I want to share my experience with Lowes regarding the purchase and installation of a microwave, in hopes it helps other customers. After paying in full over a month ago, I was assured that the installation would go smoothly. However, the installers came to measure the built-in space but never uploaded the measurements, which delayed the project. They also failed to mention that the microwave is hardwired and that an electrical outlet needed to be installed. Because Lowes kept canceling the installation, we had to arrange for the installation ourselves. To add to the frustration, Lowes customer service promised to reimburse us for the electrical work but then backed off. Although the microwave has now been installed, the lack of communication and support throughout this process was disappointing. If youre considering purchasing a microwave from Lowes, be prepared for potential installation challenges and ensure you have a backup plan in case things don t go as promised.

Unprofessional, patronizing and overcharged by 10 bucks for a quart of paint. Strange experience. Came in for touch up paint, left overcharged and talked down to by some kid 10+ years my junior. Even if you ask for the cheapest paint- the young guy with glasses at the paint counter will still give you what he originally suggested and you declined and you get to find out at checkout. Also, calling woman customers pet names sweet heart and here you go beautiful as you knowingly overcharge them is a super beta move.

Wow. Worst experience. Guy kept telling me misinfo about the paint, was more expensive than home depot, told me he couldnt mix paint here and they had to be ONLY lowes colors. Then we go to checkout and the register is working as the light is on and I work in retail, and she tells us to go to self checkout. We go there. We scan our card 10 times while the other worker at self checkout watches us. Tells us theres nothing she can do about a rejected card when we asked for help; we left everything and went to home depot. Much cheaper. Much better service.

Its Lowes. Theyre a chain so theyre mostly the same. They didnt have what I needed in stock at the Plainville location. So the guy helped me see if the North Attleboro location had my item. Employees at both locations are very nice and helpful.

Tried to return something past 90 days. Have bought a lot of stuff at Lowes Big ticket items. I called the Attleboro Massachusetts store and told them the item was unopened still in the box. I told him I was a Lowes rewards card holder.It was a gazebo. I was told by the associate over the phone no exceptions they would not take it back. So I asked to speak to a manager. I was told his name was Lee.Lee relayed the message to the associate no exceptions will not take it back. Went to another store and they happily helped me. At that store I was told as a Lowes rewards member you have 365 days to return something. Lee in the Attleboro store as the assistant store manager and the associates Should be aware of this policy. I will not be going back to the Attleboro store I will happily travel out of my way to the next Lowes.

Trying to get help to find material for a drop ceiling. Nobody could take the time they scanned it and said there was 71 pieces but I don t know where it is it s not my area just a crappy experience after they re going to Woonsocket they didn t have any material North Providence no material North Attleboro 70 pieces and no one could find them, so it was pretty much a waste

Well. The website was accurate. I found the joint compound exactly where it said itd be, but I do suggest making sure you move stuff on the bottom row, especially if you see a price tag for it, because sometimes things like to hide. But overall, the store is clean, its easy to find things, and I can usually get in and out in about 5-10 mins. I will say I absolutely hate the self checkout, but thats my own issue, and not a reflection of the staff or overall shopping experience.

If you can find what your are looking for yourself, then is good, if you need assistance looking for an item or worse your item is locked behind a locked cabinet, forget about coming to Lowes in North Attleboro, MA, you will not get any assistance and if you do find someone, they wont be able to help you and then they will call someone else who will never show up. UPDATE: This has happened multiple times. You ask for assistance, you tell them the aisle you are on, they never show up. Now, a few days ago I was attempting to buy electrical 14/2 wire, which I havent bought in a while, but now is behind a locked metal/plexiglass gate. I dont mind not getting any assistance to a question or finding an item, now Im looking at what I need and cant get to it. I ordered the item online, had to wait a few days, but I dont get to stand in a Lowes aisle, for 10 minutes waiting for an associate that never shows up, i ask assistance for a second time, and waisted another 10 minutes waiting for an associate that never comes.

I went to Lows in North Attleboro looking for a portable generator. There was a huge storm and it knocked out power to the whole town. By the time I got there, a long line of people were all trying to get the last of the generators. Only one employee was working in the inside lawn and garden section (12 people called in that day). Dave was the only one there pulling the heavy generators off the top racks for everyone. There were only 2 generators left (an expensive one I could not afford and an inexpensive one that I could barely afford). The person in front of me got the last inexpensive one, so I thought my luck had run out. I ask Dave if there were any inexpensive ones left and he said the other person was going to get it. With out me asking him, Dave asked the other person if they would be interested in buying the more expensive one so I could buy the less expensive one. The other person said no, but then Dave suggested that he could get them up to %20 off up to $100 if they got a Lowes card. Which they said yes and bought the more expensive generator. I was so happy that he was able to get me the generator I could afford AND he got me the same deal when he got me the lows card too. He also was very knowledgeable and showed me where to get a heavy duty extension cord and power strip as well as told me how to add the oil and start it. On top of all that hard work pulling the heavy generator off the top rack, he also helped me by getting me a flat bed cart and helped me bring it to the register and even put the heavy generator in the back of my car. I thought he must have been a manager, but he said he only worked nights part time. I felt so thankful that I offered him a $20 tip, but he politely declined since it was against company policy. Instead he suggested donating it to goodwill. So thanks Dave, I made a donation in your honor.

