The lady who answered the phone was SO friendly and kind. I called late in the afternoon and asked for a delivery to be sent, they said it was no problem to get it done! On Valentines day, the busiest time of the season, our family went in and last minute ordered several bouquets of roses, including a casket bouquet for a funeral being held the following Friday morning. Steve was not only gracious and sensitive, he made sure our flowers were the freshest and most beautiful anyone has seen. Main Floral is a quaint shop to visit with excellent customer service. I have purchased many floral arrangements for a variety of occasions and I am always surprised by the creative and beautiful results. On September 13th, I hired Main Floral to do my daughters wedding and the flowers they delivered were beyond our expectations and absolutely beautiful! I need to say that I walked in needing the most special bouquet of flowers I would ever have to buy. On the way to hospice to say my forever goodbye to my mother, my best friend driving me was T-boned on the passenger side 700 feet from the Hospice location in St Paul. I m bringing this up because not only did the owner help me quickly she also advised me how to travel with them. She said put them in their own seat and seatbelt them in. Most people would probably be like haha whatever but I had been walking around with basically no brain for months so I did what she said. So flowers were on back seat buckled in, as advised. We were t boned at like 60 mph on passenger side and the guy fled the scene. Car totaled, passenger side door doesn t open, I m on the ground with my back in severe pain. I did make it there and so did the flowers. My mother passed away the next day. Thank you for the most beautiful YELLOW bouquet of flowers, the best advice and maybe a little help from God.

This was my first time ordering with Main Floral, and what a great experience! I live out of state, and Steve was so helpful over the phone, answering all of my questions. Not only did they deliver my order promptly the same day, but they did an amazing job. My mom called to say how gorgeous the arrangement was - just absolutely beautiful!!! I m so glad I went directly through the shop, and not through a site like FTD or Teleflora (which takes a large percentage of already very skinny profit margins). As a local business owner in a different industry, I can relate. By directly supporting the local businesses who then pass the savings back to the customer it s a win-win! I love Main Florist. It s our go to Florist in north suburbs. The last bouquet was for my brother-in-law who was very ill and ended up passing away. They did a beautiful job with sunflowers and yellow roses. My sister-in-law said the flowers brought light to the room. I have always used Main Floral to back me up on every holiday, birthday, wedding, and funeral celebration.

Absolutely rude. I called this morning and asked if I could order a wrist corsage for prom on the 26th. I was told yes but today was the last day. I had to come in by 5pm. I left work early arrived at 4:15pm and was told no I could not order on that they decided to stop taking orders at noon. I explained to the lady that I had called this morning and spoke to someone and her response to me was. Well maybe she didn t know absolutely the worst customer service ever. So glad that Toni s floral was more than happy to help and take our order. I have an upcoming wedding for my daughter and Toni s will be getting our business from now on.

We love to use local and decided to use them for our wedding reception. We went to the store and explained what we were looking for. They asked a series of questions to get an idea of what we wanted to decide what to make for each arrangement. As you usually dont see the flowers first, there was some hesitancy. We got to the reception after the ceremony and they were PERFECT!! Highly recommended using them for any occasion.

Always been great in the past, BUT this time not so much. $127 flowers for my honey. Flowers were NOT delivered to my house, but were brought acros the highway to my neighbors house where they were not home. Flowers were left on their doorstep outside for several hours before they got home from work. They brought them over that evening. The flowers were wilted, the arrangement was missing the Babys Breath. I didnt get what I ordered, they were damaged on arrival, and they werent even delivered to my house. So I called to address my concerns, had to leave a message for a return call that never came. I went back to the store and was told they dont leave them outside, their driver wouldnt do that. They offered to refund the cost of the Babys Breath but that was it. The manager suggested I try another shop. Done!

Three bad experiences with Main Floral (one in 1994, one in 2002(?), and one in 2021) and I just wont go there anymore. In response to the owner: Two of the three events happened to me, 1994 and 2021. One happened to my mother, who ordered wedding flowers from you and when she asked to pick them up, rather than have you deliver them, you were very inappropriate and rude. The two events that occurred to me were so wildly inappropriate that I am sparing the readers and your business the ugly details.

Went in to look for flowers for my fathers memorial service and received no assistance. My wife and I were directed to look online. No other customers were in the shop, but we were treated as though we totally inconvenienced them as they were having a conversation with each other. They did ask if they could help us, then rolled their eyes and looked at each other. Obviously the more Junior of the two felt obligated to come over to us. We ended up leaving, and I m not sure of they even noticed we did. We went to Forever Floral and were treated like we mattered. I am aware they are an Anoka staple, but I ll never go back.

