Starbucks

Very little sitting and standing room. Waiting for your coffee at the counter can get crowded and sardine-like. GREAT barista talent though. Lattes are always on point. Coffee is always brewed correctly. I know the manager at this location is picky about being a good quality location. I'm all for that pickyness because it seems to be working. LOTS OF ELECTRICAL OUTLETS!

It’s very clear the manager of this store doesn’t know how to manage anything. The employees are wonderful and always pleasant but sometimes seem to have a hard time with their tasks which is only a reflection of how improperly trained they are due to their manager slacking. A business is only as strong as its weakest link! And Starbucks, you’re about to break….
Come here for good drinks and nice people, don’t get your hopes up for professionalism.

My last 4 experiences have been the same at this location.I love Starbucks, but lately at this location: the employees don't greet anyone when they walk in, they look miserable, and the orders are never ready when it's estimated to be. This location used to be very friendly and have excellent service! I am very disappointed

The staff at this location is by far the best compared to any Starbucks I’ve been to! (I go daily and switch up the location a lot, for reference). Every person I’ve ever interacted with is super friendly and always remember my order even after not coming in for awhile! My drink is always made quickly in addition to the pleasant customer service which makes every visit here a 10/10 :)

The girls was very nice, first she did something wrong in the cashier and said small coffee $4.17. I complained and she fixed, but the bad thing the coffee was old, and just dripping from the jar and the man came in and put in angle to fill up my cup, guess what i got all the ground coffee from the thermo jar. More training please.

I come here Saturday mornings with my girlfriends after the gym. The location is clean and service is good. It is sometimes hard to get a seat- it is packed around 9:30AM on Saturdays. When the manager isn't there the location seems a bit slow, they sometimes have to shut down mobile ordering.

Ok coffee (even good compared to the other option around) As a vegetarian Ive got The vegen breakfast which is not bad ( but it is way overpriced for the size of it) Bottom line due to the prices it cant be a daily solution, But it is a good choice for morning that started with no coffee.

Great drinks even though theyre pricey. The baristas all seemed friendly and efficient. Waited about seven minutes for four drinks. I will probably return, although the store was a little dirty and disorganized.

This store has gone to the dogs. At least Second time used their mobile app to order 1lb of expresso beans. Showed available and went to pickup in mobile line. After waiting 5 went in mobile line went to front cashier. No idea how to find my purchase until manager appeared. Said they don t update availability so will issue credit. What a total waste of time. And this isn t the first time. It s no wonder their business is down as they just aren t dependable like they once were

Waiting outside for my to go order when the store can only hold 4 people is really frustrating. Sometimes it will take 10 minutes just to pickup my order. Why should the people ordering in the store get to wait inside while their order is prepared while all the to go orders must wait for them to get their huge order?

Starbucks like Starbucks everywhere. There is better coffee, but availability is sometimes just as important in the city for those who are bribed by American coffee. The pastries are also not something to brag about, but next to the coffee it is reasonable

I have been staying here in Mass for a week and this is the closest Starbucks to where Im staying. This place has consistently gotten simple orders wrong. Venti iced black tea with no sugar... Comes with sugar. Venti hot black tea with cream, comes with whole milk. This place is pathetic. I like Starbucks but I only like it when they get my order right.

EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED!! It is the only location near me, so I frequent this awful cafe. for the past year I have been disappointed with: beverages not made as they should be, handed drippy cups and yesterday takes the cake. My mobile order was skipped for 20 minutes. watching them make the easy ones first. my second order was ready before my mobile order. Waited 20 minutes for my mobile. defeats the purpose of even using the app. I will definitely start driving a longer distance on the weekend for better quality service that is expected for the price spent at a starbucks.

This location is way too small for the area it services. Leaving crazy long lines even for mobile orders, no place to sit, no place to park and grouchy employees. One of my least favorite locations in the area

I have NEVER been so disappointed! I heard the barista say she wasnt making mobile orders because those people arent here. Well duh! If I wanted to wait for my coffee, I wouldnt have placed the mobile order. I wait 15 minutes for my mobile order that I placed 15 minutes before I got there. 30 minutes to make my order. I am so disappointed! I literally cant even right now!