If you are thinking about buying a major appliance and having it delivered from Lowes...DONT!! Whether you purchase it on their website or in the store, you are going to at the mercy of their delivery team. I bought a fridge and had it delivered. I stated on the invoice it would be a second floor delivery with a change to left hand door. They were a half hour late, they came to my door, without taking the fridge off the truck and said it would not fit. The fridge I bought was too big. My door opening was 29, he told me my fridge was 29 depth with the door off and would not fit. He then told me to go to the store and ask and associate for a fridge that measured 27inches depth with doors off. I went to the store, started looking, saw the fridge I bought...it WAS 27in., they ALL were! He LIED, as it was the end of the day, he just did not want to deliver it. I would have gotten compensation for them being over the 4 hour delivery window. I rescheduled a second delivery only to have them tell me the door with was fine but the 3 stairs to the first floor landing would make it impossible to maneuver. My daughter told them to bring it through her apartment which would position the fridge to go right up to the second floor. Suddenly it was NOT the stairs but the ceiling height of the 2nd floor landing. I told them the last time I had a fridge delivered, they used a hand truck , tilted the fridge for clearance. He told me they did not have a hand truck...WHAT a appliance delivery service has no hand truck??? Then it became the railing, I offered to unbolt it to open the stairway, he said no work, I asked him several times to at least take the fridge off the truck and bring it in so we could try. He flat out REFUSED. They left. This was definitely a CYA play to cover the first BOLD FACE LIAR!! Spoke with assistant store manager and store manager. I was told once you purchase the product, it was in the hands of the delivery team. The store takes no responsibility for the purchase, you are at the mercy of this nameless delivery team who when you call you speak to an associate who will pass on the info to the management team who will call you back, I called 4 times...NEVER heard back. They illegally charged my credit card for the fridge even though I did not take deliver or sign for it. Now I am trying to get that purchase credited back to my account and the store cannot do it! You have to deal with this delivery team which has shown no attempt to work with the customer. It is totally ILLEGAL to charge my account when I neither took delivery or sign for it. Please take my advice. If your delivery is late, the product has a scratch or dent, or any issues, the Lowes store in No Attleboro can do NOTHING to address your concerns, It was a hellish experience and if you do not speak Spanish, you will be struggling with a language barrier. I went to Home Depot...they have hand trucks especially for 2nd floor deliveries...purchased the exact same refrigerator and saved 10% with a Home Depot coupon! I truly feel they did not want to compensate me for being late and my inconvenience of waiting from 10:30 to 3:00, emptying my fridge twice only to restock it BUYER BEWARE!!! In my opinion Lowes sucks!! It was a delivery experience from HELL!

I recently purchased a washer/dryer combo from Lowe s Store #1014 in North Attleboro, MA, and was quite pleased with the customer service I received from Associates George and Fernando in the Appliance Department. This review is to let folks know that Lowe s does have some good stores and even better associates. The store itself is quite organized and easy to navigate. Associates help regardless of their assigned areas. The added benefit of my experience with George and Fernando is further proof that this store puts a lot of effort into customer satisfaction. After my washer/dryer combo died, I was given a Lowe s e-voucher to purchase a replacement by my homeowner s warranty company. I was fortunate to have Associates George and Fernando to help me throughout the whole buying process. They are knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and most of all helpful. I recommend this store and these two associates, if you want a great buying experience. Thank you, George and Fernando at Store #1014!

This Lowe s is severely understaffed. I waited a half an hour to curbside pick up my order just to hear their phone ring for 5 minutes. When I pick up my order from their lockers, there are items missing. When I point this out to costumer service they gas light me and tell me the remote was in the box when they put it in the locker.

I genuinely don t know why I bother. I have never had a positive experience here. They are so beyond understaffed there was no one at the paint counter. I called to get someone up. They took 10 minutes to get there and then offered assistance to someone who just wandered up. I haven t had a positive experience here in the last 5 trips. Probably my last. Unfortunate.

Buying our appliances has been a nightmare!!!!! Imagine spending a large amount of money and struggling with the delivery services and the stuff you purchased being sold to someone else!!! I m pregnant and I had to deal with all that stress for over a month, Manager tried to fix the problem, they gave us a discount but between the delivery, having to redo the order because items were disappearing, the long waiting in calls and having to go to the store 3 times!!!! Something that could ve be avoided by being organized, working smart and caring about your customers! I am not giving 1 star because the items that we got are good quality but because of the service I shoudn t give any. My advice: Expect delays! Do not get frustrated if you still need to buy there.

