My flowers for our wedding were absolutely perfect. I told Toni a vision and it couldn't have been more perfect. She was so easy and exciting to work with. I had requested quotes from other florist when I first started looking for vendors and other florist wouldn't even work with anything less than $5,000. I called Toni and she said come on it and let's make a vision within your budget. She and her team are all so friendly and personable on top of it all which makes it even more special.

My husband had flowers delivered to me from Toni's and I am so thrilled with how beautiful they are! I'm posting this review and photos 5 days after receiving this bouquet and they are still absolutely beautiful. All the roses have opened so beautifully and all the flowers smell so wonderful. I've received bouquets before where the roses didn't open and died within just a few days, very disappointing! My husband has been getting flowers now for me from Toni's for several years and we are never disappointed. Thank you Toni for providing such high quality lovely flower arrangements and making it so easy for my sweet hubby to order!

Very impressed! I checked for flower shops in the area and found Toni’s. I stopped in to see if any cash and carry arrangements were available. Non at that time but Toni said it was not a problem and that she could put something together for me. She asked a couple questions and took it from there. I was very pleased with the outcome and my wife was very happy. I don’t buy flowers often but I will go back again and purchase from this shop. The roses are amazing and probably the best we have seen in a really long time.

They were able to take my roundabout vision and turn up with truly incredible pieces all the way from the floor fixtures, table fixtures, and eucalyptus and aster garland we used in lieu of a ribbon for the ceremony. I would absolutely reccomend them if you are looking for something to elevate your special day!

We moved to Anoka 2 years ago and I began following all the small businesses on Instagram. I had meant to stop by Toni’s before yesterday, but unfortunately had not. I walked in with my husband and told her we were celebrating our 18th wedding anniversary on Sunday and wanted to buy a bouquet of flowers. Toni made something custom on the spot (even though she was knee deep in a wedding order) and made the most gorgeous fall arrangement for us. Toni - thank you!! Its not just a typical flower shop, its a down to earth, friendly, open hearted place to shop for the best arrangements. These girls pour their hearts into everything they make. Ive never experienced the personalized, care and compassion with any shop like I have with Tonis Flowers .....once you have been to the shop, you will never go anywhere else....these girls MAKE the shop! Today I placed an order for a funeral service flower arrangement online for this coming Mondays celebration of life and Sunday was not an option for delivery date so I selected Saturday as the funeral home has a floral delivery door/room for 24/7 access to florists. Approximately 3 1/2 minutes from my order being placed online I got a call from Toni who said she had looked up the obituary of my friend noticing the service was on Monday and didn t want the flowers to not have the refrigeration or care needed to keep the flowers fresh before the service and asked if it would be OK that she makes the delivery before 11 AM on Monday since Sunday wasn t available. I couldn t believe the compassion and care in that call to make sure my option to express my deep sympathies would be there on time . She was so empathetic, genuine and the fact the follow up was, so quick really shocked me and touched me. Thank you Toni for the call. I was at work so I couldn t cry but I truly appreciate your time and your follow up to make sure the flowers are fresh for his family on my families behalf during this difficult time.

Such an awesome place with a great atmosphere. I brought in a few vases that I was going to throw out and they were very appreciative and handed me some flowers for it that I was not expecting. For many years I would buy some cut flowers at the grocery store for our dining room table -- they would last maybe four or five days. Early this summer I started buying a bouquet from Tonis, and soon learned that her flower arrangements lasted two weeks! So... now I have a standing order of a fresh bouquet every other Thursday. They are always beautiful, unique, long lasting, and exactly suited to our dining room. Toni and her team are wonderful to work with, artistic and imaginative. And very reasonable, too -- virtually the same price as I used to pay at the grocery store!

This place is amazing. Brought my daughter to Toni after 4 failed attempts with other florist that didnt listen to what my daughter wanted for her wedding. At the point of flower Ptsd we were referred to Toni. Daughter walked in nervous and withen minutes she was smiling and completely relaxed. Toni actually sat and listened to what my daughter wanted. They both came up with some amazing wedding flowers. Cant wait tillbthe big day cause we know Toni will do an amazing job, her attention to details and her understanding is a breath of fresh air. I showed up around 3:15 and the door was locked with a sign back in 5 minutes I waited between 20 and 30 minutes. Someone left out of the store and locked the door behind them leaving the sign up... I guess a return time would be more helpful than a back in x minutes sign, especially when the time frame isnt accurate.

