I deliver food a lot for this place and finally decided to sit down and have lunch because they have so many amazing creations and I got tired of only being able to smell their food eminating from the bags in the car. I got the Plymouth County wrap and it was served hot and fresh as expected. The overall taste and presentation was executed wonderfully. I am very impressed and satisfied with the quality and love they put into their craft and all of the staff are super friendly. The restaurant is clean and well-lit and their bathroom is one of the cleanest I've ever seen in a place. If you haven't stopped by to grab a bite, you are missing out. 6/5 stars if I could👍🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I got a buffalo chicken cesar salad and a buffalo chicken wrap. Neither of the dishes had buffalo on the chicken...The sauce on it tasted like a sweet bbq sauce instead of a spicy buffalo…

You know when you spend money on new food you want to try and the food ends up not being good and you’re still hungry. That’s how I felt today. This would be my first and last time at wrap city.

Food is absolutely delicious! My husband and I recently moved to the area and needed a quick pick me up- this was just the place! My husband & I both got the blue ribbon wrap and it was to die for.

It’s not like other sub or wrap shops where you feel like you’re eating old greasy cold cuts or deep fried food- you can tell the ingredients are high quality.

The service was so friendly and nice- they saw I was pregnant and even gave me extra chips! I highly recommend buying a bag they are so good.

Safe to say we will be frequenting the place!

We've tried the place a couple of times now. Have to say there's nothing special about their wraps and sandwiches in terms of quality or great flavor....though admittedly there's a big menu/selection. All those choices "seem" great but they don't really translate into "unusual wrap of notable quality I can't find elsewhere." In short the wraps are distinctly average.

That said, on my most recent visit I dropped in at 7:30pm (they’re open until 8:00pm). I stood at the counter waiting to be acknowledged for maybe 3 or 4 minutes watching two guys in the back trying breaking down the kitchen early. No eye contact. No “Hello”. No “We’ll bet right with you.” Just two workers hoping to close up the second the hour hand hit 8:00pm.

One of the guys finally looked up and rather than smile and ask what he could get for me he winced and gave that familiar look that said "Crap, another customer at the counter". When he started toward the register I told them "never mind" and walked out.

Sorry, but when your food is only just average then all you've got is location or service. Hard to accept crappy service when all you get is just a decidedly ho hum wrap/sandwich that's no better than the next joint.

Gotta do better than that guys! Though we are in that shopping center all the time (we shop and work nearby) we are unlikely to be back.

Always welcomed with greetings and smiles when I walk in! They have a great variety of sandwiches, wraps, and flatbreads! Music is always good! I always get one of my favorites either the San Antonio or the buffalo chicken flatbread! I’m never dissatisfied!

I go here a lot I love the food here!!! It’s so good also the owners Kim and Andrew are amazing they are really involved with the team and you don’t really see that in a business so keep up the great work!

My favorite is the chicken Caesar flatbread pizza omg to die for love it!💜

Ordered via DoorDash. Although it had different address business address noted. Asked wrap city to call dasher food was left outside a locked business on a 97 degree day and the restaurant did not work with me to offer anything back. Thankfully Jimmys in no Andover has the best service and delivery and even threw in a free pizza as he heard I lost 70 dollars. Your loss is their gain unfortunately

Ive ordered from DoorDash a few times and every single time I put not to toast my wrap, every time it gets to me... boom toasted. I got tired of this mess and went over and placed an order over at the restaurant and guess what, THE WRAP WAS STILL TOASTED with missing ingredients. I think Im done giving enough chances here, it always ends in disappointment.

High quality! Ordered from here 3 times and each time was perfect. You can tell they care about the quality of each wrap. Buffalo chicken is the favorite but so far all of them have been great.

The sandwiches I ordered were very bland. Not a lot of seasoning or taste in general, Compared to their competitors in town. They have more choices, but the quality is not there. I ve been to their other restaurants, and the same thing. I will not be going back.