Got great service at the key-making desk recently. The make-your-own-key machine is merely an expensive bit of entertainment. It churned out seven pretty, but useless, keys. Every one of them had to be fixed by hand. A kind and patient employee at the key making desk fixed all seven. Lowes did not charge for the repair (remake) of the 7 keys. Its a pity, really, that the junk-churner-outer machine got our money and Lowes not a penny. The machine made junk and Lowes made it right. It is in North Attleboro Marketplace. No bike rack. Easy to reach by bus. Plenty of parking. Nice store.

So my Mother and I went to the Attleboro store to order a backslash for our kitchen. We were told that someone was to come and measure today between 1 and 5pm. NO CALL NO SHOW. LOWES MAY HAVE PRODUCTS BUT THEIR SUBCONTRACTORS ATE USELESS!!!!! TYPICAL!!! If you want any work done go yo a reputable store that uses their OWN CONTRACTORE .

Recently went to Lowe s in North Attleboro and bought 6 to 8 cases of reduced flooring each case was a different price Not only was the cashier not willing to help me I had to stand at customer service for 15 minutes because they could only help me with a floor associate The flooring associate came over and told me I d have to pay the highest priced case for all of them I told him no I m paying for what each case is marked Then proceeded to try to charge me for full price for 1 because that one looked fine such a lack of customer service

I needed to buy a grill but was overwhelmed by the choices. I went to this store multiple times and spoke to Matt and Jeff who oversaw that area. They were magnificent! Knowledgeable, patient and passionate. Normally, after research, I would purchase something like a grill on Amazon but they convinced me otherwise. Competitive price, bad service, I ordered a kitchen, stove and oven combo and they were wrong twice with the delivery, and when they took it, the stove was damaged, they changed the delivery date and the wait was very long, I had to cancel the order and look elsewhere.

This store is the one closest to my house, so because of convenience I come here sometimes. I prefer not to and this is something that I found many of the people that I know can agree with. The store is good in general but everyone in the front end are just not good at customer service at all. Never cared to write a review but Today some lady called Kate in the gardening section told us she couldn t get a price check for an item for us because there was a line behind us. When we said that wasn t really our fault but we wanted the item, she responded by saying we ll I ll cancel your whole order then, so we can get your price check there was no need to make us feel like her doing her job is a burden that we re putting on her. This is one out of at least 4 instances like this that we ve had with customer service representatives here. Don t come if you expect to have a conflict-free experience.

I am giving five starts because of Dan! He works in the flooring department and today he helped my husband and I with our carpet purchase for our house. Renovations are always challenging because of the time it takes from start to finish. Working with Dan was absolutely refreshing to see that customer service culture still exists. Absolutely terrible customer service by JEN at customer service rolling her eyes at me when I was asking when a cabinet specialist would be in because it was my third day in a row trying to order cabinets at this location.. Also do not try buying cabinets from this location they do not know what they re doing now that I have sat down with a specialist

So just a few days ago I went in the store and created an invoice for 6 appliances, 2 dishwashers, 2 microwaves, 1 gas range stove and 1 refrigerator total $2781. 91 The GE gas range was for $649, GE microwave $219, Hotpoint microwave $189, Frigidaire refrigerator $699, 1 Frigidaire dishwasher $399 (stainless steel) and another in white $370? Plus 2 dishwasher connections $?? (I post a pics). I created an invoice and was told I could come back to pay in a few days since my house was in closing and I couldn t spend any of my money until it s fully close and I have the keys in my hand. Now I m back a few days later to pay and they re telling me, the prices went up and they can t do anything about it. Why the F was I told by an associate that I could created the invoice and when I come back just to tell them my name and number and I could pay and set up a delivery date?! WHY?! And literally 4days later the manager and another associate saying otherwise?! This is ridiculous and I m very upset and frustrated, and I m so happy I couldn t open a Lowe s credit card because I would be stuck with one (definitely not getting one now). I still can t understand why create an invoice to lock in prices then only to be told a few days later my invoice won t be honored, and Yes I saw it on their computer screen my invoice with my prices and total. Ridiculous!

David was very helpful when I purchased a new washer and dryer. He was available to answer my questions and check stock quickly. I appreciated his assistance with helping me choose the accessories for the models I chose to purchase. The items were delivered within 4 days which made to whole process easy!

Im not really a fan of Lowes compared to Home Depot. There are many times I go here to get supplies for jobs and they dont have what I need. I feel like they are too busy trying to be a home decor style rather than a home improvement store.

It s so hard to find somebody in any one department. Staff was unhelpful or they were in the way. Got cut off twice by employees where did 26 minutes for someone in electrical they never came
