At the entrance, I was greeted by the employees with kindness and smile. But, unfortunately, I could'nt find out what I was looking for, and the gentleman was referring me to another location. It was a great experience at this store, and I will recommend everyone to reach out there!

Good selection, but I'm surprised anyone is mentioning that the staff are helpful. There was an offer of help, which I at first declined, wanting to check for myself. After I came back with a part needing help sizing, I was told they don't help with any electrical or plumbing parts. What I needed was a bolt adapter, something that wasn't really intense plumbing. But fine.

I go back and search for about an hour by myself and come to check out. The three staff are busy talking. It's the end of the day, I get it, whatever. They send me back across the store to get a price check. Fine, again I'll do it myself. I come back with a photo (which I luckily took, given they needed it but hadn't told me to take one) that they try to scan off but it doesn't work so I said "I'll turn the brightness up, and make it bigger" the cashier proceeds to talk over me telling me to make it brighter, as if I didn't just say I was doing that. Then his coworker tells me to make it bigger, as if I didn't JUST do that in front of them both.

Then my card was having an issue, ok that's fine it's my card, my issue. I tell the cashier to wait a second as I try the card, because I know it's had issues before. He proceeds to again interrupt me, take the card out of the machine and tries to use the tap pay method, which my card doesn't even have (something I could have told him if he didn't just jerk my card out of the machine and ignore me) I tell him it won't work, and that i was in the middle of trying to fix it. Again, ignored, and he repeatedly jams my card in, pushing it hard enough to bend slightly. Finally I took it back and said I'd use a different card. By this time the guy was already back to talking to someone else, still ignoring me.

All that and I didn't even get the part I needed.

Save yourself the headache, go to Leeway's instead, they're FAR more helpful and attentive.

Apparently they wont cut PVC for you at this location. Not sure how else your gunna sell it but Lowes down the street does.

Absolutely horrible customer service in this place each and every time I am there. I keep getting sucked in when I need something small and don't want to go all the way to Home Depot or Lowe's. They are always out of stock. The guy on paint doesn't know how to mix paint. The guy who does is out filling propane tanks. He comes in and decided this was the time to train the new guy. Then he gets called away to attend a check out. Went in for one item today only to be ignored for 20 minutes. Then stood in line for a half hour since there is only one register open on a Sunday.

The location is easy to find. There is plenty of parking and finding a spot is never an issue. They don't always have the item I'm looking for, but they are super close to me, so its convenient to check here before having to drive somewhere further like Home Depot or Lowe's. Staff is also friendly and helpful.

Cam was great! Professional and personable. Cam was able to cut my car key and was quick. Along with that he came to see if it was functioning which was appreciative. Once he saw the key was not recognized to my 2016 car he offered to try and pair the new key with the car. He was able to grab ODM machine which was supposed to pair the key together and usually does (my situation it wasn't able to bc it required the spare key which wasn't provided during the purchase of my vehicle) but he offered alternate solutions and different things to look in to and if needed going to the dealer directly.

I am extremely appreciate for the extra effort put in and trying to help me as a customer. Even though it didn't fully work out I am extremely appreciative for the effort put in and cutting my key

When I got home and rewatched a video, I was able to pair the newly cut key with my car :) Took a couple turns in the ignition but I was able to get everything sorted at the end of it. Thank you Cam for helping me out so much!

Valuable asset to the team and Ace Hardware for sure!

I got a newer stove with a 3 prong plug and went looking for some kind of converter to go to the current 4 prong plug. The service guy suggested I change the cord on the newer oven to match the current plug. I didn't realize they were wired in a way that could take either cord. Saved me a lot of hassle. They are usually right on when you go in to solve a problem.

Convenience is key for me. Last minute items can be found here. As it's on my way home from work. Always a quick in and out. Ace rewards is also a great perk. They will send you money off coupons in the mail along with sales. Prices are already pretty good. The employee's are always very polite.

I bought a pallet of wood pellets, for the winter. I went in to get some more, and the employee said the "distributor stopped selling them" I talked to an employee a few months ago and they said we may not be able to store the pellets any more, and they are getting expensive" I feel like this is a breach of contract where the pellets were bought and paid for, but bc of rising costs they stopped ordering them. Spoke with Milford ACE, and they stated they have plenty of and can order more (of the same brand). Leaving their customers in the cold, that's my main source of heat. Luckily it's the end of season. Wish they were just more honest.

I like to support local businesses rather than the big box stores, so if I can go to a Ace Hardware I'll definitely go there first. I've been to many of their locations and never had a bad experience at any of their stores. The employees at every location I've been to are knowledgeable and know where everything is if you ask. I highly recommend every Ace Hardware store's!

I am late adding these comments but a store such as this deserves quality comments.
We hunted for a Ariens snow blower and found that Ace Hatdware in Bellingham had it. We worked with them on timing to be able to match out financial ability with their needs.
They were very flexible and great to work with. You’d find it difficult to meet that at Lowe’s or Homedepot.
It’s great when you can deal with a local based shop.

After several hours of not receiving word it was ready I reached out to the store who informed me that item wouldn't be available for pick up until Wednesday. Apparently Rocky and Ace can't get on the same page as far as the website goes.

Bought a 5/8 inch ID bearing from Ace these bearing are .6365. The spec from bearing direct is .6247 to .6250 or -.0003 and these are over by .0115 inch. .0115 / .0003 = or out of spec. by a factor of 38. The store manager thought this was fine! So the wheel wobbles.
