I always come here whenever I need something late night. Get a little frozen dinner. Sometimes cereal. Sometimes chips. sometimes something to drink or a little snack. But the staff here are the regular ones in the wee hours of the night are always positive no matter what time it is. Nancy is always great. Open 24 hours and parking is always available.

The red head with long hair that was working the front end, i'll be sure to get her name next time was so very rude. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. She demanded to see my coupon acting as if something was wrong with it. so very rude no please, no thank you, no have a nice night. Totally acted like how dare I buy something. You would of thought she owned the store I'll go back and get her name to call corporate. That's how rude but I will not go to this CVS and give it my business.

CVS's new policy of leaving voicemails instead of speaking to a pharmacist when you call in is extremely inconvenient. This causes issues with prescriptions that can't have refills and are sent in monthly. It takes more steps to get my prescription refilled now. If they don't have it in stock it's even more of a challenge because I can't get through to any CVS to check if they do have it in stock. Customers are not always available to pick up the calls when the pharmacists are finally able to call back or if they call back.
The pharmacists have enough to do already, it is not fair to them to have to listen to voicemails and call each individual person back when the issue would likely be resolved if they were able to just answer the phone as they always have.

One of the nicest cvs I've gone in. Sure the layout is a little weird and I didnt like it at first. But there was a actual cashier at the reg all the others are self check π n they had my cotton candy body spray i havent seen that in years! N the cashier was so nice and helpful

Every single time I have to pick up my prescription for Mounjaro, every pharmacist feels the need to tell me how expensive it is and that itβs crazy I am paying for it out of pocket. I need this medicine and it isnβt a choice on weather or not I can afford it, my insurance doesnβt cover it and I am having to work extra at my job in order to pay for it. I would really appreciate if each person would stop making me feel uncomfortable and judged about something that is so sensitive, and truthfully keep their opinion out of my financial affairs. Everything else is always great here and unfortunately I am having to write this review in hopes they stop saying these comments to me.

I made a point to ask for the pharmacy staff memberβs name. Shayna (spelling?) was phenomenal. It is not an exaggeration to say that unequivocally whoever hired this woman deserves a pat on the back! I came in the drive through window after being at the hospital for most of the day. My medication that is a daily necessity ran out. It was 10p and I had just learned my insurance was having issues. She did her best to investigate and when it still wasnβt coming up right she pulled a supervisor to pull up a GoodRX coupon code when she saw the desperation in my face after I told her I havenβt been able to take it for 3 days. AND the entire time she was communicative and delightful (but not delightful in a disingenuous way). I mean this with all seriousness give this girl a raise and have her train your staff! AND AT 10p TOO! Rarely do you see someone on a night shift so amazing.

Great customer service!
I wanted to go for a drive, and I needed to buy a necessity for myself, so I decided to drive 20 minutes to this 24hr CVS. When I came into the store Nancy welcomed me, and after we had a small conversation, she asked me if I needed help with anything, to what I answer βyesβ; I needed a battery for my key fob, and I was not sure of what kind of battery I needed, nor how to open the key fob to place the battery inside. Nancy was really absolutely helpful with both helping me open the key fob and getting the right battery. She was also very nice and professional.
I really had a great experience, and I am glad she was there to help me.
I think Nancy needs a raise :D

I can never get through to anyone on the phone, so I was told I have to come in to the store to refill which they always have a long line. She basically said she wasn't going to answer the phone because of the line most of the time so to physically come in. Why have a customer service line? If the pharm tech literally tells you they aren't going to answer the phone. Just waited in line to refill, to be told their system is down so I can't refill. I'm gonna travel the extra distance for a different pharmacy. All set with that.

I have been going to this CVS for over 40yrs. Last night I was not treated very nicely at the Pharmacy. The pharmacist embarrass me in front of a crowd of people waiting to be waited on. The cashier new nothing about his job. The whole experience took me 40 mins. The prescriptions were ready but they didnt had to ring out my order. CVS from the front of the store to the back of the pharmacy has really declined. Its sad but not just CVS most big companies now dont care about there customers.

Google pharmacy hours are incorrect. Automated phone system for pharmacy hours is incorrect. Billion dollar company cant afford to be 24 hours anymore. Cany afford to inform customers of hour change.

