During our first visit on May 29th, the person taking our order was decent and quick. She mentioned they didn't have seasoned jojos but offered wedge potatoes instead, which we accepted. The food was good enough for me to want to return soon.

On our second visit, the person taking our order claimed they don’t serve jojos or wedges at all, only fries. When we checked our box, we found that the fries portion was very small. Despite this, we accepted the fries, but my main concern is the price. Although we ordered fewer items the second time, the total was only $1.07 cheaper than our first visit.

Additionally, the staff member who took our order the second time was inconsistent and seemed uninterested in helping us. She even argued with the person preparing our food, who started criticizing her understanding of the business.

We won't be returning due to the inconsistency in pricing and the unwelcoming atmosphere. I wouldn’t tell people to avoid this place entirely, but I advise caution and recommend confirming what you're paying for.

I ordered a fisherman platter, 2 words to describe it " stinks and gross " I was never so disgusted by food like this one, straight up crap the fish was smelling awful, so was the rest of the meal, just the shrimp was ok but not good. Everything else was horrible. I would never recommend this platter or this place. If you can serve quality seafood, so you might as well take off the menu. I know they will never see my money again, ever again. Dont waste your money. Or waste it and see it for yourself.

I just ordered a steak tip salad and only got 6 small pieces of tough steak. I basically was served a box of Lettuce. Also my dad ordered a meat ball sub and got 4 little miniature meat balls wrapped in a lot bread and cheese. The only thing good here is the chicken parm subs. Sorry guys I've seen better steak tip salads than that. Waste of $45.

The food was disgusting The chicken has no seasoning. The mozzarella stick was dripping oil out of it. The cheese on the pizza was thick and chewy , the steak n cheese was horrible as well . Never again would I order fin here

When you order cheesy bacon fries and they send you onion rings so you call to let them know and they send you another order of onion rings. Real funny. Will be the last time I ever order from them.

Was overcharged for two cold subs. I didn’t realize until I asked for my receipt. Charged $28 dollars for two large subs. When I called to inquire was told prices online are “very” old and inaccurate. What a crook! Never ever again!

The teriyaki steak and cheese is delicious! I haven’t been let down yet! Thank you for staying open as late as you do!
Also their drink selection is perfect! Not just sodas, they also have Arizonas ice teas (more than two flavors too!)

THE consistent Mozzarella sticks I have ever had are here. I have ordered them countless times. These mozzarellas are my favorite. Ive had mozzarella sticks from several different sub shops and houses of pizza and in Lowell.

Now I only go to one place for my Mozzarella sticks. Anything else I’ve ordered is also delicious and would recommend.

Been going here since roughly 1997, will always drop in if I'm in town. Love the food and friendly staff. Never see a pizza/sub shop with such a big variety of sodas/drinks too, including a few you won't find outside specialty stores. Not very big so I can't recommend dining in, but decent enough parking for take out, and they deliver.

Unavailable!! I got a large cheese pizza that was REHEATED! Rubbery and gross! I call to get my money back and one of the employees who was very rude and snappy (so much for good customer service) tried to tell me I was wrong!! I work at a pizza shop, I KNOW AN OLD PIZZA WHEN I SEE ONE!!! Now I have to wait until the boss shows up to determine weather i get a refund???? Don't worry ill do more than than call him. Ill also never call this disgusting place again! They need a new employee who actually has manors and knows how to control a situation instead of arguing like a 13 year old child!!

Very nice people, locally owned establishment with great food. So many selections, like almost too many to choose from and they are open later than anything around. Take out or eat in at a few tables and watch TV with the family. Delivery works too, those guys are in and out like lightning. Remember to tip the drivers on you card, they are working hard too. I'll be back again, thank you.

This place is effing amazing. I literally (and I mean literally) cannot believe the quality of service. I don't know that it's physically possible to be this good, but they are.

