So, i went to the emerald square mall, and i gotta put this out: it was the most worst experience of my life. The design is awful, and downright rubdowned up. I have never seen such a mall in disarray and a plain disaster. If anyones thinking of going there, heres my suggestion, dont, and Im never there again .

This mall has been a staple for me since childhood, especially at Christmas time! The first floor has many stores and they make delicious protein smoothies at the sweet & sour bar! The managers still make it a point to give back to the community and run events. They re working hard to keep the mall alive and we should all support that!!

For my honest review I would say that they should close down this place. First off there are not very many shops that are opened in it. Secondly when I went to Macys there was only one worker there and I couldn t buy a coat because there was nobody to check it out. I think they need to close this place down and I am very disappointed.

Incredibly sad to see this icon from my childhood and teen years in such bad shape. Almost empty of stores, restaurants, and less and less maintained. Directories are no longer updated and there are ads for stores and restaurants that aren t even there anymore! Escalators broken all the time & now the main elevator, too. Online shopping isn t solely to blame here- it s greedy management and bare-bones maintenance keeping stores from staying. Wrentham Outlets are an OUTDOOR mall in NEW ENGLAND- and do much better, which is ironic.

Beautiful and gorgeous mall , online store kills all retail, but online store will never give you the same feeling that you can hanging out with friends and family together. I think it is a great opportunity for young generation and small business owners has the chance to pay fair rent have business set up in a fancy mall . The big brand all out , time for small businesses owner to move in . Let s bring the mall back again ! Slow down life a little bit, stay away from the phone screen , let s do shopping in reality .

I am not very fond of the providence place mall,it is very congested and it feels like people on top of you. I would love to see this mall come back to life. Lover the rental cost, bring in Starbucks, dunkin, old navy, beeding, and other house hold items back, fix the escalators, and bring some bench back to the floors, some people get exhausted and need a brake of walking and make dinning in a bit better heather and add s tv screen so people can sit back and relax.

I have lots of memories of good times at this mall but it is going downhill fast. Every time we have visited in the last five years there are less stores. The mall now features more closed retail space than active ones; the food court has been reduced to three restaurants (although there are a few others outside the food court); and the mall, as a whole, has become in indoor ghost town. I can t understand why the public has forsaken indoor malls but it s simply destroying this mall.

Did you know malls still exist, kinda? To my surprise, they even still had a Spencers and Hot Topic (which were really the only stores I ever cared about when I used to go to malls) There werent many other stores, though, and there were only two or three places open in the food court, so the mall is definitely on its way out, unfortunately. They were setting up tables & displays throughout the place for some trading card thing, so Im guessing thats how the mall has managed to even stay open at all -- renting out the space for various little conventions and stuff like that.

Show up to the mall at 8:15 at night and the whole entire place is closed. Why does it list open until 9 PM if it s really not open until 9 PM? You can go inside the mall, but not one store is open . The mall needs a new owner that s gonna take care of it. It used to be thriving and full of people. Now there s under 10 stores functioning. Please somebody else buy the mall and bring it back to life! There is no reason for the mall to be this pathetic and sad.

Unacceptable Behavior; Verbally Abusive employee at an Easter Bunny Photo Event March 2024 As a parent attending an Easter Bunny photo event with my children, I anticipated a festive atmosphere filled with joy and excitement. However, my experience was tainted by the disturbing behavior of an employee of VIPHOLIDAYPHOTOS, whos was working the Easter bunny photo shoot, which I feel forced to post publicly. During the event, I observed an employee displaying highly disturbing behavior. Not only did they become verbally abusive towards many customers, but they also resorted to vulgar expressions, all of which occurred in the presence of children.!!!!! This behavior was inappropriate and unacceptable in any setting, let alone one geared towards families and young ones celebrating a holiday. The employees behavior made me leave the facility immediately with the potentially harmful environment for attendees, particularly children who were exposed to such language and behavior. As a parent, witnessing this was disgusting & disappointing. I will NOT be attending any of these events at Emerald mall ever again ESPECIALLY if they continue to use this company (vip holiday photos) for their holiday photo shoots - disturbing, dangerous and really inappropriate. Save your kids the trauma!

Low Prices, nice quality of jeans, shirts, sweaters, sneakers at JC Penny and Macys were better than anything on Amazon, Walmart. Phone repair, accessory was great. Arcade, Falafel place nice. Unfortunately 3rd floor only has food court and few other stores and landlord is just trying to collect store rent, and not fixing potholes, escalators (fire code violation maybe???). Isnt it better to take kids to the toy, game stores here than plop them on a tablet to pick out toys, clothes? Amazon is not cheap if you compare everything.... Prime membership offset your savings when you add that (free shipping is not free) porch pirates suck... Bring back Toys R Us, Child World!!!
