Sturbridge Coffee Roasters (Dudley)

Cannot recommend this coffee shop enough. The coffee is the best - I get their cold brew. I have issues with a lot of coffees causing heart burn/indigestion but not their coffee! Also, every single food item I've gotten there has been fantastic. Sand don't forget their service - the workers are the kindest, sweetest people and always helpful (especially if you're torn on what to get for food!) Don't overlook this place!

While waiting for my car to be serviced, I asked where I could get some coffee. The car dealership directed me to Sturbridge Coffee Roasters. I walked in this coffee shop and it was heaven. I ordered an Expresso Americano hot coffee and an English muffin with egg and cheese. Delicious. The coffee was outstanding. I also tried the Cold Brew, black with ice, no sugar. It was rich, smooth, best coffee I have ever had. This place puts their customers first. You don't find that anymore. I will be a regular for sure. Thank you Elvis and staff.

Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches. One came within 10 minutes. The 2nd sandwich wasn’t cooked until I questioned it. They had to dig out the order a slip from the trash. When she delivered it to the table, there was no “apology “ and no sausage on it. My coffee arrived warm. 🤨 don’t bother going.

So happy to have found this place and they have other locations all in areas I travel I'm and out of...great coffee is a gem to find....I brought a pound of coffee while I was there and took a iced oatmeal cookie coffee for the road.. great great staff. My interactions with them were amazing, and even the way they work together...makes the while place a wonderful experience

This place is terrible. The coffee is worse than what you could get at a major chain like Starbucks or even Dunkin Donuts. A local coffee shop is supposed to be higher quality than that! Not only that, they treat their employee hires like absolute garbage. Theyre greedy and will fire someone for working there just long enough to get a single paycheck after 2 weeks and then fire them. Regardless of how qualified they are. They have terrible employees there and it doesnt matter if they have a great new employee, they will fire them just for not being one of them and not even have the guts to do it in person. Theres a lot of coffee shops in the area that are worthwhile. This isnt one of them.

Amazing friendly service with delicious no fuss food! Even for non-coffee drinkers like myself, they have tons of drink options. You want a taste of fall, get their apple cider Parking: Part of a strip mall shipping center with plenty of parking Wheelchair accessibility: Close handicap parking. Clear rugged path to order counter from front door. Low tables with plenty of space to sit a wheel chair at. Smaller interior so might be hard to navigate in crowds.

Got breakfast this morning! My boyfriend and I got the Pumpkin dirty chai. His was ordered hot and and mine iced. His was lukewarm, mine had a few ice cubes that melted. As someone who loves my hot drinks real hot and iced drinks real cold I hope this can be improved! Otherwise, the drinks were so delicious and staff was wonderful.I highly recommend! Vegetarian options: Bagel egg and cheese was very good.

I come here once in a while and everytime the workers are the friendliest and sweetest people! I don t know their names I wish I got them because they truly deserve recognition. There was a creepy and stalker man around his late 20s I would say at the location who came in and was being inappropriate and waited outside on the day I visited I definitely got caught off guard but these ladies working were amazing and one of them even walked me to my car due to situation and it honestly made me feel better as he started to try to follow us near my car. I do promise this location is safe and I do highly recommend going here. Food and drinks are amazing and so is the atmosphere. I never do reviews but they definitely deserve a highly rated review. The people working are some of the top people I have ever met who actually do care for the customers with such good service!

Specialized in espresso items. My Americano was great. The staff was friendly and nice and they knew what they were doing. I also had a blueberry pastry which was delicious. Welcoming, clean, modern ambiance. Highly recommended.

Place is cute and clean, and the employees are nice and helpful as well. I am entirely ignorant about the different coffee options out there, but one of the workers here made some time to talk to my girlfriend and I about the many varieties of beans. We are coffee novices and we didnt ask for help, cause we felt awkward to ask, but the woman saw that, approached us, and coached us through it comfortably. Coffee isnt intimidating, but not knowing about something can make people feel intimidated, and we appreciate the help. Idk if their coffee is expensive or not, but prices seemed to be about $18 - $20 per bag.

