The one lady that brings the app orders to the till/counter/rack who always has a big smile and just happy disposition brightens up my whole day and gives me hope for humanity every time she's on the clock. 10/10 employee give her a raise and make her a pr ambassador.

This is how an egg and cheese on bagel came out.They only use a half an egg. When I went back they threw another half egg on top of it.

But thanks for the milk! Glad I had some matcha powder to fix it.
Can’t say for the others, but got 3 drinks so far from this location and it’s pretty sad/funny how people don’t know how to make any of the drinks at this location... When it’s their job...😂

Giving this DD a 1 star because I got 3 snackin bacons all covered in black Pepper I couldn’t even eat it. Also because Alyssa had a terrible attitude. she got my order wrong 3 times. I asked for oat milk in my coffee and she gave me almond milk, so I nicely told her that it was suppose to be oat milk not almond and she rolled her eyes and shook her head at me. Then she gave me my second coffee and it was wrong also but I didn’t want to give anyone a hard time so I just said whatever and kept it, but then I noticed I didn’t get my hash browns so I went inside and told her that I didn’t get it and instead of answering me she turns to another employee and says “ I already gave it to her” which she did not. Then proceeded to ignore me so I spoke to another employee who was super nice and made me my 2 has browns.

Terrible and slow customer service. Not only did I wait in line for over 20 mins, I could not order more than 5 food items? I’ve never been at any place that sells food that limits you unless it was a specialty item. They’ve completely wasted my time and load and behold drive down the street and they took all of my orders. Line is always long. Not because they are busy but because service is painfully slow.

Young woman seemed to be kind of silent and put off that she had to wait on me at the counter. I ordered and paid cash for a large hot. She tried to hand me an iced coffee. I said, excuse me I think that’s not a hot coffee.
She seemed to be very angry at ME.
She tried to convince me the difference was $.20. Someone said the manager was out sick and no one was covering for her. The 1st one REFUSED to talk with me!! Someone else through $.44 cents on the counter and walked away! chk 8866. 11:54am
3-30-2024 how long are these owners going to allow this pond to exist? This catch basin/drainage has been blocked for at least 15 years. It takes up about eight or 10 parking spaces.

Okay, it varies. If you get the right crew they rock. If not, well try one of the other 6 in Billerica. Across from Kmart is best unless you get the M-F day shift at Treble Cove. Treble Cove cannot handle complex orders.Or they steal large orders

Id give zero stars but not possible. Awful management. Awful food and coffee never right. Place is dirty. The staff are very rude in the am and seem to only care about getting u in and out. I would recommend gas station food and coffee over this place

Yesenia was very rude. They put my order in incorrectly, I asked several times for it to be fixed and she ignored me along with her trainee who said, "I don't know this is what you owe". Dunkins has always been awful and now I remember why I don't go there even when I have a free gift card.

The guy told me they were closed. I thought I was crazy, drove home, and then realized he lied to me. Dude is playing games with the wrong one. I drove back and placed order. It was well after 4am and they were open. Guy was unprofessional and rude. Coffee was disgusting and food wasn’t even warm. 459 Boston road isn’t any better. I contacted corporate.

Most racist barista I’ve come across in entire New England and tristate region. I had to wait for 20 minutes for an already paid on the go order just because the old lady wanted to gossip with her everyday customer. When I would ask for my order, her reply would be ‘one at a time’ with a disgusting hand gesture!
God save America from Karens!
If the owner reads this, please contact me - I would like to buy this property and franchise just to fire such racist employees.

The people are friendly, but my order gets messed up every time I order through the app. Not complicated offers or weird substitutions, just coffees where they forget to add anything to it or missing items. They always fix it though. I stopped going through the drive thru because I usually have to order then go back and get it fixed.

One of the workers there called an old man who asked for extra butter princess, and proceeded to be rude as all hell to other customers, clearly hated his job which I get but dude why ruin everyone else’s day who has to go to work too just because you woke up on the wrong side of the bed! I know how it feels to work someplace under staffed and long hours, but I would never take it out on my clients, kid need to just be fired so he can be taught that’s not how you treat people 🤦🏽‍♀️

Worst experience for my first time ordering there!!!! Rude customer service and ordered the mini bagel bites which were still cold and had asked if they can heat it up and got a attitude for it and on top of that, I had bitten one of my mini bagels and they basically gave it back heated instead of giving a new one. AWFUL.

There's many dunkin's in Billerica, but when I pick up my coworker in the morning we go out of the way to this one. Their always polite, smiling and having a good time. Coffee and sandwich orders are always spot on. You want a dunkin's to make your "spot"? Pick this one. You won't regret it.

They have no trash bottle on one of the biggest Dunkin Donuts driveways and when I had them 1 empty Dunkin Donuts cup at the drive-thru they said that the manager doesn't allow that we can't take trash which I understand since they're serving food but if the manager that put this rules he's supposed to have a trash bottle on the drive-thru too bad it's a great location with a very poor management

I am completely horrified by the service I have received tonight. The gentleman working was so rude. I told him my Aunt is allergic to Lemon and if he could make sure none gets put into her iced tea. He gave it to me with 3 Lemon. When I repeated my order he said I kno what you said, that's what you got. I then repeated the fact that I said no Lemon cuz my Aunt is allergic and his response was disturbingly ignorant. Should not be in any type of service with that Attitude. I've worked for Dunkin Donuts for years and am completely disappointed and embarrassed for this location to have such a rude disrespectful employee. May I add I was the only customer.

Been there thrice, got sick off the coffee thrice. Never happens at any other DD. Check the expiration dates of your milk and thoroughly clean your pots and coffee machines, please.

I ordered an Iced tea with extra lemon and 25 munchkins divided between glazed, jelly, and chocolate. I didn't get any extra lemon and the munchkins were only glazed and chocolate.
