Dunkin'

Used the drive-through. Staff was friendly and efficient. The bagel bites are good. My donut was a bit hard and dry on the edges. The hashbrowns have a seasoning that I can't name and I don't like.
Also, it would be nice to have little pictures of the donut varieties on the drive-through menu.

Great service, friendly employees, and my order was correct and food was fresh. 👍🏻 I didn’t have to wait long at all to get my order. The new pink velvet macchiato and red velvet donut were yummy.

I’ve been to this new location maybe 3 times. My order is very simple. I get the same thing sometimes after work. A vanilla crème donut. And EVERY single time I get a Bavarian cream instead. If ur gonna work in a donut shop, learn your damn product. I quite literally pointed it out to the woman working as I ordered it and I still received the wrong item. Btw it’s the girl with short orangeish hair. Worked in the afternoon today at 2:30. Ridiculous!

Stopped up to check out the new Dunkin here on Main st. & 7th Ave. OMG .. YOU HAVE TO STOP!
Best service ever .. donuts & food are ALL FRESH and flavorful! They deserve the tips and a warm welcome. Donuts & a sweet pepper bacon sandwich on a croissant. Morning breakfast.

My daughter and I have visited this location at least 2 times a week. She get the Blueberry donut iced coffee. More then half the time we have gotten a coffee that has been undrinkable ( like to believe sometimes it might have been someone's first day). Doesn't taste like a blueberry donut and is VERY watery. At first glance it looks right until we taste it. She also orders a Bacon, Egg and Cheese Bagel with cream cheese on the side. More then once we have gotten just a bagel and cream cheese even though though the receipt and screen clearly say Bacon, Egg and Cheese Bagel. I always get a sparked energy there has been a few times it didn't have flavor. I have also a few times not gotten what I have ordered for breakfast. When I call they say they will add it to a book for free. I have tried to claim that and they say it never got recorded. Today was out last shot we ordered our same stuff. The coffee was watered down, no flavor but coffee, the bagel was still cold and the gal at the window handed me our stuff and never said Thank You. We will NOT be returning to this location.

Ordered and received our doughnuts and was told to go to the end of the counter to receive our hot chocolate that my daughter wanted, stood there waiting for the while 8 people who came in after us got their food and drinks, before I lost my shit and started complaining about not getting our drink yet, apparently they deleted the order without making it, will never go back to any dunkin again, seems they all have attitude problems, especially when paying with cash. Doughnuts at cub are cheaper and larger. Friendlier employees at cub also.

Ive been to this location probably four times now and every single time the drinks are wrong :( the last time I went I was handed two of drinks, then when I mentioned one was wrong the worker rolled their eyes and threw the drink down the sink. Ive worked at coffee places for years, it shouldnt be handled this way. Night shift was a different story, wonderful people, ive just had SO many problems with going there in the morning.

Walked in no customers inside and 1 car in drive through. Manager with long black hair saw us, but continued taking to the 2 employees and ignored us. Worst service.

We were greeted when we entered. The store is very clean, and had a great doughnut selection. Jeff, at the counter, was very friendly and patient while my grandsons decided on which doughnuts to have.

I only get fast food/fast food breakfast as an occasional treat. Today I decided to try a breakfast sandwich at the Main Street Anoka Dunkin, went through the drive thru. Bacon egg cheese on croissant. I am not one to go back and ask for a replacement, but this sandwich was completely cold, the cheese wasn't even slightly melted, it was legitimately COLD. I went back inside and the kid at the counter seemed timid and scared to ask the woman making the food for a replacement. She literally rolled her eyes and audibly sighed. No apology from anyone. I watched her remake the sandwich and she didn't even heat it up! Added cold cheese to a cold sandwich and went to grab bacon, side eyed me, put the bacon back, and grabbed sausage. I said excuse me that was supposed to be bacon to which no one replied and I decided to cut my losses and avoid giving the old crabby lady an aneurysm and I ate the cold sandwich in the parking lot. Also the hash browns were soggy and tasted more like old oil than anything else. Woof. So much for my fast food treat :( Terrible customer service - the drive thru gal with the braids was very nice at least!