I walked in and was the only person in there. I ordered. I waited twenty minutes and watched four people get their order before me when they ordered AFTER me. I waited twenty minutes for a shot of espresso and a breakfast burrito comparable in size and taste to McDonalds. And honestly, McDonalds taste better. I couldve gone to a real restaurant, sat down, ordered, and got my food in the time it took four employees to get my order ready. And I didnt even get a Sorry for the wait. Even though the lady who ordered ten minutes AFTER me did. I walked out angry. Horrible experience. Ruined my morning. Edit: To answer the owner or manager, I appreciate the apology. Thats very upstanding of you. I know the coffee is good. So, Ill change my rating slightly now that Im less annoyed. Ive been there several times for it. This was my first time getting food. But I still had to go get food somewhere else after I left because the burrito was tiny, dripping from the salsa, and falling apart before I opened it. I threw it away after two bites. Theres NOTHING more frustrating than paying for a meal, waiting forever for it, and then it turns out to be poorly made. And I wasnt the only customer complaining. The family that ordered AFTER me got two of their drinks in a matter of minutes and the other member stood there waiting for another ten minutes until she went up to the counter to complain. Shes the one that got the apology. I got my burrito after fifteen minutes but waited another five for my espresso. I really have no incentive to return. There were four people working. I dont know how things were so disorganized. People ordering on the phone shouldnt get priority over the people standing in your store.

Best cup of coffee Ive ever had, I cant go back to dunkins or any franchise similar to. So many different blends and flavor shots!!!! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable of the roasts. I love buying beans, taking them home, and recreating the coffee I crave when the coffee shop is closed.

Excellent find! Mom and Pop kind of cafe with superior coffee in a cozy atmosphere. Baristas were very friendly and Wi-Fi was easy to connect with no lag time. They serve sandwiches as well, with a large assortment of muffins. Highly recommend!!

Awesome little coffee place! Great selection of flavors and different types of coffee drinks. My 2 cousins had sandwiches and said they were delicious. I was very impressed by how friendly and accommodating the staff was. I ordered a coffee with sugar free syrup thinking it wouldn t be sweet, but it was. I didn t like it just because it was too sweet for me. But they had absolutely no problem helping me out and making me a new one with their flavored coffee beans! Will definitely be going back! Recommend this place to anyone who loves great coffee and service! :)

Caramel swirl ice latte is nectar of the java gods. Three coffees and three breakfast sandwiches are not cheap at $31, but the eggs are scrambled fresh right there, and that latte is second to nothing else around. They have a fresh beans station where you can grind their beans, and then bag and weigh in one convenient location. Nice little hidden gem next door to Jimmys Pizza which is an institution in the little town of Dudley.

Always friendly service and unlike other local coffee shops, Sturbridge Roasters has never gotten my order wrong, plus there is ample parking. They are polite, kind and the food and drinks are always fresh, hot and delicious.

This place has some of the friendliest staff and to say nothing about the best fresh roasted coffee in the area! One of the specialties of this place is organic and shade-grown coffee, which they have been expanding the availability of. For not being an upscale or gourmet coffee person I was surprisingly comfortable here. Staff was very patient as I asked questions about their products. They have a good selection of coffees on shelves to purchase by the pound. Large selection of flavor shots. Coffee and muffins purchased were excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Love SCR and the coffee is the best hands-down. I frequently eat the breakfast burrito and it is always excellent. Lots of fancy coffee options if you want a treat or just wonderful tasting regular fresh roasted coffee.

Easily the best coffee around, I will only by coffee from here for home use. The owner is very personable and will recommend coffee based on its characteristics. The Big Bagel special is a massive value and easily trumps any bagel based sandwich you could get at Dunkin Donuts. Completely changed the game for what I consider to be great coffee.