Also, thank you for delivering it to Mannys in Mpls. so that it was at our table when we arrived there for dinner. Our daughter was so surprised and LOVED it!! Main Floral is a lovely flower shop in downtown Anoka. We have always been very pleased with their arrangements. A friend of mine recently passed and I had flowers sent to the church for her funeral. She was a pastel artist and the flowers were of various bright pastel colors as I requested and they were lovely. If you order from them, you will not be disappointed.

Working with Dawn at Main Floral was an absolute dream. We met with her and her team twice before our daughters 09-16-23 wedding with just a vision and a picture. From that, her team created the most stunning floral arrangements for the arch as wells as bouquets for the bride and bridesmaids. The colors were personally chosen for the wedding by Dawn and could not have been more perfect. The brides bouquet was gorgeous and she could not have been happier. So much care and attention went into making her vison come to life. Main Floral came to our outdoor wedding venue and took care of hanging the floral arrangements on the arch as well. When I say this place is amazing I mean it! I accidentally ordered my Bouquet for my wedding last minute. They not only did mine but 4 others. The young lady helping me was the sweetest thing! This place has the best baked goods. The scones are gigantic, and there are some really unique flavors that I havent found anywhere else. Though I havent had a chance to try everything yet, my favorite so far is the cream cheese danish with this blackberry sauce with a balsamic vinaigrette drizzled over it. Theres also a blueberry scone with cardamom. These are really creative and delicious and have given me some ideas for some of my own baking. The staff is very friendly, and the older lady, who I presume is the chef, is very charismatic and takes a lot of pride in their food and loves to talk with customers about it. Its cheesy to say this, but they really do put their heart into their food.

I chose Main Floral for a celebratory bouquet for a friend who just finished her chemotherapy treatments .Main Floral could not have been a better choice. I was able to write a card at whatever length I needed it to be, choose a convenient delivery time and wasn t slammed with hidden fees! The price I paid for what they delivered was fantastic, I am beyond pleased with Main Floral s level of service and quality. I will certainly be purchasing with them again!

I would not recommend Main Floral. I picked up a corsage and boutonniere (left picture) last week for my son. Roses were already starting to wilt and a little brown. I called to voice my concern. I was offered a replacement, but the replacement corsage and boutonniere were half the size of what I originally ordered and paid for. Very disappointed.

This was an online order. When I realized I had forgotten some words to be written on the card, I called the shop and the person who answered was very accommodating. Beautiful little shop with friendly staff. I stopped in for a bouquet of cheerful flowers for a friend. I didnt see any premade in the cooler within my price range. I asked if it would be possible to have one made within my budget. They were able to put together a very pretty arrangement within just a few minutes. Also, my son was lucky enough to walk away with a rose from a nice lady working there. Lovely place that I will for sure return to and recommend to others!

I specifically told them what color boutonniere my girlfriend got me and told them that I wanted the darkest red flower they could do for her corsage. The night of prom I was surprised to see white roses instead of what I asked for. I wouldnt have written a review but then not even 10 minutes after opening the flower it started to turn brown. Unfortunately this was my last prom and my girlfriend was not too happy about it either. I would think twice before taking the risk of coming here. Unfortunately I can never get that night back.

Bouquet way larger, taller, wider than anticipated (Purchased the Standard size). No wilting or curling blooms. Though it was not my intent, bouquet ended up being the centerpiece during the celebration of life at the funeral home. Pricer, but worth the extra money.

A group of us wanted to purchase a bouquet for a really good friend of ours who lost her mom last night. Main Floral absolutely nailed this gorgeous bouquet and all done in a few hours for us to pick up! Other places wouldnt be ready until Monday, and would only have buds. But this piece is magnificent and truly captured our sympathies in a very big way. Very professional, courteous, and kind! We will continue to use Main Floral as our main florist moving forward. Beautiful store, friendly, knowledgeable staff. I found some lovely flowers reasonably priced. There is a staff person that comes in to make soup and fresh bread on certain days. I look forward to going back.

I purchased flowers for my parents and grandma this morning and they were both delivered to separate locations within a few hours, and based on the photos that they sent me, both arrangements looked gorgeous. Also, I heard that the delivery man was very sweet. I am very impressed with this shop!

The Peace Lily was beautiful. I upgraded to deluxe and it was huge and beautiful...I would highly recommend giving your business to Main Floral. This was for a funeral/memorial and I was very late to order. I ordered it at 1:00 on a Friday and the service was at 12:00 the next day. Great job getting this plant there in plenty of time! I have been coming to Main Floral for at least 13 years. In that time, I have ordered at least 14 bridal or baby shower corsages, 3 corsages a year for my mom and a few here and there for birthdays. I have ordered numerous beautiful arrangements delivered all over the Twin Cities and I gave only 1 days notice for 30 pin on daisies for us to wear at my dads funeral, which they gladly did for us. I have never once been disappointed in all those years. I just give them colors or a theme, and I let them do what they do best--- always going above and beyond what I expected.