Flies were hovering and landing on my sister and I there was no donuts for a dunkin Donuts unless you want just powder sugar balls. Will be making the hike to Champlin to Cafe Donuts instead

Every time I come here I ask for lite ice and they never give me lite ice. I went today and asked for lite ice and it wasn’t so I asked the lady to take the drink back and make it lite ice. She took my drink and just took ice out and my drink is a little under half way filled up. I could’ve took the ice out at home. Just horrible.

I went there this morning and I got 3 small drinks and they were made terrible. I also waited 15 minutes for them not to mention I was the ONLY person there and after about 7 minutes she asked me what else I was waiting for and I said all 3 for my drinks because I didn’t receive one of them yet and then I waited more time. Once I finally got my drinks I drove off and I looked at them and they were not filled completely I got 2 iced coffees and a hot chai and I opened the chai and it was half way full I cannot make that up. I am truly completely disappointed in this service and considering it’s a new Dunkin I was expecting way more better service

I ordered on the app and some items were sold out when I got to the store. I was informed they could not refund app purchases, and I had to contact customer service, which “would be easy.” It was outside of business hours, so I submitted a case on the app. They emailed me asking me to respond with personal information about my payment method. This is a ridiculous process. Why can’t they refund your purchase at the store and why can’t customer service use the information from the app instead of a suspicious email. Really inadequate customer service by the company as a whole.

We stopped into Dunkin' while traveling and discovered they have breakfast sandwiches. We always love their coffee and doughnuts, so we tried their sourdough sandwiches. Wow! They are really good! The sourdough is exceptional. We stop in after the gym for a quick bite!

Food was great! Service needed a little polishing, but overall was good. Atmosphere inside was the questionable part. Definitely needs more room, it got quite crowded very quickly.

My hubby and I love our Dunkin. We always get the same thing. So when we found out one was going in close to home (we used to have to go way across town) we were excited. Sadly we have been highly disappointed. We aren't daily coffee shop visitors so when we decide to get good coffee it's a treat and is really exciting. The last 2 times at this specific Dunkin we have gotten drinks that we just end up throwing away and it's very frustrating. There Is no sweetness to our drinks and we can't figure out why they aren't blended much. After the first time we gave grace and figured it was just a mess up. We have since gone to our original location and got our normal delicious drink. This morning we stopped by and one of our drinks was not worth drinking and the other one was definitely still more bitter then it should be but was able to be drank. We just really hope this location can figure it out! Wed love to be able to stop more often since it's so close.

First impression of the employees in the drive-thru, they seem like they don't want to be there at all and were super unfriendly.. Better off going to avantgarden, the people there are actually nice.

Update** after coming here on occasion the people have become better. However, the coffee is still incredibly lackluster. Almost tastes like straight water, with a little bit of sweetness. For a time food was burnt, but it's been getting better. But, it's cheap. So, I guess you get what you pay for

A simple order of 2 sandwiches and bagel bites but waited the longest for our order of half dozen assorted donuts. Another staff member had to come and ask us what we were waiting for at the drive up window. No apologies given for the delay.

Walked in and the cashier behind the counter was on her phone. Music was extremely loud hard to order. The donut shelves we're more than half empty. I asked the girl if they had any frosted doughnuts? She looked at me like she didn't know. She said Hans had them. Instead of arguing with her there was a girl next to her. I then asked her and she immediately went over to a rack on the side and pulled out some. As I was placing my order I mentioned to the employee to turn down the music. I could not hear her and she could not hear me. If they have time to be on their phone they have time to stock to shells. Donuts and coffee tasted good.

The coffee was horrible. My daughter as well told me they don't make good drinks. The mini bagles and mini hashbrowns we really good. But they need to work on making the drinks as they should taste.

I’ve been here a couple of times and I might as well write a review about it now.

Food: the food is expected of what you would get from a Dunkin or any other cheap donut place: they’re cheap and dry donuts, perfect for people who don’t wanna spend much. If you’re getting a donut there and wanna get a little treat as well I would definitely recommend their 6p hash browns ($1.09). They’re delicious and amazing for on-the-go.

Service: when I order stuff that isn’t a donut or donut holes, it’ll usually take around ~2-5 minutes for me to receive the food, so I’ll have to stand around and wait for me to receive my food.

