The staff was very friendly and eager to fill my order. They seemed very relaxed and it was nice to see smiling faces. It looked like they have great teamwork going.

A man took two sips of his drink then left, leaving the mostly full cup behind. It's not the coffee shops fault but it was a big part of the experience here

Went there today around 3. There was no donuts. The people were not friendly and looked so miserable and actually acted miserable towards us. I asked for 2 chocolate chip muffins…got home and it was two orange cranberry muffins I’m guessing 🤢..also we ordered a mocha latte, got a regular latte when we told them we ordered a mocha he dumped some out and just added mocha in. I used to always go here, don’t know what the hell happened but they need staff that is actually nice.

I don’t understand why it’s a huge deal to order in the morning I mean this is a fast food breakfast joint right ? I say this because the girl who takes your order in drive thru is so rude and makes you feel like your bothering her so by the time you get to the window it’s already an awful experience! I won’t ever come back I don’t want to be a bother to these people anymore this honestly use to be a great store but the new people yeah they aren’t good at all and that’s putting it nicely ! So if you want to start your day off with an attitude then by all means but I advise people to not go early in the morning because it’s not a good way to start your day !

New design at this location, fine. Training a new employee during busiest time, not smart. Waited 30 minutes for my order and had to ask for cups and sugar...ordered a box of joe. They didn't bag everything and over stuffed the small bags so they ripped. Seems totally disorganized compared to other locations.

1777 Bridge St. Dracut, MA: you need to update your phone number. I tried calling about the missing coffee cake muffin from my mobile order around 9:45 am. I didn't notice it until I got to work, and couldn't go back. The line rang twice and hung up. Three times, spaced apart. I'll revisit on my lunch break...

I've been going here for years. Coffee is great, donuts are great. The other foods aren't worth the trip. Not enough to fill up at all, and I've tried almost everything.

On weekdays all is well with service but weekends they are slow, messy & get orders wrong, give you stall avocado toast it ridiculous but I am fluent customer hopefully they progress better in service

The ordering process at this location is not very good. They take your order, get it ready, place it in the completed order area but they don't tell anyone who's order is ready. Three times I had to fumble through to figure out which order is mine. I noticed other people wondering if their order is sitting waiting. Who puts a chocolate covered donut with the chocolate side faced down in the bag? This place does and it has happened here twice. Hope you don't need a credit when they screw up your order - it takes a LONG time for a credit.

Its scary when you walk into a food estblishment and only half the people behind the counter are wearing masks. I Massachusetts everyone should be wearing a mask especially inside and cooking food.

Was just there waiting for 10 mins for them to take my order there was a line out to the street they were getting mad cause the workers couldn't work any faster. I'll be going sum ware else I go there everyday before I got to work