I went into the pharmacy hoping to see consultation for a recommendation on a medication to buy. Every single pharmacist saw me in the empty line and ignored me. I called the CVS pharmacy phone consultation service that put me on several holds but I still spoke with a live person before anyone even made the effort to see if I needed help in consultation. Next time I go there I ll make sure to write down the names of the techs and the one pharmacist who pretended to get a call to ignore me in the queue. I do not recommend this Pharmacy at this location especially if you re a POC.

Awful staff. During the passport photo she did not even cared, if it came out good or bad. Took picture and ran to clip it, to be done with it. Horrible customer service, next time I am going to Walgreens.

Edit 10/17/2023: I wrote this review four months ago, and I swear theyve gotten even worse. Days long waits for refills, and they lost my husbands script. I honestly think the supervisor was a nepotism hire, because there is no way they got there on their own merits. They used to be the best pharmacy in the area, and now they are legitimately the absolute worst. I subtracted a star from their two-star rating because I cant believe how bad the service has gotten. Original Review with two-stars: What happened to the pharmacy? I swear they are as slow as mud, and pretty lost as far as what they are doing. Its as if the entire staff was fired and replaced with zombies.

Nancy on the overnight shift was extremely attentive, helpful, and enthusiastic in helping us print pictures and find frames. Refreshing to see such good customer service at national retailer! She easily could have acted busy or did nothing at the register, but she went out of her way to help before we even asked!

Have been using their pharmacy for years... its decent, but the line is usually pretty long at the drive thru so I just go inside. Theres 3 pick up registers but usually only 1, occasionally 2 open. The rest of the store is very overpriced so I only get my prescriptions there.

Most incompetent pharmacist Nichole in Massachusetts. Likes to play doctor/God with your doctor prescribed prescriptions. Mark my words she is going to kill somebody if she hasn t already. She always lets you know how understaffed and how much she hates to do her job! Customer Care Doesn t Care Either! Walgreens is 2 minutes away!! UPDATE: Walgreens was able to help me and fill the same prescription Nichole would NOT! Now my family can finally leave for our vacation! Cheers!

I dont understand what is the point of a 24 hour pharmacy if the man at night wont fill prescriptions, that the woman who used to work nights would. Now I have to wait until after work, when I could have gone on break. This CVS has too many people thinking they get to make their own rules. Last prescription ill he having filled here.

Set up covid test 2 days in row. Both times I got a call right before my apt to cancel it as they ran out of tests. Set up my apt as one of the 1st for next day- same woman calls to cancel it and asks are You the symptomatic patient looking for a test? Unprofessional and clearly not interested in doing job when it involves people looking for test due to actually feeling sick and not just looking to travel. 100% dont recommend if your able to drive elsewhere and need to get back to work asap to pay bills.

By far absolutely the the worst pharmacy. From sitting on hold for over 30 mins and still having no one answer the phone to requesting a medication weeks ago and told on multiple occasions that it is there only to arrive and be told they don t have it. Can someone please explain how a business can be run this poorly. I actually went as far to contact the front store and the individual seemed confused as to why someone wouldn t be answering the phone in the pharmacy stating that there are people there and no one currently in line. Absolutely baffling

Call to have prescriptions automatically filled don t count on it month-to-month doesn t happen , if you can get through on the phone, or just go wait in a huge line To be told you have no prescription. Just come back in 20 like no problem

Never has the script ready no matter what time it was called in. We are there 3- 4 times a week due to a medical condition. Not one time has it been ready. When your counting on meds to help you heal and put your mind at rest the last thing you want to do is wait for the meds a extra hour or be told they don t have it in stock. I know it s not the pharmacist fault, but if they had more helpful customer service techs or assistants to make things smoother it would make a big difference. Less attitude and more smiles goes along way when your fighting for your life.

Picking up prescription after text it was ready. At pick up told one of the medications not available. Since it was very important the medication was started this day I asked to transfer prescriptions to CVS Plainville. There I was told the scripts were never sent through but they would fill them. Wait At pick up again only received one of the scripts. Sent to Drop Off where a pharmacy tech with a bad attitude told me basically they never received it and It will probably be a while before I would have it not their fault .She did put it on noting my frustration with this situation rushed it. 15 min. It has taken me 2 hours to pick up 2 prescriptions! I m changing to Walgreens.