Atmosphere: it’s decently clean for a restaurant this type. Sometimes the floor will be really sticky or the tables won’t be clean, so I wouldn’t recommend eating there unless you’re with a group of 3-4 people.

Important to note when you go: if you order a customized item like a coffee, it mostly likely will NOT be correct to your order. So if you going to order a drink, it’s best to not customize it at all.

It is nice to have a donut place in Anoka that you can get in and back on the road. They tasted so good. You should stop in and say hi and grab a donut.

Stopped there 3 times. Two of those times the computers were down and couldnt be helped. Other time they only had 2 kinds of doughnuts left and no hot food because the ovens were down. Its out of the way to go there. Its location is on the worst corner in Anoka to put a doughnut shop. To be honest the cub bakery and holliday gas stations have way better doughnuts. I wont be going back.

Rude staff, bigger blonde gal saw me waiting at the window because they tried convincing me I didn't order a donut and she loudly said "why is she still at the window?" You can tell these ladies don't wanna work here, and the food is never correct or the right temperature. Save yourself the headache and go to Andover

Honestly, locations may differ, but Christ the donuts were awful. Honestly I’d rather take the extra 5 minute drive and go to Cub to grab my donuts because they at least don’t have hard and overly stale tasting donuts.

Hardee’s may be gone, but their work ethic lives on in the girls who work here. Rude over the speaker, rude at the window, gave us most of our order and then we waited 10 more minutes to get the rest of the order. The food and drinks here are good, but you can tell the employees don’t want to be there. Do better Dunkin or you’ll just be another Main Street business that closed.

Supposed to be open until 7pm in the drive-through. Automated message played several minutes before 7pm stating that the drive through was already closed. One employee was getting ready to leave in the entryway of the building and could see me, but apparently work ended early for her.

Drinks are good when made accurately but getting that to happen is a slim chance. Also DO NOT customize your order because they will not get it correct ,you’re better off sticking to the basics. Lattes and cold brews are good however and I continue to go if that’s all I’m looking to get. I REPEAT ,DO NOT customize your order 8/10 chances it will be incorrect.

I've been here twice since they just opened and will be a regular customer. Both women that I spoke with at the drive thru are so sweet and they basically had my order within a few mins or faster. Please go to this location and keep them in business bc they deserve it. This is a newly opened location but it seems like they are already starting out with one step backwards. Maybe today was just a bad day to go. I ordered a small coffee with extra cream and sugar and a shot of espresso. Haven't had Dunkin' coffee in about a year but for some reason, this time it did not taste good AT ALL. The doughnuts were the same as usual and service was ok but it seemed like they may have been shorthanded as I didn't see a single smile in the place and everyone seemed like they were scurrying about to get the orders out in a timely manner. I would give this visit 3 and a half crullers out of 5 👍 Not bad.

Almost every staff member is the sweetest. I love the sandwiches and the croissant bread is delightful! Midday and at night there’s few donught options so far, but honestly they’re really good no matter the time of day you get one! I’ve noticed two staff which seem to hate their job or just don’t do their job. I hope they start to enjoy it more and get better settled. the other staff make this place so enjoyable to come and get food and drinks. if i knew more people in the area, i’d bring my friends in to hang out while out and about.

Finally open and appear to be operating like a well oiled machine. I asked a question about the sweet foam and they had to take it up the chain to confirm that there is dairy in it, but very friendly and kind of them to check for me. It was a Saturday afternoon around 2pm, the place was full but not packed. Got my order in a timely fashion... happy to have a DD in the area.

Honestly, not very good. The person taking my order at the window definitely doesn't want to work there, and was rude as hell. I also would have liked if my sprinkle donut had more than 3 sprinkles. I know this place is new, but if you don't like working here, get another job. 🫤

Coffee, breakfast sandwich and a donut for $11.. you can't go wrong. Drive thru staff are always fast. Open hours are mon-fri 5am-6:30pm sun-sat 6am-6:30pm Google hasn't added it quite yet!

Wrong order, was charged for a Vanilla Latte and was given a basic original brew coffee (for $6.50). The girls are so obnoxiously loud behind the counter I had to leave before realizing my order was wrong.
