Walmart Supercenter

I was afraid to walk in because Tax Free=Packed Parking lot...Turns out this location is really geared towards great customer service.

There seemed to be someone always around to answer questions And every customer service register was in use. Best of all one them was as shocked as I was about the cost of Latex Gloves.

Pre-Pandemic they were $13-$15 a box... Like with many overinflated items, they have held steady at $30... I'm washing dishes & cleaning, not performing surgery

I ordered gifts for my nieces for same day delivery. You can track where the driver is with your order on the app. The driver wasn't even close to my house when the order was changed from "Out for Delivery" to "Attempted Delivery." I tried calling the store multiple times, no one answered. So I had to call the customer service line, where I'm met with an awful automated system. Eventually I was able to get through to a live agent who tells me that one of the items was damaged in transit and will be out for delivery again the same night once the driver goes back to the store and gets a replacement. Surprise...I didn't get my order. I call again the next morning to try and switch the order to pickup instead and after getting through the again awful automated system, the live agent tells me that the driver never actually returned to the store with the order, even though they are required to do so the same day. So not only am I unable to switch it to pickup, I also apparently can't cancel the order or get a refund until said driver brings the order back to the store, but it sounds to me like my order was stolen. Maybe Walmart needs to think about getting their own drivers instead of contracting a third party. Hopefully this is resolved, but so far this place sucks as far as delivery goes.

I've always been a fan of this walmart it has a lot of things to see and buy, and there's also plenty of aisle space to move around in. The grocery section is first-rate, and their selection is pretty extensive. There's usually plenty of parking, but it does get pretty full at times. Overall, it's a great walmart for most of your daily needs.

I had a curbside pick up today. I instructed the gentleman to put it in my trunk and I didn’t look to see what he put in there so when I got home half my order was missing so I’m furious but when I went back to the store and spoke to Carolyn and Nathan, they both went inside to check and my order was still there just waiting for me to pick it up. Those two were kind. They listened to me and they even made me feel better when I left. Those two will be the reason why I continue to use curbside pick up, because after what I experienced the first time I wouldn’t come back, but those two made all my anger go away corrected the situation and they were funny and sweet on top of that They definitely need to be recognized for their awesome job

A family staple of America and it's the place closest to sweet memories of food shopping with loved ones and nostalgic with things on display that are not even sold there anymore. You can blast the big bass speakers near the 85 inch TV screens near the electronics department and it can't be bought. I quickly turn it down because I'm just wanting to buy one to let my neighbors hear me sing not the beautiful people who shop at Walmart. I see families with kids passing bye and lot of shoppers with everything in one true American supper shopping plaza to enjoy the life they try

Terrible experience shopping here , messy , Deli doesn't assign customer service #'s and makes for a chaotic visit..Prices too high there as well...
Health and beauty isles horrific and groups of people block isles. all over the store.. Products all over the place!... It's just a disaster!... Do not recommend this store at all... Will not return unless a need for a specific product....Went back two weeks ago for a specific product and it was a shopping nightmare!.. So few register's available and so many long lines!..Some employees walking around. doing little!. Garden center had no cashier available !. What a disaster!

Can't go wrong with the dry goods at any Walmart. The milk and yogurt is another issue.
Service up front is better than most Walmarts
There is never anyone in toys, sporting goods or hardware.
Most of the employees wear ear buds. I hear a lot of "I don't speak English". When I then ask the question in Spanish, I get no response.

If I can give under 1 star I would. Horrible service cashier was taunting us with the other cashier. Store out of date as always. It’s like if we are still stuck at 1990. Their pinpads payments are so horrible. We had to swipe our card 6 times and still it wouldn’t work. In conclusion the store just sucks.

I went to get the online order, waiting for nearly two hours, ask the waiter twice, always wait a minute, wait a minute, really bad, I explained the purpose of coming, he actually said that he did not want to wait to delete the order, very poor service, will never go again!

