Dippin Donuts

I am a regular at Dippins. Traffic can be crazy on weekend but always worth the wait. The food has been delicious and is always fresh. The donuts, specifically the blueberry cake and cherry cola are a family favorite in our house. When there are issues they are typically very apologetic and quick to fix. The employees are always very kind and accurate. There is one woman by the name of Jen who is very rude and has a crappy attitude. Rushes through your order, seems to hate her job and has not smiled once when I have gone through there. Everyone else is kind and provides great service!

Haven't been here in forever. Waited in drive thru 10 minutes. Only 3 cars in front of me. Only tried the donuts which were good but not going to wait like that again for a donut.

Great food, reasonable prices.
However NOBODY talks to each other.
Ordered through drive through several times, I'll be the only person in line, but when I get to the window, nobody knows what I ordered.
Or I'll ask if you have something that typically sells out quickly. I specifically say 'Ill have *blank* if you have it' nobody looks, and they don't tell me they are out until I get to the window.
If it's busy, I get it. Everyone is doing their best.
I also understand that service jobs are very hard for the compensation. And I also recognize that everyone has other things going on outside their job.
But that little whiteboard isn't cutting it.
Need a better format to communicate more accurately.

I just drove 35 minutes away to realize I never want Dunkin again! This place is affordable, delicious, and they use real eggs!! Got 3 drinks, 3 sandwiches, 2 pastries, and 2 hash browns for under $20.. yeah, this is the new spot! 🤤

Best coffee and donuts around in my opinion! Can't beat the pricing either! Good variety of selections for both. They also have other breakfast type items to choose from. As a regular there, I can say those who work there are awesome. The only downside I will say is, it can get really busy there. Which, should just go to show how much people love going there. When it does get busy the parking lot and drive thru can be pretty difficult to get into.

I ordered through doordash but my sandwich was thrown together and looked like it had been punched and I ordered a large hot pumpkin coffee with almond milk. Upon delivery my coffee was lukewarm, had no pumpkin flavor and no milk.

First time there bought an onion bagel with chive cream cheese. No one was in line 5:45 in the morning waited about 10 minutes bagel toasted with plain cream cheese not too smart people working there but the food was good. I’ll give them another shot.

I had a friend that hyped this place up for years and after years of hearing how good this place was i finnally have a chance to try it and to my surprise the person taking our order was extremly rude and did not get the order correct just an overall bad interaction after hearing so many good things... sad

Dippin donuts one of the few places in recent memory that is actually wildly successful for what it is what it is.

The quality of the local corporate garbage really made it easy for a place like dippin donuts to put a little bit more love and care into there food and build fan base.

It would be better if they just moved to a better location because really that location can accommodate the amount of traffic that in fact I would say that this place almost causes traffic incidents on a regular basis.

Victims of their own success tragic really.

Awesome coffee and smoothies and absolutely killer breakfast sandwiches. They never mess up an order, but they are ALWAYS busy especially in the morning. You will be there a good 20 minutes

Pricing is much more affordable than mainstream shops, some pasties are huge and affordable still but all are fresh, always give the Oreo ice coffee a try !

I cannot say enough great things about this local donut shop! The donuts: HUGE, super fresh, baked in-store, and SO GOOD. The bagels: a real, NY-style bagel with the perfect almost-crust and chewy, soft middle. And the coffee is PHENOMENAL. I used to drink Frappuccinos on the regular, but I've switched to Dippin's frozen coffee for a fraction of the price and much better flavor. Worth the traffic in the drive-through, just leave a little extra time! And try the coffee rolls ;)

Would give 5 stars but when it's 15 minutes before 6am and I work 30 seconds away, I'm constantly late because the employees take breaks right before people need to be at work. The drive through line is around the corner, so I go in and still takes 10 minutes with 1 person in front of me. You have 3 to 4 people running the drive through and 1 or zero people at the counter while people are in the room to the right on their phone complaining to their boyfriend. The manager should tell them to only take breaks at the start of the hour instead of a few minutes before the hour. Just common sense. People get coffee on the way to work. Work doesn't start until the beginning of the hour.
(A few months later) Update: I don't know what's been going on there the past couple weeks but they need to hire new staff at this point. I couldn't figure out why it was taking 10 minutes at the drive through with one person in front of me, but it was clear when I got to the window and it was chatting time for the employees. My coffee and donut were sitting there with other orders and not one person there to ring it up. I had to leave so I wasn't late for work. No coffee for me today. Crazy! This location is getting bad!!!

The prices are responsible and the coffee is great but they need to expand to a bigger place I can't go there in the morning or I'll be late for work the drive thru line is always down the street no place to park they need to expand to a bigger place.

I went to the drive thru to purchase 6 bagels, and told them I would even purchase them frozen. They told the could not sell me frozen bagels per their BOSS. What a joke. Won't be back ever again. Poor customer service. I purchase them frozen all the time because I freeze them anyway. Lost a regular customer for good this time.

Prices are very reasonable and portions good. Had the crescent roll breakfast sandwich, it was good. For me and my partner is was only $9 for two breakfast sandwiches and an oj! The place is usually packed but well worth the wait for cheap yummy goodies and drinks. They also have added gluten free donuts and oat milk!

I would appreciate the cheese I didn't ask for to not be on my sandwich. Idk why it's actually so hard to not put cheese on a breakfast sandwich when I specifically asked for NO cheese and the person behind the mic repeats my damn order and when I get home I have cheese melted on my damn sandwich. So annoying, especially since it wasn't busy.