You want two thirds jalapeno put on your pizza? You want your pizza in the oven five seconds before you finish your order? This is is the place to go.

G & G quick bites defies the laws of physics to deliver a quality experience, even (and especially) late at night.

5 stars, no doubt. They don't disappoint.

Their alfredo sauce got mad flour, their bacon cheddar fries be stuck together hard as hell, their meatballs always be frozen, and their mozzarella sticks and got no pull. Only good for their backwoods 💯

Then ordered another a couple hours later an instead they decided to switch the no sauce fat chicken into a hot chicken sub... tf is wrong with them

Ordered the shrimp scampi was very dry and under sauced shrimp had hard strips of stuff in them, garlic bread was black and hard. Also ordered the mozzarella sticks off from a recommendation from someone and they are nothing outstanding kinda gross only thing that i openly would say i liked was the side salad that came with the scampi. Would not order again....

I used to get take out here years ago. I was in the neighborhood and called in for a Cajun Cheese Steak sub, had some bacon added on. 10 mins, picked up and I wasn't let down at all. I should have ordered 2. Delicious and service with smile. I think I might go out of my way to get that again today.

I use the Slice app to order from local pizza places and I ordered from G&G today. The food was very good but I had an issue where the order only contained 8 of the 10 wings I ordered. I called G&G up about the discrepancy and to make up for it they sent me a batch of 5 wings which were delivered about 10 minutes from when the original order arrived. Taking my complaint and fixing the problem in this manner is a good way to keep me coming back. Thanks guys.

I’ve been ordering from this place for years and have never had an issue not once until tonight when the delivery driver decided to walk into my foyer and help himself to $60 out of my wallet. Absolutely done with this place after over 13yrs of ordering from them. Be careful with the short beer bellied white delivery driver who wears a hat . The ladies that have delivered to me on many occasions are great.

Disgusting! Nasty ingredients! 20 minutes late! Cold cheeseburger sub in which they did not follow directions and made it however they wanted, and somehow I got a rouge mushroom in the sandwich. Also a large chunk of hard bacon fat I gagged out ,condiments on only half of sub. The second sub we ordered (BLT) was drowned in mayonnaise and only half had pickles and barely had any tomato. I wish I never spent money there.

I usually LOVE this place. They have fantastic Xtra long subs and good pizza, but the last 2-3 times I've ordered from them have been awful. My chicken broccoli alfredo dinner was watery and the noodles were hard. The bread for my husband's sub tasted stale and old, AND they forgot my son's mac and cheese upon delivery and took 25-30 minutes to bring a new one when we don't live far away. I don't even wanna mention what that mac and cheese looked like once it arrived....hard, clumpy jail noodles anyone? Not sure that I want to go back.

Worst customer service ever. I asked if the driver could come to the 2nd floor as my back was out. I was told when I placed my order that would not be a problem. When the driver got here she called me like she's supposed to, and when I asked her to please come up to the 2nd floor she mumbled ...well I don't know this Corona virus stuff... I guess I can come up to the 2nd floor. So I called to speak to somebody about what had just happened because she really made me feel horrible. I wear my mask when someone comes to my door. I was then called back by maybe a manager.... Who seemed to be arguing with me about the driver not doing anything wrong I'm sorry that was wrong the tone the driver took with me and what she said was completely uncalled for. Not to mention after looking at the food.... the sub seemed OK But the fried mushrooms were burned. I paid $23 total for this order including a $2.50 tip!! for the driver that did not deserve it.

This place is weird.. On their website it says that their calzones are 12.00 dollars but i’ve been getting charged 16. Ordered one last night and all of a sudden it’s $18.00.. They never ask if i want a receipt too. Also they always look mad or depressed.

Their French bread pizzas are usually good, their cheap too. They have cheap prices, but as other ratings have stated their food isn’t always great. With that said it’s great how late they stay open, and will deliver you a pack of smokes. So it’s more a preferred place to order from when everyone else is closed lol.
