The store is always clean, organized. Unfortunately the people shopping are nowhere to be found. This mall is slowly closing down. Many stores are already moved out. I'm sure the remaining ones are not going to renew the lease. It's very unfortunate because the malls was always a place to go and actually see what you're looking for. Photos online shopping doesn't cut it.

Weird......wouldnt have gone except had dress in stock i wanted to try on.....Staff is inexperienced except for managers...have to drive all around road blocks to even get to the store because of road collapse months ago they still haven't fixed....and even then you are driving around potholes!
How can they do news articles that they want to turn around the malls demise when the visuals are so horrible!!!

So a couple months ago I was loudly accused of stealing by one of the employees in the makeup section. I don’t know if it was because I’m a teen, or for some other reason but I haven’t been able to get it out of my mind. I was simply crouching down, looking at some products, and then stood up to look for my friends. A couple seconds after I stood up and when I looked around to find said friend, one of the cashiers had begun loudly talking about someone stealing. I thought she was talking to someone else, so I didn’t think anything of it till I turned to look at her. She was directly pointing and me while accusing me of stealing to her coworkers. One of the other ladies next to her said they would check the cameras, trying to calm her down. Instead of listening to her she continued to stare at me and say I was stealing. Needless to say I headed right out of there. Since this incident I have never stepped foot in a Jacey Penny’s again because you don’t deserve my money.

Don’t trust their jewelry counter to resize anything more complicated than a Timex watch! I bought a new Citizen watch and the woman at the counter offered to resize it for free, which I accepted. A huge mistake. I knew something was wrong when she called two additional people over to help. I took the watch and went downstairs to Zales and Elie Jewelers to have them look at it. The woman at the counter completely ruined two links because she didn’t have the right tools and tried to force the pins, and of course they snapped. I went back to the counter to try and get some kind of reimbursement to get it fixed. Imagine my surprise when I was given the runaround and lied to my face by the woman at the counter who said she didn’t ruin anything, when the pins were visibly dented by her trying to brute force it! She also tried to tell me that the jewelers somehow touched the watch and ruined the links. The jewelers at Jared told me that they didn’t have the tools because Citizen links are complicated, and the jeweler at Elie Jewelry told me to go back to JC Penny to get a reimbursement because they routinely try to give customers the runaround. The assistant store manager was very accommodating and a brand new watch is being sent to my house, but the whole experience was unpleasant and I had to continually argue with the woman at the counter to get the damage she did resolved. Her attitude was what really made everything unpleasant; I would have been happy if she simply owned up to her
mistake or told me from the beginning that she couldn’t resize it. If you’re looking for a watch or friendly counter service, go elsewhere!

My son loves your clothes. I love your deals. Win win. If you have an 8yr old, I highly suggest JCPenney. What's wild is, I also loved it here at age 8. Iconic.

Nice store. Can find what we want and need. Friendly and helpful service. Gladly looked up inventory in other stores. Good discounts. Easy to reach by bus. No place to lock a bike as far as I can see. Plenty of parking. I never regret going here

A terrible family experience. The photographers don t know what to do with children, they don t come up with ideas for poses that make sense for the age groups, and the pictures are taken poorly cutting off majority of the backdrops. Not to mention the male photographers smell bad and are rude to customers. Not sure why this is their chosen profession. I ve brought my family here a few times and it s gone down hill, and we won t be returning.

Feeling depressed hurt and stressed after an attempt to get baby pictures of my 3month old son. The customer service was shockingly rude, with the photographer Larry making nasty remarks because my baby was crying during pictures which only escalated the situation. Dealing with my upset baby and the lack of patience from the staff left me feeling completely depressed . All I wanted was to capture some precious moments of my newborn, but it turned into a disaster. I experienced the most disrespectful employee I ever in my life. I that man Larry was racist the way he acted toward me yelling at me. I am a new mom and these pictures meant alot to me I was hoping to get a professional photographer but instead I got disrespected and told not to come back. I feel crashed and defeated I ll never go to JCPenney again. I can t believe me and my baby got treated that way. When my dad tried to protect me and my baby safety he was meant with racial slurs by Larry I pulled my phone out to record Larry aggressive nasty attitude he stormed in my dads face calling him names I was in tears me and my baby at this point I was shaking and couldn t handle my phone my heart is broken I don t know what to do anymore but I really want this situation taken care of by someone I would like an explanation and apology

Womens Bathroom in kids department third floor is in poor shape. first stall doesnt lock and the toilet paper dispenser is too low with No clearance to sit. Second stall sprays water up on the seat when you flush and the third handicapped stall has no lock at all. Elevators dont have up to date inspection papers. Elevators were on the frits last time I visited.

Better Bargains, great Coupons, Better quality and selection, and ability to try on makes this 100x better than Amazon or Walmart. Clothes last way longer after washing than anything Ive bought online. Plus you CAN order online, then return here. Plus watches, jewelry etc...

Store is an absolute joke. I went to purchase a 18k gold boxchain necklace. The lady behind the counter did everything to not wait on me. I finally got her attention and asked her if they had any boxchain necklaces. She told me she had no idea what a boxchain necklace is. Keep in mind she was working in the jewelry department behind the counter. She then said quite rudely, what we have in the display case is what we have. I will never give them my business again. Very poor customer service.

Very Helpful Service, Luisa was a wonderful woman that I had the pleasure of meeting. She was kind and genuine. This is always enjoyable when out shopping but she was just a peach. I found what I was looking for at half the price and grateful for that, I have looked for this product elsewhere, but JC PENNY had the best price of any store I looked for it. JCPenney is a good place for men women and kids to shop They really have a great collection of formal/ informal wears. You can also found som intresting toys(drone, remote car etc.), speakers, headphone other item as well here in ground floor. This place also have a very good collection of kitchen related item, juicer, coffee machine, matress etc. This collection is available in the 3rd floor. Prices here are really good, I really enjoyed shopping here

Came here for Christmas photos after hearing how good they are and what deals they had. It took the photographer a bit to warm up to us. However, when he broke out of his shell, the photos came out good. Good but not amazing. Photos took a little over 3 weeks for them to come in. Packages are expensive, we ended up just getting one 8x10 of each photo (12 photos) for $7.99 each and the price was still $160.

Ive always loved this store as a young girl when my mom use to take us. And now as an older adult, it brings back nice memories. I always seem to find something there at a reasonable price. Please dont close this wonderful place.

The staff are always super helpful and friendly. However, there are hardly any merchandise on the shelves. If there are any, it s usually for lighter or fairer skin complexions. I really like going in store to make purchases but this situation makes it impossible. The next Sephora location is miles away from me so I hope this location can make available more products and in a darker shade range as well.

I went to sephora for some lip stain not knowing what I needed since I dont wear make up. Cheri the manager there was amazing! She went above and beyond to get me exactly what I needed. She was delightful and friendly she even humored my 5 yr old! Exceptional employee! Thank you!