I just discovered this wonderful shop on March 18, 2022 while getting food at the most popular little mall in Anoka. Next to the Swedish Bakery, a super Taco place and an awesome BBQ eatery is this wonderful floral shop! An absolute A+ Spring display with a banana yellow bicycle and floral umbrellas with clear crystals hanging from the ceiling to mimic rain. On my second visit I purchased an adorable bunny ceramic with tangerine orange tulips. Toni was busy at work with another creation when I stopped in. She has pictures of heartfelt floral displays for weddings and funerals that she recently delivered.

They went above and beyond for a special delivery that was missed at the hospital. They went to Mercy to deliver flowers for me to a sick friend. That friend had been discharged a few hours before Tonis got there. I called when I didnt get Thanked for the flowers and figured something went wrong. We cleared up the situation with a phone call and Tonis delivered the Flowers on the other side of Blaine and my friend was totally delighted. Tonis Flowers is the best I have used in Anoka County for flower delivery.

Owner operated flower shop with a personal touch. Pick the flowers and she will make the arrangement while you wait. Or choose a pre-made arrangement, or ask her to design something special. I come here when I need something better than grocery store flowers.

I recently ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my mother who had surgery. When I went to visit her a few days later I saw that it was different then the flowers that I ordered. I called Tonis Flowers and let them know that I wasnt satisfied with what was delivered. They were very apologetic and that day delivered a new bouquet to my mother that was even prettier than initially expected. I really appreciated how they owned up to their mistake and made it right. I will order from them again.

This place is amazing! We ve been going there for years and they always have something for us. It topped the cake when we went there after a mother lost her son. I walked in to Toni s and they asked what do you need and had a beautiful bouquet ready for me in 20 minutes. After I brought the flowers they were used at the gravesite. I wanted a plant for my Godmothers funeral. I contacted another florist closer to the service but they didnt respond. Searching for a place en route I found Tonis, thank goodness! Toni was great. She replied to my email in the evening after hours and said she could have it ready right away in the morning. Her prompt communication gave me peace of mind and helped me to sleep easier that night knowing I didnt have to scramble the next day. She had a perfect beautiful yellow flowering plant picked out ready. I chose a pale aqua painted wooden planter. I really wanted a banner that read Godmother so she made one on the white bow around the plant and it was absolutely perfect! I took a pic in the car to send my cousin and she replied Wow! I love this. Thank you! The pic is attached and I greyed out my car mess. :) It was even at a reasonable price within my budget which was under $50. Tonis is a rare gem that has it all: a small, local, woman-owned business that offers quality, service, and price.

I ordered an orchid for a friend who had lost a sister. The picture online was beautiful but the real thing was breathtaking. Many of us agreed it was the most beautiful orchid we had ever seen. I just want to say they did a beautiful job on a last minute order,I had ordered flowers for my sister who s having a knee replacement surgery and single mom in two weeks and I was her birthday yesterday I placed an order with flowers for you (1800-flowers)paid full price then last minute they can t do it it s a day late also late in afternoon.so I look up flowers delivered in Champlin area and Toni s Flowers came up I call right away it s two thirty I ask can you still do a delivery today she asked where and then said why I explained what had happened and how I really needed them there today the owner Toni not only took the order and delivered it on her way home but made such a beautiful arrangement.that is great customer service and I will be using this company from now on.thank you so much Toni for going above and beyond.and ps she loved them and made her day. Nothing but terrible. Ordered a sympathy plant for our friends baby that passed away. It was to be delivered on a Thursday. Called on Friday to inquire as to why the order was still processing. I was given attitude saying that they ordered the wrong plant and forgot to call me and the lady I talked to sounded very frustrated and disgruntled with her job. My wife talked to Donna later that day and she said the plant should be in that evening and she PROMISED to text my wife when she received it. No text or e-mail. Our friends didnt receive the plant until Saturday and it made us look terrible to our friends in their time of need. Steer clear of this shoestring operation

I was brought to Toni s flowers by recommendation of a friend. That was about six years ago and since then I ve always used her for my special occasion arrangements. She will sit down and look through all the colors details and extras that you would like with your flowers. She s always reasonable with the pricing and I have loved every arrangement that she s made for me. I had some beautiful orchids for my corsage for prom in one year and they were absolutely gorgeous! I hope one day to use her for my wedding flowers she s that good!

