Coborn's Grocery Store Ramsey

Lady that manages the mail and dry cleaning area is soooooooo rude. If I see her there I will NEVER get anything from that area. She will just sit there and wait til u go away rather than wait on you.... Love every other person that works at Coburns. Sometimes the one lady in RX is really rude. But all but those two people you have a great staff!

Awesome Country Style supermarket.

They have a great florist department.

Fresh cooked hot food items 😋

Some of the normal grocery store items were low on stock but not to shabby for CHRISTmas eve.

Nicely laid out store. They have some unique items and more variety than other grocery stores I’ve shopped. It was not super busy so it was easy to get checked out at the register and I love that they bag for you. On the other hand, my cashier wasn’t friendly and there were $3 in errors on my receipt which bugged me because the prices aren’t cheap to start with. Also, even though it was 2:30pm, staff were stocking in several isles and it made it hard to get through.

I was having a great day till I got to the cashier line today. There is an older woman who has shoulder length Dishwater blonde hair Who proceeded to tell me that I needed to have more “patience” like she was a therapist or my grandmother because I couldn’t figure out how to use the card machine. I was happy and I wasn’t even in an I was happy and I wasn’t even in a rush Rush. She just insinuated that I was being impatient because I couldn’t figure it out. She doesn’t make the customers feel very welcome and she punches them down Every time I go in there, the same woman has a negative attitude and a negative aura and she has a downright bad Vibe. As a business owner myself, I would never hire someone with this type of attitude! I will be revising this later on with her name when I get it.

Poor customer service,
They had one check out person working and people waiting were three deep. With Aldi opening in the next month or so,you would think Coborns would try to keep there customer happy. I'll start using self check out when they start paying me. Glad I'll have a option if to have run in quick just to grab a few things.

Stoped by Coborn's last night and checked out my purchase with an employee at the check. With just myself present he never said a word to me, no how are you, no thank you, no thanks for stopping in. NOTHING. Thank God for Aldies. Purchased a few small items that came to $35 at coborn's. I've noticed how the owner cheery pickes what negative reviews he responds to.

Nice Coborns. Very typical of all other Coborn's stores. The fresh salad bar is always nice. Quality options. The only negative was the checkout experience. The self check out machine was not accepting my card regardless of how I placed it in the scanner. I was struggling and the machine was saying I needed assistance. I stood there for several minutes waiting for the tiny, young girl with colorful hair to stop daydreaming. She had been standing against the wall and obviously would have rather been anywhere else. When she finally came over I had been waiting at least 5 minutes. It was frustrating considering she was just holding the wall up.

Generally decent quality from this store but the cut flowers are dead and are less than 24 hours old. The stems were recut and placed immediately in water. Bummer.

This store is always clean and fully stocked. I sometimes come get lunch at the deli, the chicken is delicious and huge portions for a good value. Always fast and friendly service, too.

I go here because its close to my house. The prices here are outrageous. I only go here if I need a couple things. I grocery shop elsewhere. Cub, target and Walmart are cheaper. I rate it 1 for the prices.

Always double check the expiration dates. Ive bought plenty of expired pre packaged food, and items with tamper seals broken. Their favorite excuse is being short-staffed when any issues arise, the bakery cancelled my order because we dont have the staff to go pick up a kit to make your cake even though its ordered two weeks in advance?? Ill be glad when Aldis is built, at least Im expecting to buy close to expired food.

Stopped in parking lot. Lots of weekday parking. Updated 9/24/23: Sunday morning 8:00a.m. not busy. Staff was working, cashier still had time to give me a tour. I dont shop here much. So not sure if the prices are really higher, higher, or just some items are higher than I normally pay. Plenty of free parking. Se eral cop cars up and down the street. The local law enforcement station is just down the road (Pro Cop).

Produce section is always well maintained, however, prices are often way too high. It is difficult to accept that apples are more than $ 1.59/# or eggs that are several $s a dozen. I understand 10 % inflation, but 3-400%? To me that is price gouging and I will shop elsewhere or do without.

Such a nice clean store with good selection of food, produce, and items. Was able to get in, buy whatever I need and get out with no issue. Theres no long lines to deal with and very good self checkout for paying and bagging. Definitely worth coming back again.

This grocery store has the worst customer service in the world. The worst thing they did was hire all young boys to work the deli in the evenings. They do not want to wait on you. Don t bother stopping here after 9:30, liquor store, Little Dukes, it doesn t matter, they think they aren t supposed to have to do any work the last 1/2 hour of the day. It s ridiculous. Incredibly friendly I think not. Incredibly LAZY maybe!

Instore signage shows a lower price if you type in your phone number but doesnt tell you that you need to download an additional coupon. Terrible way to make things complicated. Seems fraudulent

Always clean and well stocked, they always have more than 2-3 lanes open unlike Walmart. Has a very nice atmosphere with the employees and they make sure to be quick so to keep the lines short. The post office inside never has a long wait time, the staff is upbeat and moves things along quickly with your mail/packages.

You are my choice of grocery stores. HOWEVER..... NOT THIS TURSDAY !!@!@! ABOUT 11 AM, I RAN IN FOR ONE ITEM. 2 check-outs open. 2 persons in one line. 3 people in other. I went for the 2 person line. All the people had 1 or 2 items only, unique. In my line, the lady could not get her credit card to work. Cashier said three times.. . No work. 5th try worked with 3 people helping. Next was a man buying one bouquet flowers. Credit card said invalid. Try again He said brand new card yesterday. Tried chip, tried slide...said he used it 20 minutes ago at Walmart. Cashier said again invalid . The lane next to us served 7 customers and going strong. My turn. One item. 20 minutes waiting or more. I asked one question. Can I get $20 cash back. Yes sure. EASY SHE SAID. I PAID. SHE SAID it normally asks. Over there (what way) is ATM. I told her I am 59 and never ever used an ATM in my life. She said sorry good luck. After searching for invisible machine for 5 full minutes.. I exited unhappy as could be. I request response by top manager. Thank you kindly.