Really bad customer service from the manager, that was there today in the ofterrnoon 1/15/2022. She barely looked at me when I was trying to talk to her, she was really rude, when I said I didnt want to shop any more and she threw my coupon back on the counter.

CVS does not accept tricare anymore. As a service member I now need to pay all prescriptions out of pocket untill I can change pharmacies. Didn t realize CVS was so military unfriendly.

Needing to be on many medications is hard but CVS makes it bearable and as pleasant as can be. The patient portal is super easy and its nice that they have both a drive-thru and a pharmacy counter inside. The staff there seem to have excellent customer service and must have been taught that. Highly recommend CVS

Every bad review lacks substance and consists of so many spelling errors that Im assuming theyre from the local dope fiends who cant get their oxy. Sad to say the only reason they have four stars is for this reason alone. Amazing staff, amazing pharmacy, amazing service in general. Even at 2 am the pharmacist is more than happy to help me find stuff in the store for my baby. Thank God for the awesome people keeping this place running.

Cashier same as manager at the time of purchase judge me for an item I did not buy went back after only 3 minutes and she said she couldnt do anything about. I told her I would leave a bag review if she can correct the problem she said I know youve been purchased this item but you were charged for it and now we cannot do anything to undo the charge since I already paid forward there was nothing I could do. As she said go ahead and leave a better view since there is nothing she could do so thats what Im doing

This is by far THE BEST cvs in the state of Massachusetts ! I want to thank and give many accolades to Laurie, who runs the home health section. She is absolutely incredible, conscientious and knows everything about the health care system . My 88 yo mother is using a walker these days, and when I enquired about this type of three wheel drive , Laurie was able to identify it, order It and PUT IT Together for me!!! Shes unbelievably kind and patient with people like me- and makes CVS the place to go to for anything my mom needs. Best Christmas present ever! Please CVS , I want you to know what a gem Laurie is, and how appreciative I am for everything shes done. Thank you, Happy Holidays , Michelle L

I had a little furry friend that picked to show his face at midnight! I don t know who the man was that answered the phone but he was my hero! He went to check make sure they had traps and then was able to joke with me about it since I m sure he could tell I was freaking out lol. When my husband showed up the worker joked around with him as well. Best midnight experience I have ever had at any store! Lol

The store is nice & staff are extremely pleasant & helpful. The pharmacy is struggling. Lots of issues. Most of the pharmacy staff try to assist though lack any real answers on issues I ve been faced. Except for the Caremark link with my insurance I would have moved all my prescriptions elsewhere. It s unfortunate.

I went in to pick up a newly prescribed prescription on December 31, 2018. When I was checking out, the pharmacist asked me if I wanted the previous med as well. I said that has been discontinued. Its January 2, 2019 and I receive a message my previous med has been filled. This is very concerning. I dont need all these meds. Thank you CVS but you may lose a customer.

We stopped by at 11:30 PM for a prescription to be filled in an emergency situation. The pharmacist, whose last name was Liu, was amazing! Very friendly and helpful even at that late hour. Shes the reason were giving this CVS five stars!!

Called the pharmacy to check on a potential contra-indication for a medication I was prescribed. The pharmacist proceeded to look up my information, told me there was no script on file despite picking said prescription earlier that same day, and then curtly saying no before hanging up. Considering both medications are CNS depressants, I find it both highly unprofessional and ethically concerning that the pharmacist would not review the potential life threatening indications and the tolerable doses for these two medications; especially since they were not on record despite picking them up at the store. This is exactly the kind of oversight that leads to accidental overdoses

Omg! Terrible! The pharmacy is the worst! Oh my goodness! Unbelievable! Waited 20 min.w/ no one else in line, just to drop off an rx. And still no one approached me so I left! I called to ask when is a good time to drop off my prescription & the witch was rude & kept say anytime Obviously not ANYTIME! And this has happened multiple times!

Open 24 hours. Theyve got whatever you need. Big pharmacy in the store, and theres always a pharmacist available to answer your questions. And you can call ahead to have your prescriptions ready at the pharmacys drive-up window.