Great place! Ordered a funeral spray the night before the ceremony online at like 5:30pm, and they were able to deliver it the following morning in time :). Much appreciated! My only small critique: the customer service via the phone could be just a little better (if it s a funeral, wish condolences!). Update: Got a very nice letter in the mail from this place. If I could give them a sixth star, I would :)

I ordered a flower and teacup arrangement for a get-well-soon gift. The flowers were beautiful but they were delivered in a giant coffee mug. Our daughter hates coffee, cant even stand the smell, so getting something in a coffee mug was not ideal. I had requested the tea cup because she collects them. I contacted the shop and they immediately rectified the situation and delivered a teacup. She loves it. A mistake was made but it was immediately corrected. Customer service was excellent and the roses were beautiful! I would use this shop again.

I ordered a bouquet called My Heart Is Yours because it is architecturally pleasing it was to the eye. It was orderly and disciplined. She said she liked the bouquet and sent me a picture. I was just sick. The vase was to be a shiny round ball. I guess at least what she got was red. The arrangement, if you want to call it that, was just thrown together. A few of the flowers were the same. And the colors were correct. But this was NOT a bouquet that was pleasing to the eye. I sent her back a picture of what it was SUPPOSE to have looked like....of what I PAID FOR. I am done with ordering flowers. From now on Ill just print out a picture of flowers and send a gift card.

Called for a delivery that was not even a mile away/blocks and said they where booked? Was willing to spend well over $100 and they couldnt get me in? What flower shop cant make an 3 block delivery,wow? Very unprofessional and wouldnt recommend giving them business!

Ive lived in Coon Rapids about 1 mile and never knew they were there. I wanted to surprise my girlfriend who was working the weekend after a long stressful week already, so I found it via a Google Search. When I arrived a little dog greeted at the door, and once inside I was greeted by the nice lady running the shop. I, being a little clueless about flowers, told her what I was looking to do and she told me about what she recommended, and even let me take my time browsing the cooler. The flowers appeared fresh and beautiful, just like the woman I was buying them for. When I asked for several different aspects of different arrangements I had seen she was happy to help. We talked about the city and community for 15 minutes while she hand made my arrangement in front of me. I was impressed with the detail she put in to each placement of each flower. BOTTOM LINE: The flowers are fresh, the shop owner (who helped me) knows the trade, and has strong beliefs in the community and being a good ethical businesswoman. This just goes to show you that doing business with local merchants makes the difference. All my floral orders are going to this shop from now on!

I still look back with tenderness on the beautiful, cheerful, personal arrangements done for my fathers celebration of life. No other florist I have worked with has ever provided such personal service tailored to my taste!

Walked into this flower shop for the first time after my son was born early one morning almost 5 years ago - much earlier than the hours posted on the door - but the owner, Donna, was in and already preparing orders for that mornings delivery. Have been a regular even since, and she always goes out of her way to please her customers. A first-class operation and one I can easily recommend!

I ordered flowers for my daughter and they were great! Lady that helped me on the phone was very nice and delivery was quick and as expected. The arrangement was creative and beautiful. Very full for only $35! My daughter has been impressed with how long the flowers have lasted and how fresh they still look. I will definitely use Tonis again and will recommend them (I even added them to my contact list!).

I have ordered flowers from Toni s Flowers several times and have been pleased with everything that I have ordered and received. Recently, I ordered funeral flowers for a relative of mine. Donna, the florist, asked me several questions trying to capture his personality, likes, dislikes, etc I told her that he was an avid ice fisherman. She designed an ice fishing hole out of white flowers and then used one of his ice fishing rods in the arrangement. It was quite special as his whole family bonded over ice fishing. I was very happy with the result and will always refer Toni s to anyone who would like their arrangements the have personalities that fit with the recipient.
