were to to her over 3 times, such as "ice or hot". When I got my coffee it was black, I definitely asked and reconfirmed that I wanted coconut milk the entire ordeal. I literally ordered 4 items. I received 3, had to ask again for the donut. Kind of silly. The hiring process must be really easy if this hunan passed. I think I will stick to a different location.

Honest disappointed in this dunkin. I get its busy. But when you consistently can't make a coffee correctly or other beverages . And when getting a large refresher that's over 3 dollars and you give 70% water its ridiculous. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. This location should be embarrassed.

I wish there was an option to leave no stars. These employees are not trained to work in a busy fast store. I have given three chances and been mortified each time. The first was an on the go order they made wrong and i was told i should order correctly (1 means 1 not 5) so i was correct. The nexttime I could not pick up my order because they were closing because they were too busy however I had already paid. Today i waited twenty minutes to order to be told the location is xlosed to all but pick up orders. Its 8 am on a saturday.

So I went to this dunkin a few minutes ago and I asked for a medium caramel latte with almond milk and my boyfriend asked for a medium ice caramel extra extra and they made his right and mines wrong after asking us a multiple times what we’re the coffees because I guess they didn’t hear us in the drive through so we finally get our drinks and mine is bitter my latte was supposed the be the almond milk brewed with the caramel but they were rushing so much they couldn’t even take the time to make it right for me because I just got regular coffee with brewed milk it seemed I’m just very disappointed that they had to rush because the store was not busy at all and as a dunkin employee myself no matter what you gotta make the orders right especially when it isn’t busy.

Every time I come here in the morning (between 5am-8am) I get the same thing, and 9 times out of 10 the bacon is cold, and my bagel is not toasted. I went back and said I wanted warm fresh bacon, and was told the bacon is meant to be cold and they leave it in a bowl for 5 hours. She then asked for the cold bacon back before giving me the fresh bacon. 99% sure you’re not supposed to take food back; i’m hoping she threw it out and didn’t put it back in the bowl to serve to someone else, as I touched the bacon to see if it was warm. I didn’t ask a name but who ever is the woman that does the drive thru at that time is rude and cuts me off when i’m in the middle of ordering what I want.

I came here and got the same thing at 1pm and everything was perfect. The morning shift is slacking.

Pulled up to the drive thru and the people inside had the mics on so we could hear them yelling at each other. Then the person in front of us at the window was talking to every single employee saying “bye love you” holding up the line and they did nothing to move them along.
Definitely not a pleasant experience. Not coming back.

Just like I remember. It's been 7 years since I have been to Massachusetts and Dunkin Doughnuts was my go to place for coffee & doughnuts. They always got the order right but don't you dare ask for something extra.... You'll see and understand the true meaning of "Masshole" other than that great place to grab a coffee and doughnut.

It can be one person in drive thru no one inside and itll still take 10 to 15 from the time you place the order at the speaker. Then order can be wrong, mgmt needs to do better with hiring.

Went to Dunkin in Bellingham Mass on Sunday morning with my two-year-old granddaughter ordered 3 medium iced coffees and a box of 25 Munchkins no problem then we order two Bacon Egg and Cheese Wake-Up wraps and after waiting 12 minutes I was handed to egg and cheese wraps I refuse them and left the store without asking for a refund on my tip money back will never go back to Dunkin again..... and to top it off they were not even busy three people in the store ahead of me

Always makes my coffee right. Sometimes the sandwhich bagels dont heat up right and become hard but their donuts and stuff are always fresh and the coffee is always hot. Best dunkins around the area.