Big place Update: July 26th 2024 selling expired food I have to return because I brought home expired yogurt yesterday, today when I came to replace it I noticed all of them were expired. Update: 10/03/24 this Press for Associates no body care, pharmacy people call multiple times to request associate with the key to unlock the shelves but 15 min wait isnt enough for the Associate to come with the key

Placed an online order thru Walmart + and it was scheduled to be delivered today. Got a notification that they made a delivery attempt while I was home and said it was undeliverable. Tried calling the local Walmart store and all the departments phones kept ringing and no answer.

Went in to buy 2 items. Only 4 registers were open and full of people with groceries with full carts. No Express line and the self check area had a line there 10 people deep. NO THANKS. Dropped my items on an UNMANNED LANE counter and left.

This is my go to store when I need something in a hurry. They usually have what I need or they have something similar that fits the bill. The store is always clean and, from my experience, most of the staff is super courteous and glad to help if I need it.

Busy busy busy all the time only few registers opened but the 15 plus self check out are allways opened so expect to wait a long time for ,check out. you gotta ,bag yourself and pay for the paper bags not get a paycheck for doing it plus the employees are rude especially older lady at the changing rooms

I have gotten to enjoy. Going to Walmart.I go inches morning when it is not so crowded.I also like the Raynham store much better than my local store.I really like their clearance aisle,especially in Raynham.I would like to see more handicapped spaces.

Maria took her merry time at the checkout line. The time it took Maria to complete the checkout process for one customer, the employees in the other lines have completed 3 or 4. Multiple people went in Maria s line thinking it would be quick because it was short then left after seeing it was moving so slow because of Maria.

Terribly run front end of a store. 1 register open with about 20 people in line with numerous employees looking on and not doing anything to help. The cashier Yamil was the absolute mvp this poor kid was all alone and moving as fast as he can to move the Line along. He had to leave the register to go to the bathroom in which I told him to take his time. Place needs to give him a damn raise and get him the help he needs.

I dont normally shop this Walmart-- so I was LOST. Stopped several times to ask for assistance. SANDRA in clothing & a young lady in grocery were the ONLY ONES that made an EFFORT TO ASSIST. All the others that had HANDHELDS, acted as though they COULDNT ASSIST. Was NOT IMPRESSED. Will not be back.

A man asked me for my number in the parking lot, I gave it to him, then he asked to see what was between my legs (he did not recieve a free show at my expense) and told me that walmart was his hangout. I will be avoiding this location until I think he is gone or lost hope in my lack of replying to his texts.

This is one of the nicest Walmart stores I ve been to with helpful staff and lots of stock. Due to them restocking often, groceries are always fresh. No complaints, this is my go to Walmart.

Walmart could just not fail to remind me of why I ve pretty much stopped shopping there. You look online to make sure the product you want is in stock at this store. Just to get there and not only do they not have that item at all, there s only two other more expensive options. When the website shows four or five different In-Stock options at this location. It doesn t even make a difference if you call and speak to someone! Then you throw in the people of Walmart and it s like you ve walked onto the set of a Jerry Springer show!

Had four identical 10 dollar bills to use cash in the self checkout, the only option at the time, in the machine kept rejecting the last one of them. I asked the assistant whats the alternative she said put some stuff back. I only had one item which was a birthday gift for my wife. My balance for $6 and change, with a perfectly good ten-dollar bill in my hand, with only the machine to decide. At least the assistant was nice enough to hold the machine while I went and rummage through my truck, it was able to scrounge together the $6 I needed. Never mind the fact that it showed the item I was looking for in stock online aint nobody knew where to find it I was in the store for over an hour to get one item. Ridiculous

Do NOT subject yourself to using their grocery delivery service. The employees are completely incompetent and clearly theres no management because its consistently gotten worse. Today I had an entire grocery delivery order vanish and no one can explain where it went. Prior to this there were constant issues with my items being charged but not showing up, bad produce and expired items like cereal being delivered, and me getting unwanted items from other peoples deliveries that they couldnt take back, so I know Im not the only other person losing out on groceries. Not worth the inconvenience of getting spoiled items, missing items, or having your entire week of groceries vanish even if they do refund you.
